One of the busiest Starbucks locations in the area that's for sure! On my most recent trip to LA I stopped at this location because I was interested in trying out an offer that was sent to my Starbucks gold membership account! For any drink when you added "fizz" to it you would receive bonus stars on top of the stars you get with your normal purchase! Now like most Starbucks when I tried ordering my hibiscus berry sangria tea with the fizz option I was told that the Co2 was out and my drink wouldn't be made as requested! It's really frustrating for a Starbucks guru like myself because what's the point of even having it as an "option"' if this option seems to never be able to be offered! Anyways I like the location better than the other one in Victorville because this one seems to have way less panhandlers and bums hanging outside the front! All in all it was good! read more

I placed a mobile order at 3:20... didn't get my order til 3:39! I did not order anything fancy.... Just an unsweetened iced green tea. It was not busy... only 3 other people walked in. When I tried to ask a question, the baristas pretended they did not see me. After waiting for 15 mins, I walked up to the order counter and still waited. Great location just off the 15 freeway and Main St. They have a drive-thru. For the first time i ordered the Strawberry Smoothie - I highly NOT recommend. Go to Jamba Juice instead. Next time I will order my usual - Caramel Frap. Fast and friendly service. read more

If I can avoid it, I do not go to Starbucks. Sadly, in the high desert, the only "good" coffee is 15 miles away from me. This Starbucks location is much closer for me. I've been getting generally the same drinks here for the past 2 or 3 years, and they have a consistent product. I'm not going to comment on whether or not I like it. Their service years ago was AMAZING. Fun, funny, personable employees. Every summer I disappear from the high desert and reappear in the fall. Since Oct 2014, the service has gone from not good to pretty darn bad. The employees do not greet you, there's nothing personable about them -- they weren't rude, but they just don't take the time to actually care about their customers anymore. I'm not sure if there is a new manager, but if so, it's time for a change. Also, are they allowed to use their own personal iPods on Pandora or Spotify for the music? Starbucks has their own internal radio, which is set up with a the proper preamp and equalizer settings... what ever was being played not only had such bad sound quality it made us irritable, but they were playing pop-country (which I've never heard in Starbucks, ever) --- plus, there were advertisements. I asked the counter guy what station this was, and he said, "it's my iPhone, it's ma' jam! Tomorrow is 80's day!" Please put the regular radio back on, it ruins your consistent atmosphere. Stopped here on a Monday morning at 11am. Very limited food options. They were out of everything (hot food-wise)-(except some pastry). They had a bad display of food items that looked wilted and old with flies inside. There wasn't much stock of Starbucks items to buy (like mugs, coffee grounds and such), and their cold quick item refrigerator was less than. After waiting several minutes for the order, was told they do not have enough of the product to fulfill my order. I feel bad for the employees having to deal with this difficult issue- I was not the only one who had to be told this. Anytime you the only one in line for 10 minutes before someone acknowledges you then takes your order. Took over 5 min to locate a reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich. Close to another 5 to 7 minutes to prepare my large coffee with three espresso add shots I'm the only one in the restaurant. The drive in line must've been really long. I got a half hearted apology. Caffeine!!!!!!! This is my regular starbucks. Their drive thru is hit and miss. Speed of the drive thru depends on who is taking the orders. I usually just go inside to say hi to the regualr baristas that know me. Rarely do I get a messed up drink, but only because I order a drink not on the menu. S-U-P-E-R S-L-O-W! Line out the door, 10 people in line on an early Friday morning. That's when you should have more than 1 person manning the cash register. On April 29th at about 12pm the lady at the drive through was very rude. She wasn't pleasant to be serving people. When she handed me my drink I politely said thank you to which she said nothing and went back inside the little box. She was wearing a red checkered shirt that seemed very unprofessional. She had a very rude vibe and I am disappointed. I was just trying to go through the drive through with my kids and even my daughter was shocked at how rude she was. read more

