It's Starbucks... The crew here have always been friendly and prompt. It's what you expect. The thing is, drive through lines can get LONG here. Worse, the queue of cars backs up and chokes off other traffic from even reaching the parking spaces. (Drivers, y'all can move over to let others pass you, or--better yet!--use the dang mobile app and everyone stop idling away your gasoline! Or, are we really supposed to believe you don't have a cell phone in that Land Rover?) If you do catch a backup like this, park outside the Panda Express next door and walk over to nab your bevvie. This Starbucks is mid. Everyone is waiting ~5-7 minutes for each order. You're waiting about 20-30 minutes if the line is near the door with cars. I'm sure they have to make the payment go through before making the drinks.. read more

In the drive threw, the worker was quite rude as i was about to say my order they said "Come on!" in a rude tone. i felt very offended and this happen way to often for a starbucks. they also forgot my corssiant and i had to remind them twice, as well, i asked for a straw about five times and took awhile at the window! they have no respect. read more

I've been going there for 6 or 7 years, and I have always been happy with my order. And their customer service is outstanding!!! I always get a "Hi Deede" when I walk in and they are always so friendly. It's a great atmosphere as well. Yes, I'm addicted to Starbucks, but mostly I go to this location specifically because Keona makes my drinks before I even get there, it's so quick! I come here often. They make drinks for me. I drink them. The end. But in seriousness, my only complaints are that they sometimes turn off the "order ahead" option in the app, which sucks when I'm trying to perfectly time my pre-work latte and sometimes the app will say they are out of specific drinks, but if I go through the drive-through, it turns out they have the drinks in-stock. The line can get pretty long and wrap around the building, which makes parking tight, but I suppose I can't blame them for being busy. I will keep going back. read more

Nice Starbucks with a clean bathroom. Was road-tripping from Chicago to Michigan and needed a bathroom break. There's a gas station nearby that the husband stopped at, but I'm a little too much of a princess to use a gas station bathroom. There was no line when I walked up, so getting my drink was quick. I would have loved to use the drive through (we need more drive through Starbucks in California!), but needing a bathroom break kind of nixed that idea. read more

Very friendly staff, and quick service. This location is TINY though! Definitely not someplace to relax, more a place to hit the drive thru, or for faster service, walk inside real quick, since the line for the drive thru is usually so long (lazy people not willing to walk inside!! STill, nice to have the convenience of a drive thru). For the small space they still had a nice selection of pastries and cold food/sandwiches as usual. I don't have a clever review here. Last time I was at this location was the day I bought my car in February, and got coffee for the 3.5 hour drive home. This time, ordered a dirty gingerbread chai w/ 2 shots (like who orders drinks off the menu board). Told my barista to spell my name wrong, because it's more fun that way. She said, "Here, I spelled it with a 'c'", and I showed her my card that I was about to swipe and said, "No, no, I was thinking more like putting a silent 'f' in it somewhere...' To start out I will say, I love Starbucks. However my visit here was disappointing. It was my first time visiting this location. At first the guy seemed friendly but he made a mistake in my order. I asked for an iced coffee but instead it was made hot. I stood there for what felt like too long because there were 2 baristas behind the counter more involved with each other than to pay attention to me standing at the counter waiting to catch their eye. There were 2 other baristas who were busy making drinks too. I can't fault them for being busy. I honestly wouldn't even be writing this had it not been for the lack of customer service. Not an apology, snickers amongst them like it was my fault, and even what seemed like attitude when the correct drink was set on the counter in front of me. It was just not the type of service I'm accustomed to when I visit Starbucks. I won't go out of my way to visit the location again. read more

I have been to this Starbucks location many many times while I worked 3rd shift. It was part of my nightly routine before heading to work. Everyone needs a legal fix of energy before heading to that dreaded graveyard shift. We all know that Starbucks is Starbucks and they have mastered every cup to taste the same at every location you go to. It's one thing that makes them so successful. I have never been to one that tasted different. That being said this review is not on taste. It's on their service. They hire the friendliest people ever. They always seem so happy and eager to help you even if they're not feeling that way on the inside they never show it. I went there on my nightly stop before work to get my normal beverage. They ran my card and it said denied. I asked the lady to run it again because I knew I just got paid. So she did and DENIED again. How embarrassing! So she just said take it its on the house. I was just so happy for her hospitality. Come to find out the next day, I couldn't use my AAC card due to maintenance issues going on with their system but that's another review. read more

This location overall is great. The service is awesome even when they get backed up which happens often with it being the only drive thru starbucks in Holland. The only down fall is the size.
