The coffee is roasted two doors down and the chocolate is made in the factory in house!! They have a bunch of made-to-order food options and house baked pastries from local bakeries! The Factory Cafe is bright and cheerful, with plants, tons of natural sunlight, and a very pretty seating area. Even their bathrooms are aesthetic! Cherry hand pies were delicious with a flaky crust - these are hard to find at other GF bakeries! Their loaves of bread are really good.
