Didn't try the food but the cakes are 100 plus for a slice. Come here for the studying environment. It is very cute. I was here on a Friday night and it wasn't completely packed. Hopefully I can go here earlier in the day so I can really study all day here. It is open until 3am! My issue is that there is no wifi...only good thing is that less distractions but sometimes you just need some good wifi while studying. Excited to come back here and study even more :)

But what I love about this cafe is their booths for seating. If you are fond of sitting in the floor or lying down, then this place is for you! It's a great place to hang out with your friends, chill and it is also a great place for study. They have ample electric outlets which make them also a great place to work or charge your gadgets. One downside is that they don't have wifi, which is one of the things I consider for a perfect hangout place. But if you do want to really talk and hangout with your friends, this will be a good place for you.

Loved the interiors of the place and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Happy to know that they offer soy milk too! I got a soy milk latte that was prepared well and they didn't rush preparing the coffee. Coffee itself was roasted well and not too acidic. Will go back again when I'm in town.

Artists Haven Gallery and Cafe is along Aguirre Avenue, the subdivisions' main road known also as a foodie destination in itself. From the outside it does seem really small, like what might be just another gallery.. perhaps a room and some paintings. Little did I know that it's truly like a "haven" for artists--spacious and beautifully designed interiors, a well-curated collection of paintings and sculptures, and they have a cafe too! It's a place that anyone would really be inspired to create in, or if you'd simply want to forget that you're in BF for a while, this is the place to go to "rejuvenate" your soul... or something. They also offer art workshops for kids and adults, too! If you're not much into the arts, don't walk away, they have a charming cafe for you. The dishes are named after painters! Cafe-UK is one of those cafes that manages to establish it's own identity able to set itself apart from the generic or those that aspire to be a copycat of Starbucks. They have tea, coffee, juice, and a wide variety of American canned drinks that you won't find in your local grocery. There's a lot of food to choose from. They're a bit pricey, but the size and the taste will more than make up for it. Cafe UK has some of the best cakes I've ever had. Their cakes come in the form of a slice or a mini cake. I love the fact that they offer several kinds of cheesecake with the triple chocolate cheesecake being my favorite, I mean it's cheesecake and chocolate come on! Cafe UK is open 24 hours, and becomes a great places to study at around nine in the evening. Things are quiet at this hour up to around ten in the morning the following day, at which point it becomes a melting pot for the different students from the different schools that populate Mendiola. Wi-fi is free, which is probably another reason why so many students love to congregate at this awesome cafe. The biggest quirk that this cafe has that I don't find anywhere else are the free to use iPads. Never have I walked into a cafe that has free to use iPads, These iPads are ingeniously built into the table, I often find students spending a lot of their time drinking their orders and playing the latest games on Cafe UK's tablet. Free WiFi, excellent food and drinks, wonderful prompt service, and the tablets allows Cafe UK to deliver a great experience. Go for a visit sometime and I promise you that it'll be time and money well spent.
