This Starbucks is ridiculously slow. We waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes! That is insane. And you know the line of cars was out of the parking lot and onto Main Street. Once we finally got to the speaker to order, the guy taking our order was joking around and complimenting us on our beverage choices. He was like, "Oh, good choice! That's what I'm talking about. That's a good drink for a hot day." Dude, I don't care what you think about my coffee choice: just get it to me in less than 25 minutes! Gee whiz. read more

This location is completely horrible. Half the time you go the dining area is shit down which is annoying but whatever, the issue with that comes in when the only way to order is through the drive through and the line stays completely still for more than 5 minutes at a time. How is it possible that the only area you're serving is the drive through and we are not moving whatsoever. It wouldn't be such an issue if it wasn't a regular occurrence. Every single time I come to this location I get stuck waiting for around 20 minutes. There's no logical reason that the only line is not being served in a timely manner. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks in the area it takes 30 mins just to get through the drive thru on a slow day you would think that the drinks would at least be good but they manage to burn the shot every time I order a macchiato I dont even know why I come to this location anymore when the one on the other side of the 15 is much faster and better at making drinks. On top of this the customer service is atrocious upon receiving my drink I wasn't even sure if I was finished paying it because the person operating the drive-through handed me back my card and didn't even say if I want a receipt she continued pull her phone out and start texting so I just drove away. read more

I keep going to this store because it's closest to where I live. And EVERY time I go I'm waiting in line for more than 5 minutes without being acknowledged or getting my order taken. There will be more than enough people to take orders while other people do drive through and make drinks. There will be workers who LOOK at me and others in line and don't say or do anything about it. I'm guessing this is bad management, it's ridiculous that this happens every time I am here. I don't mind waiting for a drink but I do mind waiting SO long for my order to be taken. read more

I gave three stars because of the environment. I came at 6:30 am and it is constantly covered in trash. The inside of this establishment you could tell was not cleaned the night before. Floors were dirty, tables were dirty, and the entire outside is always riddled with trash. The staff is always friendly! I do however think they could be cleaning the inside at least instead of standing around when they are not busy. read more

This place is a drive-thru which you can always expect to be busy. I only come here super early. 6am ish, so this review is based during the morning/opening hours of operation. The mornings aren't as busy even if you are going in the drive-thru. It's really clean and the bathrooms are also clean. The morning staff weird. About half of them are just not your usual Starbucks barista happy hipsters. I'm not saying they are rude but pretty much lack energy. No enthusiasm. They also forget to turn on the music so it's kind of awkward when you're in their listening to barista conversations and such. It's been multiple times when thank you's were not said as you finish paying. I understand it's 5am and you wish you weren't at work, but you are, so be a good worker and thank your customers. You work at a coffee shop, drink a couple of shots of espresso or three! The other half of the staff is cool and get familiar with you as Starbucks workers usually are with repeat customers. read more

The drive thru was closed signaling that they are only taking mobile orders and that dine in was open, no big deal me and my family got off to order in doors , and came to the doors being locked and two workers in there literally completely ignoring us waving at them to get there attention still nothing. Other customers started to arrive and same thing. If their was a problem with their system and or if they weren't taking any orders it would be nice to place signs outside indicating they are closed to not waste anyone's time. read more

They are way too busy!! Super slow service, we decided to do the drive thru and I believe We waited for at least 20 minutes to even order. When we finally got to order it was just annoying how he couldn't understand me. There was a bit of two many wows I'm not sure what you just said. The coffee was great once we got it but they really need to figure out how to resolve this issue. The combination of the local people and people that are driving by on 15fwy makes this place not a desirable spot to stop at if you are in a rush. read more

Usually when u order off the app it will let you know when the location has run out of a specific item... apparently this location doesn't know how to keep the app updated because I ordered a nitro cold brew and as I waited 15min for my order they finally decided to let me know that they had run out of it. Ordered 50 dollars in Starbucks for my entire staff. All drinks show up and mine is missing. First the man on the phone couldn't find my order.. lie#1. Second I'm thirsty and he told me I'd have to pay the delivery fee again for the one drink. I will not be doing this again nor will I purchase anything from Starbucks or its affiliates again. We stopped at this starbucks on a road trip and were pretty disappointed with our visit. We stood in line waiting to be helped while the shift manager sat on the phone in front of us and tried to figure out coverage for someones shift the following week. She put the person on hold and walked around asking employees if they could cover the shift.. i guess it was a pretty important ordeal. There were 4 or so other people in line behind us at this point. One of the other employees came from her station to help us in between making drinks for drive thru and brewing coffee. She was polite and gave us great customer service while trying to juggle so many other tasks. We got our drinks pretty quick but had also asked for an unwarmed brownie that we had yet to receive so we reached out to the shift who was just standing around at this point. She just turned to go get it without any acknowledgement or response. We got our melted chocolate brownie for the road without the slightest bit of personality or courtesy. My wife and I are pretty chipper and don't let something like a melted brownie on a road trip ruin our day, the shift was just unfriendly and far from professional. While waiting for my order, a group who ordered after me got their FIVE Frappuccino's first. Meanwhile, it took 12 minutes to get my grande Americano, and there was no explanation for the wait. On my way home from an extremly long drill weekend, I stopped by this Starbucks to get refueled for the 3hr drive ahead. These awesome young ladies/Baristas were beyond welcoming! They did not have my cold brew; however, the cashier was quick on her toes & offered up a magical concoction of coconut & chocolate -- to fix my craving As I stood there with aniticipation, I observed the staff as they welcomed regulars by name and made newbees like myself feel like part of that "regular" status. Mind you, it started pouring rain; yet they still managed to make us all smile where we could have been disgruntle due to bad weather. This team is AMAZING!! I will be sure to stop in each month I make this drive from Vegas to Cali for military drill. It's the little things that make a huge impact. read more

So I went to my local Starbucks and I recently downloaded the app . I've never used the app before so I was confused on how to use it . I pulled up to the window and Alyssa walked me through the app and explained the benefits of being a rewards member and all the perks it comes with . I was greeted with a smile when I pulled up to the window and her customer service was amazing ! She definitely deserve a raise becus you don't run into people that take their jobs seriously and actually enjoy making their customer their number one priority. Not sure why it's rated so low. This traditionally has been the better Starbucks in the high desert. The folks that frequent this Starbucks are the less... Umm...
