My food is correct 99.9% of the time. The .01% it isn't right; I simply drive around and go through the drive-thru and they make my order right. My food is always hot and fresh and appears to be prepared with care. The breakfast items are always great. The lunch and dinner items are usually great. Service: I order on the app and pick up my food curbside. I'm not usually in a hurry, so I don't mind waiting a few minutes for my order. If they ever feel like they took too long to bring my order out, they'll apologize, which is respectful and I appreciate it, though not necessary. The staff bringing my orders out are nice and courteous. Ambiance: I don't frequent the inside of the restaurant. I usually go to the curbside pickup. The few times I've been inside in the past few years, the interior is clean, bathrooms are clean, and the staff are working their tails off making food and taking care of business.
