You can select your past orders in your account, click on 'help' and follow prompts to find a location to report the issue. I would recommend doing this. If we don't report the issues, the place will never get better. Service: Orders are promptly made. Customer service is not very positive. If you order on the app and pick up your order in the drive thru, the order-taker will repeat your whole order at the menu board. They're just reading the order off of their screen to you, and our orders still are usually wrong in some way. I don't need my order read back to me: I know what I ordered, and I'm counting on you to prepare it correctly. Ambiance: The way the location is built, you can't easily leave the drive thru to pull back around to the entrances of the building, so it's a poor design that's pretty inconvenient when your order is incorrect.
