Yesterday I walked in after literally walking for 2 miles (just felt like going for a walk). I bought me a Starbucks cup, ordered my usual Pink Drink I order at any Starbucks location, I also ordered a couple of food items and a Trenta sized ice water. The staff were VERY friendly. I loved it. I sat down in a very comfortable chair, relaxed, rested for a bit, and enjoyed my drinks and food. So to the current staff at this Starbucks location: THANK-YOU. read more

The manager was extremely rude to me. I'm a few times a week regular customer of this location. After today's experience, I may not be back. I ordered in the drive through. He wasn't listening to my order. I had to repeat several times as the order on screen was not correct. He got pissy with me when I said my order the 4th time. The manager for the Friday morning shift was horrible. We came in to pick up our usual (Ice quad expresso with 4 white mocha). The drink was super sweet. Looking like they either had too much white mocha or didn't have enough expresso shots to the drink. This is not the first time we complained about their inconsistency because we ordered the same drink almost every day. I talked to the manager on duty to raise our concerns, but she literally said that there's nothing she can do about it and asked us to go somewhere else next time. She also made it sounds like we complained to get a free drink. I ended up handing the drink back to her but she didn't take it because of the policy. Anyway, we're trying to give inputs for them to make improvements but this place just doesn't care about keeping the customers. The new manager Mark was the absolute worst! Me and my wife came in to get our usuals and he was treating the lovely workers horribly. The atmosphere turned completely sour because of him. I don't know why I come to this location. Aside from it being convenient - location wise, it had nothing else going for it. The wait times are ridiculous. I waited 35 minutes the other day. Stuck in a drive through line for 30 minutes. Their explanation was that their system had briefly gone down. It would have been nice if they had let us know that. And it would have been even nicer had they comped the drinks after that wait. I'm writing this as I'm stuck yet again in their very long lineup. I guess I just don't learn! read more

Come here once a week or so, and have gotten sick of their inconsistencies and their cold brew with cream is always so lacking. For 6$ a drink I'd like my caramel sweet cream to taste at least a little like caramel please? So I started ordering extra cream in hopes that will make it better for their super lacking flavor. Updated review... Went here one day because of convenience. The workers are very sweet so I decided to give it another shot. Everything has been good besides the normal long wait times. However, the past couple of times I went this past week, there has been a worker who needs a serious attitude check. I've had the same issue with her twice now. The first time, I ordered a medicine ball tea & asked to use my rewards on it. Apparently medicine ball tea doesn't count as a hot tea (even though it's on their menu as a hot tea) & I couldn't use my rewards. Which was fine but I asked the drive thru lady why and Pheobe butted in and said "because we just can't." I was also waiting on other items in my order so it's not like I was holding the line up. A couple of days later I went in and ordered some things. One of which was a cake pop. I asked them to put it on my rewards since I had (150). Pheobe said "we'll you don't have enough." & I responded "they're 50 stars still right?" She said yes so I showed her my app showing I had 150 & her response was "well I can't do anything about that. You don't have enough stars. Have a great day." I would never post about someone specific especially because I wouldn't want to ruin anyones source of income but she is so incredibly rude. What makes it worse is that she smiles in your face as she's being rude and comes off very condescending. If You're going to be rude, work behind the counter and not at drive thru where You're constantly face to face with customers. read more

1st time at this location. Took my daughter here for a reward she earned, went through the drive thru a little after noon today. My daughter asked for any drink that reminds her of being on a beach. The associate was so rude, snapped at my daughter and told her she can only order off the menu. We weren't asking for anything special - my daughter likes to be surprised by her drink orders. She could've give us a dragonfruit drink, any lemonade drink, anything but her attitude. We have been to many other Starbucks that happily surprise my daughter with a drink. Complete FAIL! Had to go back to get my drinks corrected from 2%. to Whole Milk. Tasted new one at the store and didn't want to make a scene. It was 2% again. If you are out of whole milk say that and ask if I want some half and half to bring up the milk fat content and make the flavor and consistency more like whole milk. Don't just make the drink wrong again. I'm so pissed! And if they aren't out of whole milk then it must be policy when person is buying the 3-6pm buy one get one then they can only get 2% at this store. Additionally, the drink was cold after my wife got home with it after I asked for both to be extra hot and and the barista had the gall to tell me that the drinks had been sitting. Both my son and wife told me they called the order ready just as they walked in the when. Not too credible. I will not be surprised if they try tell me I cant taste the difference between 2% and whole milk and insist it was whole milk. I Love Starbucks, but HATE this location!!! This location sucks when it comes to mobile ordering and devotes everything to the drive thru. Every time I place a mobile order I show up at the estimated time and ALWAYS have an additional 5 min wait as I watch several cars go thru the drive thru. Sorry I don't have the time to sit in the long lines that exist. Never had to wait when ordering at the College / Pacific location, just sucks that I have to drive out of my way for great service. The employees have no awareness after a customer gives their order. Ordered our drinks, watched 3 people order after us and receive their drinks. Trying to get their attention to no accord. After 15 minutes, they realized their mistake, then made the wrong drinks, tried to tell us we were wrong. Continued to take and serve other customers before finishing our order. At the end, no apology. I wish I owned this location. Fire the manager and the rest of the "$15 per hour employees" and fix the establishment. read more

These guys are fast and accurate with my order... something I can NEVER say about the new startbucks opened on the west side by Sonic. They ate all talky sweet and always have a smile on their faces even though this is a crazy busy location (especially in the AM) You HAVE to try the app and order ahead of time. Noon on Sunday, I don't usually go to Starbucks because the coffee is bitter but I had to go in to work and had a gift card. Walked in.....no one in line but me. 7 people behind the counter. At least 3 looked at me but did not say hello or can I help you. They let me stand there for 5 minutes before someone walked by the register and only said hello. Did not get waited on until I asked if someone was going to help me at all. I remember Starbuck in the beginning, what it is today is nothing like the original cafes. Always friendly but slow. Sometimes they make a comment such as, "So sorry for the wait, we ended up short on people today." Once they offered me a free coffee for the wait. Good coffee, nice atmosphere, great choices of food and drinks. I do wish they had more choices of flavors, but other then that, and the recently raised prices, their coffee is very good. At this particular Starbucks, they do have a parking problem, and sometimes a drive through problem, but most of the time it is solved quickly. Their customer service is at 80% which is very good. The other Starbucks down the street, I give 5 stars to. Better everything! Even parking. read more

I'm gonna leave a negative comment....I don't normally do that but the service today left me irritated. I ordered a caramel macchiato like I always get. Love them so very sweet and yummy. I took a sip and it tasted like watered caffee, no sweetness at all. I opened the lid and saw there was foam but tasted nasty. I got the barrista's attention and asked if I could get some more caramel that it tasted like watered coffee......well!!! First off, nice attitude. She rolled her eyes and said " It is a caramel macchiato and I put plenty of caramel syrup in it. " she took the drink off the counter and said, " I'll make another." (With annoyance) I just smiled and said thanks. Really though, I was irritated and trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. It was kinda busy. She then poured out the contents and smugly showed me the inside and said, " see?....caramel." ugh. Palease.....I smiled and told my friend maybe she should have stirred it. The replacement was perfect as usual. Nummy nummy. Good thing I was standing by the counter to, because all she did was put it on the counter and went back to making drinks. I hope she has a good rest of her day...cause her morning is sucky. I'm saying a little prayer for her. This was an isolated occurrence but noteworthy. read more
