So bad that I'm writing this review. The two workers were so unfriendly I asked three times for a drink recommendation and the lady with the long dark curly hair that was running the register could not be bothered. She just kept repeating the same thing over and over that I could have the drink anyway blended, hot or col-- then after I ordered the drink, she went and whispered something to the other coworker and when she gave me my drink, there was no coffee in it. It was just a bunch of blended sugar and whipped cream. I tossed it in the trash as I left. Sorry Black Rifle--my husband and I really like your coffee, but we won't be stopping in here anymore unless you hire a friendlier staff.

Every barista I've met goes above and beyond to make their drinks balanced and delightful. They are always open to modifications, and they have some cool suggestions of their own if you ask! They have all the drink options you could want (caf+decaf) but they also have more traditional drinks like the Italian Macchiato or Cortado (my favorite). The coffee is roasted two doors down and the chocolate is made in the factory in house!! They have a bunch of made-to-order food options and house baked pastries from local bakeries! The Factory Cafe is bright and cheerful, with plants, tons of natural sunlight, and a very pretty seating area. Even their bathrooms are aesthetic!
