I will always choose this Starbucks location over the others! The service is consistently fast, and the staff is wonderful. Special shoutout to Kat for being so sweet. Highly recommend! read more

Starbucks - Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew Bacon & Gruyre Egg Bites Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwic - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Kingsport, Tennessee

I've been coming here for a few years. After dozens of orders I really haven't had any issues. They're a bit pushy trying to get you to buy food. Their drinks are consistent though and they are usually friendly. read more

What's there to say about Starbucks? Coffee is good and strong, overpriced, but you know that going in. They are very consistent store to store and I think that's why we continue to come. The only thing that has been a little disappointing throughout this "pandemic" is that Starbucks has had their restrooms closed to the public. That has made a huge impact in my choice to go elsewhere like Dunkin, which has now received more of my business because of this fact read more

I am certainly a Starbucks Gal! No matter where I travel to I must have my Sugar Free Vanilla Skinny Latte iced or hot! I am always on the hunt for a new cup for my collection. Today I wasn't disappointed. This beauty made me smile! Wish I could find the limited edition ones! read more

Starbucks - New edition to my collection - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Kingsport, Tennessee

I ordered on the app. When I got to the window, I spoke to the barista. She didn't speak and handed me my drink. I thanked her and she still didn't say anything or even make eye contact. This is the worst Starbucks in town. read more

Went in today around 3 PM and stood at the counter for a few minutes with people working looking at me but not helping me. Finally was helped and ordered a pumpkin cream cold crew, a caramel hot chocolate with no whipped cream and a birthday cake pop. I ended up with one item correct. The hot chocolate had whipped cream and the cake pop was chocolate. If your not going to help customers or get the orders rihjty, why even bother. Never have issues with Starbucks inside of Targets read more

There are several great people working here however, this is THE SLOWEST Starbucks that I have EVER been to. Add about 10 minutes to your mobile order AT LEAST! Love Starbucks, Hate using this location. read more

A couple workers here are TOXIC. God forbid you ask for light caramel on inside of cup. They can't put that info in the register so they have to tell the other person to do it. I get that this can cause problems esp. If they are busy. I asked them to remake how I like. I watched them carefully, they purposefully put syrup in it and gave it to me. I returned it to them and told the manager. Yall need to check yourselves. Evil. read more

Almost any Starbucks you walk into offers exactly what you'd expect: a choice of coffees and teas that are good quality. This location is a surprise find in a nice small town that seems to be "moving up" in the world. At least moving up in the world as well as any rural area can, that is. This Starbucks is clean, comfortable and efficiently run. Lines have never been what I'd consider long and move quickly. Employees are friendly. The coffee is the quality you expect from Starbucks and my orders have been correct and satisfying. Everything about this place is what I like about any Starbucks and that's enough for me. read more

Great service, I used the mobile app toorder... I was literally a quarter of a mile away and it was ready when I came in....the sweet girl said "mobile order for (me)". Tasted great, correctly done ! read more

Do yourself the favor and go to Johnson City. This is such a poor excuse of a SB. You will wait forever. I went in to buy a cup on launch day. I'm always on the road working. She informed me she sold all her cases to the First Lady that was there when they opened. Sorry I was two minutes late Brenda. I still needed my daily coffee. I wasn't aware Shauna needed five cases of cups. Much less to resale them. I had no clue the barista and her friend was reselling them for a lot of money. I never knew there was money in it. I'm glad she made me aware. The manager didn't care either. Lol! No worries! I got a cup elsewhere. read more

I have to say, I love most Starbucks, but this one is especially nice. We stopped by back in June when we were visiting TN. It's cozy and new, with the same great drinks you get at any other Starbucks. I don't remember any bad experience with the staff. Tell me - what's not to love? read more

I'm having pretty bad allergies right now and went in to order tea with lemons, super simple. I'm a cis-woman who is very visibly a woman, and when I was told that they didn't have lemons, the employee called me a man because he "couldn't tell with my hair pulled back." I didn't end up ordering anything, but in 2021, I would appreciate not being misgendered. read more

