I had the pleasure of ordering a gift for delivery from Bloom and Bean this week. I don't live in MT, have never been to Great Falls, but needed to have a special birthday gift delivered to a family member who recently moved there. I found limited options from my internet searches but am so glad to have found Bloom and Bean on Yelp! Their website featured lovely pictures, and enough business information to make me feel comfortable ordering something I can't see and trust that they will deliver on time. I ordered their pretty floral bouquet in mason jar, and lavender lemonade! The gift was perfect for my relative! Even nicer - Rebecca at Bloom and Bean confirmed back on my emails and we had a nice back and forth about delivery details. Bloom and Bean is a cute little flower shop. Upon entering you are taken back with aromas of deep, rich coffee and the sweet floral scents of the many flowers around the shop. The coffee is full flavored and strong, its taste is not lost with the flavor add-ins. Prices are very reasonable and the owner is very friendly. Though there isn't much room to sit, the atmosphere is still welcoming. The next time I visit, I want to try their Big Train brand ice rages aka blended iced coffee drinks. read more

Absolutely appalled by the service we received. We never officially set a day to get with her for flowers; she told us to come in sometime on a Friday. We showed in the morning to have her tell us that she had scheduled me the day before at 10 o'clock. I never scheduled anything with her; then she made it sound as if she couldn't help us without having anything else she was doing. She still sat down with us to get an order set up but very snobbishly. For our payments, we were under the impression that she would have had people who know how to take our payment, which was also false. My husband said the young lady who helped him seemed really confused and it took quite a while to actually make the payment, but the young lady wasn't doing anything wrong and just wasn't properly trained. My husband explained that I would be paying the rest when I came to pick up the flowers the day before our ceremony. When I walked in to pick up the flowers (she had told us that they would be ready the day before the ceremony), she exclaimed that since she did not get her money, she didn't bother working on our flowers and they were not even close to being ready. Frustrated, I made my payment and left, hoping that we were finally done. Nope. She not only was extremely rude and snobbish to us the entire course of us just getting flowers, but she also messed up our order. And she knew we couldn't do anything about it because it was the DAY of our ceremony. Which she made clear. We are absolutely infuriated and will not be recommending her to anyone. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in town and something of a hidden gem for Great Falls. You'd think a florist that's also selling coffee might not make the best coffee. You'd be wrong though, and their beans are often sourced from local roasters. All the flowers make for an inviting atmosphere too. Hope more people in Great Falls discover this wonderful coffee shop! read more
