    Ordered a couple drinks and customized 1. I customized mine from coconut milk to almond milk. Unfortunately, not make correctly and I had allergic reaction. VERY disappointed! The tag is correct, but husband verified it was coconut milk.

    They are back to a five star rating in my opinion! I don't know that they are fully staffed again but it feels like they are comfortable again and producing their coffees in a quick fashion. Covid was rough on everyone and this family seems to be recovering nicely. The restrooms were clean and I was able to order and get my drink in a timely manner. And the workers do seem to be smiling again. That makes me very happy because this is our only Starbucks in Greenville.

    Was here tonight and the service was horrible my drinks were not as requested and just not great, just didn't want to hold the line even more. Marleena took my order and she was not very friendly. Don't recommend.

    This is the size of the 2 brownies I ordered . Plus they were really hard around the edges like they had been out for days .

    I don't have a regular Starbucks, but I stop here regularly. Friendliest staff of any Starbucks. Great folks. Good place. And now with the construction being completed, it is right on the frontage road leading back to I-30 West, and easier access east as well.

    I go to Starbucks frequently, probably too frequently for a $6 glass of flavored milk, but either way and I still keep coming back, but after visiting this location, that I think needs to change. I have been to this location several times and every time they are a failure. Either they are out of something or they get the order wrong or you are standing there for your mobile order and none of the 5-8 people behind the counter are acknowledging your existence or they have long drive through lines. They literally seem to be doing everything in their power to detract customers. While they NOW have a mobile pick up area close to the register where someone should help you faster, it still failed. I walked in gave the person working the mobile area my name, she said it and looks for the drink and I guess it wasn't there and just start calling out other names for 2 minutes. She said nothing to me like "it will be right up" or "I don't see it here, let me look". It was like I became invisible. It was so strange. So I moved over to the order line and asked the guy there where my drink was. It was still being made even thought it was 10min past the latest time they said it would be ready. Then when it was done she put it with the drinks that where order in the store, where it stat for at least 5 more minute and I had to say "where is it" and he found I there. This place is so messed up and not managed well. The store manager that calls herself "queen bee" according to their instore bulletin board, needs to do so much better then she is currently doing. But I think I also found out one of the problems on the customer service side. They are being led by a District Manager named Dawn that doesn't care about customer experiences either. I called her over two weeks ago, the day this all happed, and she never called back. So if she is not calling customer back, I can only imagine how she coaches and training her mangers to provide even the basics in customer service. For the price we pay for Starbucks products, not only should things taste good but customers that are of sound mind and not being crazy people and just looking for standard customer service should be getting it and the fact that a District Manger doesn't call back says a lot about how they lack respect for their customers.
