This is my local Starbucks, sure the waiting time sometimes is a bit long but not always. The drinks are good, food is good, workers have always been kind to me. Not sure why all the reviews are so snobby, if you need to be somewhere on time and also want to stop somewhere then maybe try leaving earlier so you have a good gap window. When I've gone in the Starbucks has been clean, and the workers have been helpful and greeted me right away. Maybe try other locations if you hate this one so much, so that the people that live here can actually stop there in the mornings. read more

Partner Number 2213605 Adalina Gorena, I used to be a partner for almost 4 years, and worked at multiple locations to help train baristas and improve stores, so I can understand the frustration and anxiety that comes with being a barista, HOWEVER being THIS BAD HAS NO EXCUSE! I lost count of the number of people waiting in the lobby let alone the number of quaza violations I counted as well. Waited 10 minutes (I counted) before I was greeted by a "new employee" that didn't apologize for the wait, just nervously smiled at me. I had to repeat my order 3 times and she STILL GOT IT WRONG! Some girl with a nose ring and bad acne & a bad attitude was right in front of me working the ovens the whole time I waited and never once spoke to me, later found out her name was Alice. No one besides David was wearing a name tag. The lobby was FILTHY with FLIES FLYING OVER ALL THE CAFE AND MOBILE ORDERS! I could only imagine what the bathroom looked like. UPDATE: If I could rate this place -1 stars I would. In addition to being the SLOWEST Starbucks, it is the most INCONSISTENT one. Coffee tastes watered down most of the time and never comes out the way you order it. I understand it's not going to be perfect every time but they are always so off the mark. Save yourself the headache and go to the Monroe location, they are much faster and way more consistent. Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, ESPECIALLY the drive thru. Super slow at any given time and don't be surprised if you get a hot drink that was supposed to be cold or vice versa. Just so so so so slow. I waited in the drive-thru for 55 minutes on August 4, 2023. I got in line at 10:25 and left at 11:20 . I couldn't get out of line because I was stuck in the drive-thru lane, with cars in front of me and cars behind me. I ordered an iced latte and hot latte. We refer to this Starbucks as "the second office" because when things go haywire (e.g. air conditioning out, abundant construction noise, Pikachu going on a rampage when he escapes from his parrot cage etc.) this becomes the meeting spot to talk business. Really good service! The baristas there look so overworked but they still manage to make my experience amazing!

This Starbucks was really nasty inside. Didn't look like they clean the lobby regularly. The girl who made my drinks didn't put the ingredients I wanted in the drink. I ordered 3 drinks and she didn't even offer me a drink try. I ordered 3 strawberry Frappuccino's work 5 pumps of raspberry. There was not raspberry in it. The drinks were all watery as well. It tasted like she put to much milk in. Not really impressed with this Starbucks. At check out she didn't even ask me for my rewards card... she walked away and started something else. If this was months ago I would have given a low rating. I'm glad I gave this location a couple of chances because wow things have improved so much! Lines used to go by slow and my iced Caramel macchiato had no layers when I would receive it. That's then, but now not sure if new management or new employees but the line goes by fast and my iced Caramel macchiato looks just like the advertised pictures! Love tasting the multilayers of milk and espresso shots with the caramel. Don't get frightened if there's a line because they are quick just like those "nice" locations like midtown and river oaks. Seems like this one has a slight ant problem. Someone else noted in their review a couple months before, but they are still there. There were dead and live ants all over the counter where you pick up your drink and I went right after they opened. Ants are a pain to get rid of, but if this has been going on for 2 or more months? Then someone needs to get it together and take care of the problem! I'd rather dead ants on the counter than roaches. Ants will sometimes get in no matter how hard you try to keep them out. Otherwise, my coffee was just that - coffee. Just like in my last review, I forgot mine at home so I stopped here. You aren't able to order your drink through the Starbucks app. The one time I did I waited over 30 mins to get my drink. Your best bet drive to midtown location you'll be back quicker.
