I had a very good experience working with Rhonda when ordering a floral arrangement for my nephew's funeral. Despite the need for the order to be delivered quickly within 36 hours, she was able to design a very nice arrangement that was very appropriate and beautiful. She stayed at work past closing time to accommodate my order. The addition of blue and purple to the arrangement suited my nephew's favorite colors perfectly. Delivered to the funeral home in plenty of time before the celebration of my nephew's life. Spacious parking lot next to the store. I recommend Sally's Flowers! read more

It's bad enough to lose a family member but to have 2 out of 3 deliveries from other family members not show up and be told that they did by the owner is absolutely ridiculous. Seems like it's happened before reading other reviews. STEER CLEAR of this place. We really wanted to give the business to a local place to where they were going but that was a mistake. Since the owner is doing nothing with a refund even after the other lady in the shop said they weren't delivered (AFTER 3 WEEKS btw..) we will be doing a charge back. I called directly to the shop to order flowers for my moms birthday. The lady asked me how much I wanted to spend. I said $100. She took my payment and charged me an additional $10 delivery fee. The flowers that were delivered were cheap and started dying within 2 days. The vase the flowers were delivered in was too short and the flowers were tipping over. My mom had to put the flowers in another vase. Will not use this company again. read more

I've used this shop a couple of times now and most definitely will use them again. The most recent purchase was for my Mothers birthday which happens to be on Saturday. I always have them delivered to her office as she likes to show her workmates and then she takes them home once the weekend hits... I placed the order Tuesday to have them delivered Friday and in conversation with my mom I realize she will not be in the office on Friday. Mind you, this is around Noon on Thursday. I called the shop right away to see if I could possibly get the delivery switched, fully expecting my only option to be Tuesday when she returns, but I was pleasantly surprised when they told me cheerfully, that it would not be a problem to get them to her today. I ordered an arrangement I saw on line for my deceased aunt. She loved the color purple and the colors were purple and white. It was perfect. I did not attend the funeral but a cousin sent me a picture of the arrangement and it wasn't even remotely close to what I ordered. Different flowers and predominately pink, not a favorite color of my aunt's. What a disappointment. When my sister told me she never got them, I called Sally's Flowers to see what happened. I was fist told the bookkeeper would call me back, that never happened two days in a row. When I finally talked to the manager, she told me they had an emergency that day and they were not open to deliver the flowers. How about do it the next day then? Nope! Plus, they never called me to tell me they didn't get delivered or offer a refund. No, they just took my money and said screw it, not going to deliver the flowers! I understand Sally's is under new management, and they are phenomenal. My father passed away about six months ago, and my mom lives 500+ miles away from me. She was having a rough time last week and I wanted to send her a little something to brighten her day. I was so happy that I could place my order on Sally's website before I went to work, and even better, their delivery driver kept it a complete surprise. I got a call that afternoon from my mom exclaiming how beautiful the bouquet was. All this week she has texted me pictures of the flowers, and they're still gorgeous, especially considering the very-reasonable price we paid for them. Sally's Flowers orchestrated a perfect delivery on short notice, the flowers were amazingly fresh, and my mom cried happy tears. My experience with them really was as good as it gets. read more

Definitely not worth the money. My husband ordered a bouquet from 1-800-FLOWERS and Sally's Flowers was the local florist that filled his order. He wanted it delivered to surprise me. Sally's ruined his surprise by calling me to ask for directions to our home. Apparently they don't use GPS or Google Maps. On top of that, the roses were not in good condition, they were supposed to have been long stemmed roses, yet only one was, and another rose was completely withered after two days. I live in Bozeman, MT and my Mother lives in Great Falls so I decided to use Sally's for her Mother's Day flower delivery, big mistake!! First of all, they lost my order. Second, they sent her the wrong bouquet and my Mother wasn't even able to enjoy her flowers as they sent her lilies and She is terribly allergic to lilies and they had to be put outside immediately. Third, the message on the card that was sent to her said only half of what I had requested it say. After all of this and several phone conversations later, they had apologized for everything and assured me that they would send out the bouquet I had originally ordered the following day. I had a very pleasant experience with Sally's Flowers that I wanted to share! I am from Connecticut and was trying to order flowers to be delivered to a family member in Montana. Not being aware of the area, Sally's was almost 3 hours away from where I needed my flowers delivered to! They called me to let me know that they were not able to deliver, but they contacted a florist in the town over from where I needed the delivery and had everything all set up for me! Since I had already placed my order online, the charge had gone through for Sally's and there was a second charge from the new florist who actually delivered the flowers! Sally's mentioned that this may happen and once the charge was no longer pending (actually went through) I called them and they refunded me in a very timely manner. Sally's Flowers really went above and beyond and I wish I was local so that I would be able to refer more people! read more
