This place is a drive-thru which you can always expect to be busy. I only come here super early. 6am ish, so this review is based during the morning/opening hours of operation. The mornings aren't as busy even if you are going in the drive-thru. It's really clean and the bathrooms are also clean. The morning staff weird. About half of them are just not your usual Starbucks barista happy hipsters. I'm not saying they are rude but pretty much lack energy. No enthusiasm. They also forget to turn on the music so it's kind of awkward when you're in their listening to barista conversations and such. It's been multiple times when thank you's were not said as you finish paying. I understand it's 5am and you wish you weren't at work, but you are, so be a good worker and thank your customers. You work at a coffee shop, drink a couple of shots of espresso or three! The other half of the staff is cool and get familiar with you as Starbucks workers usually are with repeat customers. read more

This Starbucks is ridiculously slow. We waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes! That is insane. And you know the line of cars was out of the parking lot and onto Main Street. Once we finally got to the speaker to order, the guy taking our order was joking around and complimenting us on our beverage choices. He was like, "Oh, good choice! That's what I'm talking about. I found this location completely by accident. I got off the freeway for gas and there it was right next door to the convenience mart. Now that is convenient. I did the drive-through which is something I generally don't do but I was on my way back to Las Vegas and wanted a quick stop. The staff was delightful. I have a new Starbuck's in the High Desert area. The folks in barstow will miss me--well sometimes, but now I have another on/off option for the trip to Los Angeles and back! read more

They are way too busy!! Super slow service, we decided to do the drive thru and I believe We waited for at least 20 minutes to even order. When we finally got to order it was just annoying how he couldn't understand me. There was a bit of two many wows I'm not sure what you just said. The coffee was great once we got it but they really need to figure out how to resolve this issue. Horrible service. The drive thru was closed signaling that they are only taking mobile orders and that dine in was open, no big deal me and my family got off to order in doors , and came to the doors being locked and two workers in there literally completely ignoring us waving at them to get there attention still nothing. Other customers started to arrive and same thing. If their was a problem with their system and or if they weren't taking any orders it would be nice to place signs outside indicating they are closed to not waste anyone's time. read more

Usually when u order off the app it will let you know when the location has run out of a specific item... apparently this location doesn't know how to keep the app updated because I ordered a nitro cold brew and as I waited 15min for my order they finally decided to let me know that they had run out of it. Ordered 50 dollars in Starbucks for my entire staff. All drinks show up and mine is missing. First the man on the phone couldn't find my order.. lie#1. Second I'm thirsty and he told me I'd have to pay the delivery fee again for the one drink. I will not be doing this again nor will I purchase anything from Starbucks or its affiliates again. We stopped at this starbucks on a road trip and were pretty disappointed with our visit. We stood in line waiting to be helped while the shift manager sat on the phone in front of us and tried to figure out coverage for someones shift the following week. She put the person on hold and walked around asking employees if they could cover the shift.. i guess it was a pretty important ordeal. There were 4 or so other people in line behind us at this point. One of the other employees came from her station to help us in between making drinks for drive thru and brewing coffee. She was polite and gave us great customer service while trying to juggle so many other tasks. We got our drinks pretty quick but had also asked for an unwarmed brownie that we had yet to receive so we reached out to the shift who was just standing around at this point. She just turned to go get it without any acknowledgement or response. We got our melted chocolate brownie for the road without the slightest bit of personality or courtesy. My wife and I are pretty chipper and don't let something like a melted brownie on a road trip ruin our day, the shift was just unfriendly and far from professional. Clean, spacious inside, good seating. Good location. However, the music was VERY LOUD to the point of almost painful. While waiting for my order, a group who ordered after me got their FIVE Frappuccino's first. Meanwhile, it took 12 minutes to get my grande Americano, and there was no explanation for the wait. On my way home from an extremly long drill weekend, I stopped by this Starbucks to get refueled for the 3hr drive ahead. These awesome young ladies/Baristas were beyond welcoming! They did not have my cold brew; however, the cashier was quick on her toes & offered up a magical concoction of coconut & chocolate -- to fix my craving As I stood there with aniticipation, I observed the staff as they welcomed regulars by name and made newbees like myself feel like part of that "regular" status. Mind you, it started pouring rain; yet they still managed to make us all smile where we could have been disgruntle due to bad weather. This team is AMAZING!! I will be sure to stop in each month I make this drive from Vegas to Cali for military drill. It's the little things that make a huge impact. read more

Absolute one of the worse Starbucks ever! For about 6 months now or more I have gone to this location and they are constantly out of every thing. No fruit. No flavor, always No something. Include they have the audacity to have a tip Jar at the window like they deserve a tip after having to change your drink order multiple times like how are they always out Of things / ingredients. To top it off they are rude too when you change you order. If I could give them no stars I would in a heart beat. And the line@ the drive thru takes forever. Even after being out of ingredients . Lastly when you ask for a refresher and it's mango dragon fruit or whatever they tell u it tastes the same just without fruit . But yet prices don't change like wth? Some of the rudest baristas I have ever met!! Not only did no one greet me when I walked in and just kept walking by me at the counter for while, but the employee Kelly has a MAJOR attitude problem! Even though I was the only customer waiting for a drink they continued to prep for close. After another five minutes of just standing around I asked if anyone was going to make my drink and she just glared at me and with A LOT OF ATTITUDE said "its in line!!!!" even though there were NO other drinks waiting to be made. Finally, another employee Abbey came and made my drink and handed it to me. I asked her for their corporate phone number and she sarcastically said she didn't know it and of course didn't offer to get it.
