Love this place, first thing I did when I came to Great Falls was look for a coffee shop. Their 406 Shaken Cold Brew is delicious! Workers are friendly and always ask how my day is going. Gotta love the vibe here ! read more

This review concerns the entirety of this establishment, from its setup to the actual coffee and is meant to be a constructive critique not a bashing session. First, it's a drive thru, which is not intrinsically a bad thing, however, for this place it is. Second, the layout of the menu location in proximity to where you order is not smart. Finally, the coffee resembles a Starbucks but marketed as having a Montana flair. The menu with its multitude of flavors, mixtures, and selections is located at the same area that you order. Once again, this is not entirely bad but when you've never been here before sensory overload and frustration occurs. Between navigating the pantheon of coffee flavors and items on the menu to having the barista awkwardly stare at you with anticipation, all the while having rave/techno music blast your train of thought out the window, anxiety sets in and all you want to do now is drive away. If the menu was placed further back while waiting in line and the music turned down, much of this issue would be resolved. Now, for the coffee. Honestly, it's not bad or gross it's just not anything that Starbucks can't provide, minus the huckleberry flavoring. If the baristas could provide a helpful suggestion according to one's palate description, that would push this established in the right direction. Overall, I would try this place again but not before I pregame the menu at home and research what I might want prior to arriving at this establishment. Try it for yourself but be warned if it's your first time. read more

Best coffee and the best people come over and get some delicious coffee they are very friendly people

They are incredibly friendly and fast service, the drinks have been wonderful and I enjoy the variety and options. I've tried their burritos multiple times and they're always very over cooked so not worth it. But the muffins are good. The drive thru from either direction is amazing, really makes it possible to get in and get out easily and in any vehicle I have. read more

Just using this coffee shop just like support a local business maybe an idea. In drive through It was hard to find the menu, I used the google maps to find the website to choose what I wanted, taking too much time. It was my first and I think the last time there. I compare with Starbucks and The True Brew Espresso is losing this competition. In white chocolate mocha I didn't feel the taste of coffee, was like drinking the corn syrup with milk. read more

True Brew Espresso - White Chocolate Mocha M - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Great Falls, Montana

Lots of options, but if you're looking for good quality coffee, this is not it. Beans taste burnt :(

Over the years my taste has changed. I used tobloev Starbucks but then it just became the same drink iver and over with no specials or variety of any kind. So I switched to True Brew since their variety had always sparked my attention. I really like that they have sugar free and decaf options. And you can't tell the difference! The staff are always kind and courteous. The menu has increased to include breakfast sandwiches and quiches. I love their pineberry Red bull Italian soda. Amazing. And their black and white iced coffee is super tasty on a hot day. My husband likes their spiced chai and Mexican mocha. Definitely would recommend for their seasonal drinks alone. read more

I love this place! The employees are amazing! They do a great job at making my coffee every time! I do miss the brew rights cards though.

So many options if drinks, and they offer great breakfast fresh breakfast sandwiches and burritos. They offer vegan choices as well. Prices are in comparison to similar big name places. Their are super friendly, attentive, energetic and helpful staff at either location. read more

I truly enjoy this coffee shop. The people are always friendly, and the coffee is delicious. They are also one of the only coffee shops in town that can make a good Italian soda. Now, the new location has some issues in my opinion. The people seemed to be just as friendly, there was a new higher and she was doing a great job. Me and my brother tried to go inside, sit down and talk. This is what we do to see what's going on with each other. The music was so loud inside, the order taker had trouble hearing us. We tried to sit and talk, but again the music was so loud, we finally just got up and left after a few minutes. We had to yell at each other to hear. I can only say, with a sit down area, the music needs to be turned down. If the music stays this loud, the sit down area is a waste of money, and they should just have a walk up window like they have down town. read more

I truly love this place and I have never had an issue. I mean with how busy it is there the staff is well put together and makes drinks as fast as they can with amazing quality. I highly recommend!! read more

The best coffee in Great Falls! Their service is always amazing, and the drinks are delicious! Drive up to the window of True Brew, and get blown away with the delicious smells that waft out of the shop when they open the window. The workers are always extremely friendly and helpful; you don't get that kind of service at Starbucks. Their prices are super competitive and their drinks are above and beyond what you'll get anywhere else in town! read more

Hands down one of the best cup of Coffee you can get in this town. Plus service is super quick and you never have to wait in line very long. Would highly recommend getting a coffee here. read more

I love this place, they never let me down. Their coffee is always great and they are super fast!! Service is always super nice and they are rocking out in there!! read more

I started getting coffee at True Brew recently. I am very impressed! The workers are very nice and polite and the coffee is awesome. The thing that will definitely keep me coming back is that they use espresso shots in their cold blended drinks and not some nasty stale brewed coffee sitting in a pitcher all day like City Brew pushes off on frappe drinkers. I drink decaf and City Brew wants to charge me almost $9 for my frappe if I ask for FRESH decaf espresso instead of that stuff in the pitcher...reason I quit going there. The only bad thing is I wish True Brew was open later than 4pm. I don't make it into town that early except two days out of the week when I work afternoons. Hopefully in the future you might consider staying open to at least 7pm. read more

Brandon and Karly are the best! Always make me feel welcome and remember what I like to drink. Love the coffee and best service in town! Always remember to ask about my family and constantly show they care about their customers! Ditch Starbucks and get your coffee fix here! read more

the cinnamon roll iced coffee is my every morning drink! so good! they also have pup treats

Absolutely the BEST place to get an iced coffee in town! They know to add the ice last so the coffee isn't bitter and the whole crew is great! Sometimes they dress up and let me tell you...pulling up in the morning and having Napoleon dynamite hand you your coffee will put a smile on your face hahaha read more

The best! Service and coffee are phenomenal. Whenever I come into Great Falls, I have to have it.

Best beverage drive thru in town. Staff is always up beat and friendly. Chi tea is my favorite, followed by the peppermint hot chocolate.

Love their coffee!! I stop in here all the time and have been very pleased with my coffee. I usually order an americano, and sometimes a Carmel macchiato. These are always consistently delicious. :-) This is only a drive through but it's very quick to get your order. read more

Visiting from out of town and wanted to try this place. I got a frozen coconut with coffee and it was pretty good. Not the best I've ever had but really good! They have so many different flavors to choose from, I had a hard time deciding. If I lived here I would probably visit this place often just so I could try the different flavors and probably find something I loved and make it my usual. read more

Great, not too sweet drinks. Convenient location. I like the lattes here better than at Starbucks!

Just going through town. Needed coffee and gas. Hands down, among the top three mochas of my life.

When I have time to get coffee, this is where I want to go! First of all, the staff is so friendly and upbeat. Their seasonal mixes are always worth trying! I also love that I can get almond milk without being charged much extra, honestly I don't know if they charge me extra for the almond milk. Their prices are very reasonable. read more

Great beverages and excellent customer service! I especially love the chai and dirty chai here, but all the drinks I've tried have been wonderful. The blended beverages are a little on the sweet side (they're probably just from a powder mix though) and they could use better menu placement, but overall, great place for a quick coffee! read more

Their dirty chai is the best on the menu! Fantastic find and the price is totally reasonable. Also, great customer service!
