I've visited it this location this morning and as soon as I walked into the establishment, all of the employees were saying good morning they were greeting me immediately. When I walked up to the counter of barista asked me how can she help. This is the exact experience that people should receive when they walk into a business, especially in the morning I asked to speak to the manager and the manager Kimmie came out smiling and with a cheerful attitude asked me how can she help me? I proceeded to thank her and let her know that she has very professional and well trained staff. I had visited the Starbucks location Across The Street the day before and had an awful experience and this Starbucks set the bar to how customers and get should be treat treated 10 stars all across the board they always have good food. After picking up my eldest daughter from orchestra, we dropped by this Starbucks to pick up a couple frappes. I drove through drive-thru. We ordered 1 Grande Mocha Cookie Crumb Frappe and 1 Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe. I am feeling a little under the weather so none for me. When we got to the window, we were immediately greeted with a nice hello. I handed over a $10 gift card. Total was $13+ so I had to add $3+ in cash. Before we even finished paying, both drinks were already being handed to us. That was fast! Thank you. Per both my daughters, both drinks were very good as they usually are. My youngest didn't think venti was that large. She's going to stick with grande going forward LOL. Friendly and pleasant staff plus awesome and quick service! That's how it should be all the time. I go here after I get off work and they have the best hospitality. My drinks are always amazing and the baristas are outstanding.

Worst customer service today 12/20/25 at 11am. No one greeted me when I came in. Then they ignored me and helped other people who came in after me. I had to leave without even getting service or product. 40 min wait in line, black thing in my drink and CHLOE said that's bizarre and made it seemed like I was lying at the drive thru after I pulled up to return the drink, I'm not sure about how Starbucks does training but making the customer feel like they're lying when they are about to pull up to the window and show you the proof is not professional at all. CHLOE likes to hand you your drinks while grabbing them from the top and that's a big no because she's handling cards and cash as well and will all the COVID stuff that's not very sanitary. I waited in line for 45 min. I gave my drive through order more than three times. I get to the window and the two drinks I ordered were not on my order. Instead of apologizing to me for not having my order correctly, the girl at the drive through window was extremely rude. I gave my order several more times and she still continued to ask over and over again "what was the order?" The order was two medicine balls and two cheese Panini's how difficult was that order? This location is on my way to work, so when I need my fix- this is the place! I typically mobile order and my order is ready when I walk in. The partners always greet me and say some variation of "have a good day" before I walk out. Today, mobile order were especially backed up (busy, holiday season, cold outside). The manager, David, was standing at the mobile hand-off and ensuring that he verbalized order statuses so that the lobby full of customers knew if their order was ready it being worked on. I appreciate his effort in letting customers know that they are busy and that the baristas are working to get everything out while he manages the "hand out" part of it. I also come to this store in the afternoons for an afternoon pick-me-up often and even if their drive thru is 10 cars deep, I'm in and out quickly and with an accurate order. This store is on it! I typically go to this specific location in the afternoons but I was able to visit in the morning and it was very pleasant. No matter what time you go there is always an extremely long line but it definitely shouldn't scare you away. They do a great job at getting the drive thru line down quickly. There is not a lot of space in the parking lot but it's an engineering problem not theirs. I also love that they carry peppermint tear round.. Yesterday I went to the Starbucks on Hesperia Rd in Victorville Ca. I wasn't feeling very good due to the fact that my business isn't taking off like I would like and my personal situation is stagnant. I agreed to meet someone for a coffee and didn't even take the time to put on a decent outfit. When I walked in the aroma of the freshest coffee I've ever smelled was almost immediately cancelled out by the energy and pleasantness of the crew. ( not manager) the crew. They all looked like they were having such a great time together working with genuine smiles on their faces. I was greeted and sadly I gave the weakest response back because I was feeling so decaf. Just then this little brunette version of Cindy loo Who gives me the most energetic welcome to Starbucks I've ever received. I looked at her and couldn't help feel better. I watched her for a second and heard someone say "Andy you're at a 10. I need you to go down to a 2. Now I'm a retired Marine and I've been to combat. When we have the initiative to crush the enemy, you would never hear a general tell Marines to go easy on them. Her enemy was my slump and she gathered her courage and without any warning adjusted my attitude for the better with her charisma and audacious tenacity to make me feel like a friend she's making a coffee for feel better. I smiled and said hey I like Andy at a ten. Andy you keep doing what your doing. I have no idea how long she has been a team member of your fine organization but I know a leader when I see one. I've done what I can to articulate to you that you have a star who's about to go supernova. It my assessment that she be put into some kind of management training so her infectious personality can permeate through to those patrons who can get a coffee anywhere but chose Starbucks for the feeling of being important enough to have your name hand written on your cup. The Starbucks on the corner of Hesperia Road and Bear Valley Road has a great staff. The only real problem at this location is parking: there is never enough available spaces, and people drive particularly crappy here. Backing up and squeezing-in and blocking each other and not looking where they are going: it's inevitably a super-frustrating mess. The drive-thru can also be a totally crowded affair. You can't view the drive-thru line from the entrances, so when you pull in: SURPRISE! , you're car number 8 in line! Congratulations, you have a 15 minute wait and car number 9 is now behind you: you're trapped, have fun! If you can find a parking space, just park and go inside to order. The moral of one of my fav Starbucks has died and so has the quality of their drinks frapps that are just so watery I almost can't taste the caramel. That says a lot being that the caramel is as sweet as it gets smh . So not impressed today. I've had such good service at this place up until yesterday. I ordered a white chocolate mocha once I parked my vehicle realized my coffee was not the one I ordered. So I thought no big deal I will just return. I got back in line and the lady on the speaker said no problem they would give me the right order.
