All I came here for was a quick bite to eat. I wanted to try the Falafel wrap/Bite. Customer service was great! I ordered the Falafel and a grilled cheese sandwich, which I will do my grilled cheese at home. The bite came out quick. I didn't order anything to drink. But that thing was so weird! Not what I expected at all, it's like instead of it being round like most falafel's it's like they ran it through a food processor. As I bit into it, all the falafel was falling out! uggggh! Nice visit. Everyone is always so super friendly. I checked out the shelves where they store the cups and bagged coffee and it was almost empty but definitely could use a good dusting soon. Everything else inside the store was nice and neat including the counter where the stirrers and napkins are. This was a rare visit of mine where I didn't order any food ha ha. Next time for sure. I did something I never did before. They were unfortunately out of brown sugar so I opted for chai. Iced shaken espresso with 2 pumps of chai. 4/10. Traveling and felt like a coffee and bathroom break. We asked for the code to the bathroom, guy asked if we were going to order, we said yes and his attitude with the code was unprofessional. We ordered, again attitude because we had a gift card. Mother was with us she asked about the kind of teas they have, another guy looked at her and mumbled something, she was upset and decided no point in dealing with rude people. This started out like a typical Starbucks run. It did not end that way. After waiting for my name to be called I went ask the "barista' if a coffee on the counter was mine. Mumbled from under a mask "welp what does the sticker say?" I then asked for cream and sugar since none was available in the customer area. She replied "we do everything back here" I asked for cream & sugar she then basically threw a couple of packets of sugar at me with milk in a separate cup. This is my second time coming to this Starbucks via the drive thru and both times the experience has been perfect. I have calmed down my coffee drinking of the Starbucks form down due to the high prices so most of the time my visits are for pick ups for others and not myself. Each time I have been here the employees have been very nice and exceptionally friendly. They even ask if I need additional sweeteners just in case it's not right for the person I am delivering the beverage to.....wow...that's forward thinking. I purchased our order directly through the app. The store was super helpful with our order, but they didn't have the whipped cream I ordered for my drink. Instead, they gave me half a cup of cold foam. Even though I'm not interested in the foam, they did everything they could to try to make it right for the customer, which is why I'm still giving them 5 stars. The drinks and food we ordered were very delicious and are a lot better than most other places I go to, which is why I love going back to Starbucks for my drinks. Really friendly baristas here. I have one of those weird drink orders and they have never once messed it up. Whether using the drive-thru or going inside, they are always quick and efficient. There are plenty of tables inside if you want to set up a little mini office with your laptop. There are also several really comfy chairs to lounge in. I've never brought my laptop to this particular SBUX, so I can't speak for how fast the wifi is, but it is available. I've seen other people on their laptops and I've never heard anyone complaining. read more

They also had no drink carriers and they were out of the stickers that go on mobile orders so no one knew whose drink belonged to who. Now, I'm not one who needs a cup of "I'm not talking to you or anyone else, unless I have my caffeine" like many of my friends and family but I've had a drink or two. For as long as I can remember, Starbucks has always provided exceptional service, along with its signature brews. On today, however, the service was lackluster unfortunately. There was a silver lining though, the new toasted white chocolate mocha brought joy and rejuvenation. This particular Starbucks, off Dunn Ave, had just been reopened after having some renovations done. The inside looks more spacious and brighter due to the colors and marble countertop. They've added more tables and chairs for customers, along with some updated decor. On to the drink, I'd been told if I was into a buttery tasting mocha, this was the drink for me. I'm a merely a babe when it comes to coffee, I have zero knowledge of even the lingo. You're reading a review from a man who strictly knows of hot chocolate. To he honest with you, I saw the words new and white chocolate and wanted to try it. Wow! It tasted like holiday in a cup, whatever that entails. Frothy and yes, it had a buttery flavor mixed in with the chocolate. Oh and sprinkles! As far as the service goes, picture this, you bring in your cup and inform the cashier what drink you want. He/she looks unenthusiastic about being at work and leaves your cup at the register. You're perplexed and don't think much of it. You assume he/she will eventually give your cup to the barista but it never happens. After realizing the mistake, the cashier returns your cup, in silence and gives a stoic expression! This actually happened to my wife when she ordered her drink, she wasn't pleased. Look, I don't know what the proper protocol is for when that happens but I figure it should be acknowledged, at least. To make matters worse, my wife mentioned her drink didn't taste good. Ouch! Traveling through town went in to use restrooms, they were dirty. Thought I would grab a drink on my way out. Sat and waited 18 min for a frappe while two of the employees talked about a past customers orders one being a drink that wasn't ordered "per menu" requesting without cinnamon etc. moving slow as molasses and talking the entire time. Great service and extremely kind staff!!! This location gets very busy and the baristas are always on point. Maybe it's just me but I could swear the drinks taste better here that any other Starbucks in Jacksonville. They're always kind to my dog when we roll through the drive through and they're always happy to give him a pup-achino, which is a little cup full of cool-whip. I've been going here for years and the past few times I've went it's slowly going down hill. Today just topped it for me. Not only was my drink made wrong - I pointed out the issue & secondly it was made wrong again where it looked like I ordered milk. I paid for a triple macchiato. Out of all the Starbucks I have encountered on my travels, this one has some of the most attentive baristas. The order was completed correctly and on time. Inside is very clean and the cool air inside a welcome break from the outside heat. Located just west of the I-95 off exit 360 I reccommend remaining prepared or you might drive past. If you are in need of a jolt and a comfortable place to get out from behind the wheel, then this is the spot.
