This review concerns the entirety of this establishment, from its setup to the actual coffee and is meant to be a constructive critique not a bashing session. First, it's a drive thru, which is not intrinsically a bad thing, however, for this place it is. Second, the layout of the menu location in proximity to where you order is not smart. Finally, the coffee resembles a Starbucks but marketed as having a Montana flair. The menu with its multitude of flavors, mixtures, and selections is located at the same area that you order. Once again, this is not entirely bad but when you've never been here before sensory overload and frustration occurs. Between navigating the pantheon of coffee flavors and items on the menu to having the barista awkwardly stare at you with anticipation, all the while having rave/techno music blast your train of thought out the window, anxiety sets in and all you want to do now is drive away. If the menu was placed further back while waiting in line and the music turned down, much of this issue would be resolved. Now, for the coffee. Honestly, it's not bad or gross it's just not anything that Starbucks can't provide, minus the huckleberry flavoring. If the baristas could provide a helpful suggestion according to one's palate description, that would push this established in the right direction. Overall, I would try this place again but not before I pregame the menu at home and research what I might want prior to arriving at this establishment. Try it for yourself but be warned if it's your first time. read more

They are incredibly friendly and fast service, the drinks have been wonderful and I enjoy the variety and options. I've tried their burritos multiple times and they're always very over cooked so not worth it. But the muffins are good. The drive thru from either direction is amazing, really makes it possible to get in and get out easily and in any vehicle I have. read more

Just using this coffee shop just like support a local business maybe an idea. In drive through It was hard to find the menu, I used the google maps to find the website to choose what I wanted, taking too much time. It was my first and I think the last time there. Over the years my taste has changed. I used tobloev Starbucks but then it just became the same drink iver and over with no specials or variety of any kind. So I switched to True Brew since their variety had always sparked my attention. I really like that they have sugar free and decaf options. And you can't tell the difference! The staff are always kind and courteous. The menu has increased to include breakfast sandwiches and quiches. I love their pineberry Red bull Italian soda. Amazing. And their black and white iced coffee is super tasty on a hot day. My husband likes their spiced chai and Mexican mocha. Definitely would recommend for their seasonal drinks alone. read more

This place is a no frills coffee shop. Their coffee is so tasty and they have new drinks to try all the time. I was loyal to Starbucks until I moved here and now I think my loyalty has shifted. I truly enjoy this coffee shop. The people are always friendly, and the coffee is delicious. They are also one of the only coffee shops in town that can make a good Italian soda. Now, the new location has some issues in my opinion. The people seemed to be just as friendly, there was a new higher and she was doing a great job. Me and my brother tried to go inside, sit down and talk. This is what we do to see what's going on with each other. The music was so loud inside, the order taker had trouble hearing us. We tried to sit and talk, but again the music was so loud, we finally just got up and left after a few minutes. We had to yell at each other to hear. I can only say, with a sit down area, the music needs to be turned down. If the music stays this loud, the sit down area is a waste of money, and they should just have a walk up window like they have down town. read more

I love this place. I am a coffee fanatic and this is one of my favorite places dirty chai is great, and honestly haven't found a drink I don't like. I typically order a large quad breve flavor always depends on my mood. They have a prepaid drink card for the large size $40 or $45 and you get 10 drinks for me that's a fantastic deal. I started getting coffee at True Brew recently. I am very impressed! The workers are very nice and polite and the coffee is awesome. The thing that will definitely keep me coming back is that they use espresso shots in their cold blended drinks and not some nasty stale brewed coffee sitting in a pitcher all day like City Brew pushes off on frappe drinkers. I drink decaf and City Brew wants to charge me almost $9 for my frappe if I ask for FRESH decaf espresso instead of that stuff in the pitcher...reason I quit going there. The only bad thing is I wish True Brew was open later than 4pm. I don't make it into town that early except two days out of the week when I work afternoons. Hopefully in the future you might consider staying open to at least 7pm. read more

Visiting from out of town and wanted to try this place. I got a frozen coconut with coffee and it was pretty good. Not the best I've ever had but really good! They have so many different flavors to choose from, I had a hard time deciding.