Today I placed in order online for in store pickup. I was in a rush to be somewhere so I was just going to run and and grab my drink really quick. When I got there, I walked up to the door and it said drive thru only. They wouldn't let me in. I didn't have time to go through the drive through since I was in a rush. The reason I'm upset is because they won't answer the phone or refund my order. I used my stars to get a free pastry and used a gift card to pay and now it's all gone to waste. It also said online that they offered in store pickup. read more

Nice place to relax and hook up to the Internet. I am in town visiting family and no one has any service so I'm left to drive 20 mins but I sure don't mind having a yummy coffee and people watching . The Staff is nice and the place is clean . read more

Starbucks coffee is a Starbucks coffee, so the service distinguishes each store, too bad this store has no service. You can literally walk in no one will say anything to you, and can stand at the counter for two minutes and still no one will take your order. So if you go to coffee shops for coffee skip this one. read more

We love Starbucks and frequent this location. It can be difficult to get into their drive through sometime but 9 times out of 10 everything I order here is really good. I always get the iced white chocolate mocha. read more

Great service & friendly staff. I use their mobile app and pre-order so I am usually in and out the door in under 2 minutes. Can't beat that to have a fresh made Frappacino ready for you, pulse you can customize your drink order anyway you want through the mobile app. They have yet to get it wrong. read more

A day without Starbucks is like a day without sunshine! Love the dark roast drip to get my day started!

There frappes are really good. If your looking for food this isnt the place to go its mainly just coffee and other drinks that are similiar. Overall the drinks are pretty good. My favorite is the cotton candy frappachino. read more

Great location and ample parking space. Friendly baristas.

2 employees working drive-thru, 2 chatting in the lobby with off-duty employees, no one working the registers. Got an eye roll after waiting 5 minutes before asking if someone could take my order. I was the only customer inside, still had to wait 16 minutes to receive a tall caramel macchiato. Asked for a sleeve and got a rude "we're out". Didn't matter anyway since the coffee was only luke warm. How on earth does starbucks run out of sleeves??? This is not an isolated incident but the norm. This location needs a serious management shakeup. I'll drive to Johnson City for a cup of coffee just to avoid this joke of a Starbucks. read more

Last week (Tues., 7-23 @ 9 AM) my wife and I went to the Kingsport, TN Starbucks (Eastman Rd.). Our coffees were fine, but the breakfast meals and the service was bad. Two employees were disorganized and inattentive. They: a) forgot my wife's breakfast ( I had to remind them); b) my egg sandwich was COLD in the middle (just like it was 2 weeks prior); c) after my wife waited several minutes w/o her food, I had to go ask for it - they then heated it, but didn't serve it; d) I went to ask for her food, which they had setting off to the side!! We won't be back to the Kingsport Starbucks and I've contacted Starbucks HQ in Seattle about that store - HQ is looking into the issue (I also told HQ that I've always had good service at all other Starbucks across the USA). read more

I don't like coffee but I love frappuccino drinks. Starbucks makes them just the way I like them. They offer decaf in all their specialty drinks which is a must for me. read more

I'm all about 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th chances, but it seems that, by and large, the staff at this particular Starbucks are rushed and generally unwilling to go above and beyond to meet the individual needs of their customers. There ARE some very apt, kind and sweet baristas there...but more often than not, I have had to explain how to make any kind of specialty order and have been met with disdain at my requests...and then they still make it wrong. (Keep in mind I'm only comparing to what I have come to find is the overall reputation of Starbucks and, as a "spoiled gold card member" I've seen my fair share of AMAZING customer service at several other "small town" and "big city" stores) I am often taken aback by the laziness and lack of attention to detail by SOME of the staff there. If you're a "drop in every now and then" or frequent the drive through, you'll probably be fine. But if you're looking for a place to call your "regular coffee shop"...I'd look somewhere else. According to THEIR OWN STAFF, "a lot of people go to Johnson City" instead...and I would say it's worth the price of gas to be treated like a valued customer rather than an inconvenience. read more
