Everyone is super nice and helpful!! even though it get super busy they try there best to make connections with the customers and you drink in a timely manner. if you are unsure about a drink they kindly explain it to you so for example the difference of shots in each drink;Tall gets 1, Grande gets 2, Venti gets 2, Iced Venti get 3. who would have known? The Condiment bar was super clean and fully stocked. The lobby as super clean besides some straw wrappers from other customers. the bathroom was also very clean, and fully stocked with tissue. This Starbucks is one of the older ones in town but It looks so modern and had a ton of seating, but the best spots are in the back with the booth seat and comfy round chairs. read more

The Starbucks at FM 1960/Veteran Memorial is the only place I don't care for this location. Each time I purchase at the location. There are problems. Saturday morning 9/19/26. A young girl " Gabby" couldn't count money but at the window. Attempted cheat me out $30.00 . The woman never apologized in fact she act like it was my fault. They need customer service training. Stopped by here on my way to the Texas Renaissance Festival. Ordered a blueberry muffin and a bag of beef jerky because I was hungry. Waited a good while for the muffin to be warmed up until I asked the cashier, "is my muffin ready yet?" because, how long does it take to warm up a freaking muffin, right? He responded with "she's preparing it for you" while pointing at another staff member who looked busy prepping orders. After a few more minutes, I still didn't have my muffin. The cashier saw me still waiting and asked the prepper about my muffin. She looked at him and pointed to the pick up area. The muffin was in a bag just sitting on there (hidden by the raised panel on the counter). They didn't take my name so nobody called it and just let it sit there? Here's an idea, if NOBODY picks up an order, maybe it's a good idea to yell out the order so the customer knows that their order is ready? It's not that hard of a concept, you know? Super long line on a Sunday at the drive-thru. Went inside to order instead and the line was much shorter. Still had to wait quite a bit for our drinks to be made... and sure enough my order was wrong. Too fed up with the long wait along with witnessing the staff dismissing a customer who put in a pick up order at the wrong store, that I decided I didn't want to even bother complaining. If they couldn't help make a drink for someone who mistakenly put in the wrong location, what makes me think they would treat me any better. If you check my account, you can see that I've been on a hot chocolate craze, for almost two months now. The stores I've been to have been filled with happy faces and hellos... for the most part. I'm sitting here in this store, with my kiddo, after having stood in a line behind a couple and a guy who'd all ordered online, like me. We stood there for almost ten minutes. There were three women behind the counter and they didn't say one thing to anyone in line and not a single one of them smiled...not once! Not even after my order had been sitting for five minutes and I asked one of them (the woman in the white headband) if she could warm up my muffins (hush!). The biggest surprise was the restroom. One is our of order and the other one was FILTHY! Staff is mostly polite and friendly. Large location with ample seating. Major CON: This place is covered in bacteria and possible virus! I have never seen an employee clean a table or any other common surface in the many years that I've been a regular. They should be doing this periodically throughout the day, especially being open for business while COVID-19 is spreading. If you visit this location, or actually most locations, practice good hygiene! Keep your hands clean and away from your face. Also, several staff members here have a tendency to put the palm of their hand right on the drink hole on coffee lids while attaching them. If you see them do this, ask for another lid and put it on yourself. read more

My favorite Starbucks in the Willowbrook area! I used to always go to the one on 1960 & Champion Forest, but now I prefer this one. This location is much more spacious when it comes to coming here to sit and do work. The layout is nice; there's plenty of seating and I enjoy coming here anytime I need to make phone calls or do some work. I've never sat outside, but they have a nice 'patio' area. I've gone through the drive-thru several times, they'he been friendly & efficient every time I've gone. I absolute love this Starbucks ! They never get my order wrong, the baristas are so sweet and energetic (perks of working in a coffee shop) lol but I really enjoy using the drive thru here. I previously mistook this location for the location inside Willowbrook Mall. I sincerely apologize. This location is wonderful! I love to use the Starbucks app to order ahead of time and just pick up my order when I arrive. ( I sense you rolling your eyes at me and thinking "it doesn't take that long for them to make coffee." But why wait in line if you don't absolutely have to do so?) I made a mistake one morning and made my order for the incorrect store. They honored my order instead of making me drive to the correct store. My order is always ready and correct. This is asking a lot for places with high foot traffic so I'm always impressed by how well they stay on top of their orders. As far as taste and quality of goods go: they're like any other Starbucks. I like this Starbucks location a lot - very spacious, well decorated and quiet. Lots of people have meetings, interviews, etc. here and it seems like a great place for it. Their coffee tastes good (their black coffee doesn't have that "burnt" taste for it & is not watery, as it is at some coffee shops). They also almost always have a good supply of fresh cold brew, which tastes fantastic. Service is always fast and friendly - and they are very efficient at managing between their drive through and in-store customers (always we staffed, and everyone seems to know what they are doing). The ample parking space is also a plus during peak hours. Definitely recommend this location. read more

I come here all the time for the SAME thing without any problems but the other day I came before closing and I feel like they did a half ass job. I usually order a quad espresso with 3 shots of white mocha and it's just straight up espresso, no milk (or else that'd be a latte), and no half/half or creamer but today the drink was really watered down looking and filled all the way to the top. Usually with an espresso, it's just filled halfway because theres nothing added. It also did not taste like a white mocha. Nice place to get some coffee and get some work done. An advantage of this place is that it's not as noisy as some Starbucks are. At some places, you can hardly hold a conversation and you are crowded and claustrophobic. I was so disappointed with this Starbucks. After waiting in drive thru and not moving for 10 minutes we decided to go inside. There were only 3 workers in the evening the day AFTER CHRISTMAS. I knew I was in for a long wait, but didn't know I was gonna be there 40 minutes for just drinks. 30 minutes into my wait I see three other workers come in from break. You think they would jump right in and start drinks, right? Nope, they decided to talk and restock before serving the customer. I said something to the barista that I had been waiting a long time and she started slamming the cups she was using. When I finally got my drinks half of them were cold and when I finally got home to my family we all threw away our drinks because it was sour, bitter, and undrinkable. I'm a barista as well, so I understand the stress of a rush. I'm usually not a tough critic of busy coffee places, but this was horrible. I was really let down by this Starbucks and it's service. There was poor management, an unclean environment, and poor customer service by the baristas. read more

Maybe it's because I've been coming to this location for over 10 years, but I have never found a location I like more than this one. And that is saying A LOT. The interior is huge. Lots of places to sit. It's never too loud or too quite. If you need to study, have a meeting, or work it is fine. Or if you show up with 5 friends and want to laugh and have a good time, that's fine too. There are lots of tables outside which I love. You can sit and watch the traffic go by on 1960 (it's not THAT close), or you can just look at the trees. When I was in high school this used to be the THE place to come. There were all sorts of cards suped up in the parking lot and it was hilarious. I was happy and surprised that they haven't been there the last 4 times I've gone...but I know they still do during the weekends and summer time. There is a nice bathroom, fast-drive through and lots of employees who are fast and competent due to the high demand at this location. read more

This is a nice location to come and study. Most of the Starbucks are getting renovations that make them less comfy. Their service is good as well and have been very helpful when you are undecided. The drive thru is about average and since they have another location about a mile away, it isn't always backed up. Just a note: Not too many people realize that unless you ask for an extra shot, you get the same amount regardless of the size (tall,grande, venti) you order...you just get extra milk.
