Usually an hour or two was all I needed to break the monotony of work or home. I just usually order a drink like hot chocolate, or even just their steamed milk. But one time, when I got to writing for quite a while until dinnertime, I ordered their pesto pasta, and it was nice. Not the best one I ever had (I'm a fan of pesto pasta so I eat it at almost every Italian restaurant at least), but certainly good enough.
