Yes - sugar overload! But worth it! The menu has a good variety and they have a small lunch selection. You can get a sandwich and chips for around $7. They have a good assortment of baked goods as well. I've never had their cinnamon rolls, but they look amazing! The atmosphere lives up to it's theme of cowboys and cabin. There is a cozy fireplace with rockers and a couch that is great in the winter, right now it's decorated for Christmas and gives you all the good holiday feels.

I understand that a business can have policies, but the way this was handled was yet another example of the unnecessarily rude attitude I have experienced there. I wasn't trying to sit there and consume something I bought somewhere else instead of purchasing anything. I was literally there to buy their coffee and customize it with something I already had. At some point, a business needs to realize that customer service matters. Policies can be enforced without treating customers like they're a nuisance for walking through the door. I've given this place multiple chances, and the consistently unpleasant interactions have completely outweighed whatever I like about their coffee. There are plenty of other coffee shops where I can spend my money and actually feel welcome. I won't be back.

What really keeps me coming back, though, is the amazing customer service. Both Jessica and Brianna consistently go out of their way to make every visit feel personal. They are always friendly, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. Great drinks are one thing, but having employees who remember you and make you feel appreciated makes all the difference.
