Each location is decorated and detailed the same so no matter where you are you know you're at a Handel's. Can't say too much on the staff, it's a busy life cream parlor so you don't get to interact with them a lot. What I will say is I've never felt rushed when I can't decide what to get.

He seems to enjoy his job and makes easy conversation with everyone who stops in. While I was there, a few people who were clearly regulars popped by, and he knew their names and orders off the top of his head, which I found impressive. The coffee is superb- both times I've been, I've absolutely loved (and savored) every sip. I honestly can't remember which flavor lattes I tried each time, but trust your instincts with your own flavor preferences and I assure you, you will not be disappointed! I have been to fiiz way more than I have swig and I've gotten to try a couple of their options, captain jack still being my number one favorite and what I recreate on my own at my local maverick when I feel like drinking three times the sugar content recommended for a human being. I try to limit my visits to when I get a gift card to avoid over drinking these, and this time, I got their "thor" drink. It was good! I'm not the biggest Mountain Dew fan, so maybe that was a mistake, but the combinations of syrups and cream really came through. My biggest problem with fiiz is that their snacks are BAD. Every time I've gotten a pretzel from them, it's been dry and stale as hell. I honestly don't know why I keep trying. I understand this is a dirty soda place and not a bakery, but don't sell these things to people, please. It barely resembles food. Whatever, lesson learned I guess.
