The young man brought me the kids meal to my table. End result. The owner was so out of order and he needs to be reminded that most customers are right. Not everyone is out to get over. I didn't mind paying extra because I ordered the kids meal not just a hunger buster.

I paid with a debit card. I decided to call the store the day before the event to check on the order. I was told they had no knowledge of the order and, although the charge had already been processed by my bank, they had no record of it. OH...and they said "we don't make BEAR CLAWS," even though they are clearly on their menu. I asked to speak to the manager and was denied. I called a second time with the same result. Needless to say, I will never buy donuts from Shipley again, and will be quick to advise others to follow suit. There are PLENTY of other donut shops.

It looks like they are still expanding their selection but they are pretty good right now! What a great find!

I was craving a burger and this place did not disapoint, I went with the hometown hero and I'm not sure if they even made money on this burger, it was so juicy, not overcooked at all, perfection, seasoned propertly, the meat was likely a perfect 80/20 blend, bacon between the patties was very nice. I've eaten a lot of burgers in my day, and this was probably the best I've ever had. Looking at the menu, there are so many different options and I'm rating on the burgers alone, but I have no doubt that everything is likely top notch just based on the quality of this item.
