This is my "home" Starbuck's. I have been coming here for several years since it opened and have noticed in the last few years that the staff treat me more and more like family. When I am not in the store, usually due to traveling, they notice!! We talk about our kids, family, jobs, hobbies, diets we're on...they are some of the nicest people with the best customer service I have ever encountered. They know my name. They know my order and they know my car when I drive up to the drive thru. They know my hubby and kids! And they will make my drink right, with all of the crazy requests I have, with a smile on their face. If the drink is not right, they fix it and go above and beyond to make me happy. It's sad to say but this location gotta be one of the dirties. The service was fine. The bathrooms were so dirty. If you look at the toilet & sink you can tell nobody has cleaned in years. It's sad to see a location that its visited by so many ppl and who pays top dollars for coffee and doesn't take the time to clean. Hopefully they take better care of the coffee bar area. read more

This starbucks is always busy! Every morning/weekend there is a long line in drive through and a line inside. However the workers are efficient and the drive through/lines move quickly. I feel that the morning staff is more friendlier than the afternoon/evening workers. I love going in the mornings and picking up coffee & all the staff is in such a good mood! Definitely need that positive friendly vibe with my morning coffee when I start my day. read more

Went thru the drive thru for a mocha frap.. what i got was a mocha milk, wasn't just blended. It was melted completely as if it was already made and sitting a bit to make a milk consistency. If I want milk I could have made it at home! read more

The drive through was at least a ten minute wait. Ordered a green tea frap and it was more watery then green tea.

Had a really unpleasant visit waiting over 30 min for my order, and when I asked how much longer, the girl there was rude about it. After few minutes I got one of my coffee and I told her I still had another one but she didn't bother to ask what I was missing and continued to make 4 more coffee and then mine. I did not like the molten chocolate latte for Valentine's Day. Tasted like it was made with water. Not milky or creamy at all. Should have stuck to my regular white chocolate mocha latte. Drive thru took for eve too ! read more

This location is your standard Starbucks store. Good service, good variety of coffees and merchandise. My only complaint are the "computer people" that take up all the places to sit. What is that? They buy a cup of coffee and sit there for hours while us patrons that want to sit and enjoy our coffees cant. Any other restaurant or coffee shop would never allow this. It's hit or miss with this location. Sometimes staff is friendly and accommodating, sometimes they're extremely rude. If you order decaf after 9, expect it to be scalded. Otherwise, the coffee is usually good. read more

Definitely understaffed or bad task management.. Always crowded, especially the drive thru line. Going in isn't any faster. I've spent 20-30 minutes both in the drive thru and inside several times. I questioned why it was taking so long inside one time for an iced coffee, and the guy making drinks told me they had all the drive thru orders to make. Wtf? What's the point of going in if the drive thru takes priority. Drinks can also be inconsistent here. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. read more

Every morning I come inside and order I'm waiting at least 25 minutes for 2 drinks. And this morning I watched 3 customers walk in after me, and left with their drinks. (They we're not mobile orders) I'm always having issues here at this Starbucks but only seems to be in the mornings . So 1 star to the morning shift . read more

Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, but service was a bit slow. It's a drive-thru/walk in, with limited parking spots.

Dislike the it ! They burned my soy milk and took over 30 minutes to make it. Looks like you're better off going through the drive thru. They had a lot of people working so being understaffed wasn't the issue. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for a long time. The service is 50/50 meaning, sometimes great and sometimes horrible. The drive through can be tricky at times because of the location and small parking lot. I ordered a venti frappuccino recently through the drive thru and got mostly foam instead of more coffee, I guess there must have been someone new who made it that day. The worst experience in the drive thru was when two guys 3 cars ahead of us, asked us to back up because their car stalled and wouldn't start, all they had to do was push it forward through the drive thru instead of making 3 cars in back of you back up, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, some people just don't think! read more

They always make our drinks right, BUT the waiting period is awful. We weren't that far back in the drive thru, but it took 45 minutes to get to the window. Any other day. Normal waiting period at this location is 15-20 minutes read more

Service here is usually good.I think it depends on who helps you out. I must say though, we went through the drive thru on 4th of July and it was packed. It was a long wait, but it usually is. When we got up to the window it took a little while for them to get our drinks together, but the girl working the drive-thru, Kayla, was so sweet! She was very friendly and talkative while we waited. This is the worst Starbucks ever!! I don't know if the employees just don't care about their job, or are just lazy. I sat in drive thru for over 28 minutes!! And then I ordered my drink soy, and didn't realize it wasn't soy till I got extremely sick! Since I cannot have dairy!! I sat at for 10 minutes at the speaker before anyone took my order. Then it took another 15 min just to get my drink. She didn't even say sorry for it taking so long. This isn't the first time I've been in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Maybe you should speak to your employees about speeding it up a little. I understand being busy. But Everytime I go there it takes forever. And also not listening and giving me dairy after I ordered soy is not ok! I had to call off work because I was so Ill. I won't return to this location again. read more

All of the SBs seem tired and out of "pep" that they once had for good coffee and great service, this location is no better.....bathrooms are always dirtyand the service seems equivalent to McD's. Seriously the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever seen - trash on the floor, dirty tables, lounge chairs with coffee splatters down the sides that were never wiped off. The bathroom was equally dirty. Also such slow service! My husband ordered two iced coffees through his phone app and they weren't ready until we had been sitting in the store for 20 minutes - meanwhile, the strawberries 'n cream frapp he walked in and ordered for the kids after the fact was ready within five minutes. read more

Close to the freeway which makes it convenient but lines are always super long in the drive thru. It was the afternoon when people are less likely to get coffee. But it took about 20 minutes for me to get my drink which is RIDICULOUS! The whole point of drive thru is to make it easy for people on the go to get their drinks. If the drive thru takes that long than I would be better off just going inside and getting my drink. read more
