This is my "go to" Starbucks. The drinks are of consistent quality and they do a good job with "off menu" items. The staff is friendly and even introduced my pug to "Puppacinnos!" The inside is clean and cozy. It is a very busy location, and at certain times the drive thru line can get pretty long. For those busy times, there is parking available out front. On another note, I'm a gold member and really appreciate the occasional free drink and ordering with the Starbucks app. read more

How very sad that a corporation that prides itself on diversity is not inclusive in recognizing and including neurodiversity in that definition. The recent treatment of a person with autism in your coffee shop was reprehensible. I certainly hope that someone from corporate comes in immediately to provide training to the staff on how to show compassion. Very inconsistent service. It seems like they have high turnover of staff except those with negative attitudes or outright nasty personalities. I'm guessing this why the drink quality varies so vastly. I order the same basics every time yet they rarely taste even similar. Management must be aware of how awful this location is or they just don't care. I hate to fly so I was passing thru on my summer teacher break on my way to Seattle from Florida with midway stop in Michigan. They were friendly and polite when opening up. I had the best Mocha Frappachino drink that refreshed me and a delicious hot breakfast sandwich. I know which Starbucks to stop at to eat while in Illinois. Terrible location. Placed a mobile order and took 15 minutes past the expected pickup time before I got it. I was waiting for my drink for a long time and witnessed the staff having an inappropriate conversation while moving at a snail pace. This location is horrible. The staff should be trained in recognizing and being aware of ppl with special needs. If the person who reported the young man was a manager it's even more concerning. This is one of the best Starbucks locations around! They have consistently great customer service, they are expeditious in getting orders out and a perfect blend of whatever you order. We are always greeted with a friendly face. Today after I ordered I went back up to get 2 more packs of sugar and one of the workers (Natalie) remembered my name when I asked for it. If you are going to enforce masks then please revert back to no dine-in. Probably one of the most inconvenient Starbucks drive thrus ever constructed.... ever. More than 4 cars in the drive and you are blocking traffic to the cross traffic of the parking lot.