This location is great, right off the freeway, down the street from my work (Mr. D's) drinks were good as always, I ordered one of my favorite drinks, decaf Java Chip frap.with 3 pumps of raspberry. Barista suggested I get caramel drizzle so I tried it and it was even more amazing. $6.05 for a blended drink may be too much for some people but damn I'm a sucker for it! Everytime I go, the girls always make smart remarks not realizing the microphone is on through the screen. Today I had trouble ordering a drink I wasn't familiar with, a lady came and said "the drink is literally hot or cold" and I said i wanted the hot and she says "it's not that complicated". Another time Deion or Deon how ever you spell her name slammed straws in my hand and constantly rolls her eyes. On Monday 8/08/22 at 9:30am, I ordered a Venti Chi Tea Late, and food items. When I got to my car I saw half the cup was full with the rest filled with foam, I was late to a Dr apt & very tired, I showed an employee the drink and I said I'd return for a refund another day, I left the drink. On Wed 8/10/22 at 1130am, a mgr questioned my integrity saying I should have noticed it before I got to my car & looked at me as if I'm a liar. She said they have new employees & brushed me off, said words to the effect of "at the end You were taken care of", as if all is ok. It's NOT OK to pay $6 for half the cup, (OR their usual 2 inches off the top is NOT ok either). They are usually nice but being nice does not make up for shorting me on a regular. It's a regular thing at this store. I sincerely HOPE THIS WILL STOP BUT I DOUBT IT, I'm tired of bringing it up and nothing changes. Worse, management clearly DOES NOT CARE. SHAME ON STARBUCKS !!! Ordered two pour-overs 1/25/18, and waited nearly 25 minutes as other customers were served their special coffees. Re-ordered one because it was not hot enough. The other two came out and were equally warm. Was told, that was as hot as the water comes out. Requested a refund and went to Starbucks #26248. This Starbucks drive through is so slow. It's disappointing when I'm in a hurry to get down the hill but want a frappuccino for the drive. They have signs that say Pike and Sirens on the pits on "tap". When I asked for or venti of each they told me they don't have Sirens. I said ok, two Pikes then. A moment after that they told me they don't have Pike. I made mention of the signs, didn't get much sympathy. I had also ordered a bagel with cream cheese. They never announced it. read more

I love this Starbucks! Always have a great experience and the baristas are always friendly except for one. My only complaint would be the barista abbey(?), I've seen her there making drinks two or three times and she's never friendly, never smiles, and just looks at you blankly. This was a shocking experience at a Starbucks. The guy at the drive thru didn't greet meet but I could hear horrible noises so I asked him to let me know when he was ready. He was like I'm ready. I told him " wow it's really loud in there" he didn't respond. Normally Starbucks had funny and friendly workers. I ordered and got to the window. Never did he tell me my total. He he held his had out for my payment. He didn't greet me or thank me. I asked for a receipt just so I could see my total. Maybe the happy hour special is burning them out, but my visit was at 9 pm. When I got my drinks I wasn't sure I was finished because he never said have a nice night or thanks. I was shocked by his silence. I tried the new Carmel crunch frappachino and it was too sweet for me. My hubby has the new cookie crumble and said it was too much chocolate for him. This review is long overdue. I had been going here regularly (about two-five times a week) for two years on my way to work. The baristas during that time were great and consistently gave the typical genuine and welcoming Starbucks customer service treatment (especially the blonde woman who always worked mornings--awesome employee). Starting around this past summer and getting worse into fall, the lines began to consistently be wayyy too long, and the service disappointing. I stopped going in October and now either make my coffees at home or hit up McDonald's (yes, McDonald's is now preferred over this Starbucks) on my way to work. Today, I decided to give it another try. NOTHING has changed. The line was out into the parking lot, and took 20+ minutes (!!) to get through. I could see the orders of the four cars in front of me, and none of them were more than two drinks each. When I pulled up, I received my drink almost right away, but then waited four minutes for them to go get my yogurt. My pre-packaged yogurt. Why wasn't it already waiting by the time I got to the window? There were quite a few workers in there, so it was definitely not like the barista was doing everything by himself. Obviously, if this is what is happening for each order, no wonder the lines build up! The convenient location is completely negated by the inconvenience of the ridiculously long lines. Like always, the guy wasn't rude but he wasn't friendly, either. I've had baristas here hand me my items while not even facing me because they are talking to co-workers. I'm never thanked. I've heard baristas complaining about lack of tips while the window was open (really? I am all for tipping, but what did you do to earn one?). I am now done with this Starbucks. It's unfortunate that so many people keep going and put up with the poor service, because it makes me doubt anyone will ever step in to see what they could do to be better. :( read more

This is my "home" Starbuck's. I have been coming here for several years since it opened and have noticed in the last few years that the staff treat me more and more like family. When I am not in the store, usually due to traveling, they notice!! We talk about our kids, family, jobs, hobbies, diets we're on...they are some of the nicest people with the best customer service I have ever encountered. They know my name. They know my order and they know my car when I drive up to the drive thru. They know my hubby and kids! And they will make my drink right, with all of the crazy requests I have, with a smile on their face. If the drink is not right, they fix it and go above and beyond to make me happy. This is the BEST Starbuck's ever and I go to ALOT of them. I love my Starbuck's! read more
