Get the pour-over, which they perform in front of you while explaining the entire process (unless, of course, they know that you know how it all works). There are several beans available, all of which are locally sourced and provide individual characteristics. Ask for the tasting notes, if you're not already familiar with them. If you're a smoker, you'll be pleased to discover that the outside area is cigarette-friendly. The tables to the side, in particular, experience a constant stream of cool air that is most welcome during muggy late afternoons. Oasis also offers a variety of other food, my favorite would be the Beef Kalbi (so soft, so good!), Pad Thai, beef pastry (it's like a tiny siopao only glazed), and the ceasar's salad (ask for the shrimp to be browned so it wont add to the slimy texture of the anchovies).
