Do not go to this location!!!' I am unsure the problem but they do not know how to make drinks/orders correct. I had a issue last time when it was delivered so I drove there today to get home to a coffee that's incorrect again!!!!! You pay full price but get terrible coffee, very inconsistent. I know how drinks should be made, and ordering a shaken espresso.. all the syrups should be shaken with the espresso shots and ice. Then how would my drink come to me layered? It's frustrating ordering a drink and getting it not made correctly since that changes the taste. They were patient while I decided what I wanted and offered to help if I would like that but didn't push it. This place is busy. We've waited in the drive thru as well as inside for up to 20 minutes. The staff is always friendly and the drinks taste the same no matter which barrista whips them up. This is easily the most efficient Starbucks in town, and I highly recommend coming here above all other locations. Also, they always offer our dog a puppa-chino. Came into this Starbucks on a Saturday morning. I order an iced venti americano and a double smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwich. The lady taking my order not only took 5 minutes to take my order but got everything wrong. My drank came out hot instead of iced and she put down the sandwich as a turkey bacon sandwich. Overall the simple drink and sandwich took 25 minutes to make and was made improperly. read more

Only went here because all local cafes close earlier than 6pm. The ladies working were very unprofessional and disconnected. They called my name for my order and ran off. Straws were in an oddly hidden nook, with no napkins to be found in the same area (or other coffee additives, etc). I found the other station near the door, but it does not make sense being so far away from the pick-up counter. The ladies cursed a few times, joked about "killing myself", and "omg you can't even vote yet"... Very loud-- never seen anything like that at a starbucks before. My frappe was a lot more watery than any other starbucks as well, usually much more of an icey slushy. Local cafes would absolutely have business if they stayed open later. read more

I frequent this location and normally have a great experience. Yesterday not so much. A very young woman named Brooke screwed up my order and didn't know which size a Venti was. When I thought they over charged me Brook got snappy with me and when I tried explaining it to her another woman with WAY too much makeup on and bright red lipstick yelled at me before I could even finish talking. After being handed my coffee I had to demand my change. No sorry or have a nice day. No customer service whatsoever. I order the same drink and know how it tastes and they screwed that up too. The best Starbucks they have in great falls. I don't ever order a Carmel macchiato latte for myself because it always tastes burnt but every time I order it for my husband it tastes great. Wow! Katie was my barista! She said she usually works at the other Starbucks in town. You would think that the change of scenery might have frustrated her... not this barista! Service was with a smile. They were very busy, and she still took time to make sure my drink was made right without me having to ask. Literally sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. 20 friggin' minutes!!!!! When I finally get to the window, there is no apology for a long wait or free drink. I pay drive out, taste my drink and it taste like it's been sitting in the window for 20 minutes. It was soooo watered down. I pulled over and went inside to complain. No apology offered and it'd take too long to fix my drink so I just asked for a refund. These employees need better training. I live--not exaggerating--a three minute drive from this Starbuck but would rather drive to the one in Albertsons. told my barista my preferences and asked for a recommendation. she was so bright and in a cheerful mood, even though they had a full line through the drive thru 10 minutes before closing. they made my drink very quick and were so polite when i had to wait before they took my order. barista listened to my likes and dislikes and thought of the perfect drink for me. so so nice and great service from everyone working there. this is my go-to starbucks always. read more

Service was slow people who ordered after me got their orders first. There were 3 in our party 2 of the drinks cave out and we had to wait at least 10 mins or more for third beverage, yet those behind us got theirs. They seemed very disorganized behind the counter. read more

This Starbucks has the slowest drive thru. Not only that, but I don't like that they don't give you your total until you get to the window. Half the time you don't remember the prices of the drink from the menu and it just seems very expensive...in my opinion, it's just sketchy. Today, I ordered a cold drink (no whip) which was on the ticket; once I receive my drink--after siting in the drive thru for 9 minutes, there's whip cream on it (with a sticker saying no whip)...after 9 minutes you'd think they'd at least get the drink correct...I go through the drive thru because I don't have time to go in but I'm starting to think it would just be quicker to go inside. read more

After several visits I've decided that customer service is anathema to the staff. Today I had to repeat my order three times and then they handed me the wrong drink (at drive through). When I said I'd ordered a grande not a venti, neither of the young staff offered an apology or a refund of the price difference, just "It's Sunday. We're busy." I made them refund the $.30 on principle. This is why I usually drive across town to buy local, and it's why I'll do that from now on. read more

An employee denied giving me change for $10 after my transaction. Needless to say my drink sucked. Since then, I have shopped at local business and made my own drinks for a fraction of the price.
