I snapped a picture of his beautiful, state of the art trailer and he causally walked over and introduced himself. He did inquire as to why I took a picture of his very nice setup. I told him I was doing a Yelp review. He wasn't familiar with Yelp but said his wife was. I told him that I like to support local businesses and that Yelp could help him get more customers. I also told him that I bought a cup of his wonderful coffee last week and it really was a Pretty Bomb cup! Great coffee at great prices and genuinely friendly folks! But Yelp, among others, apparently decided that this is the place, in Gaffney, SC. It is attached to a fairly worn down gas station, and one is greeted by bible verses at the door. I probably sold myself short by hiking first and arriving a half hour before closing as they were sold out of what I assume was a much better variety. I took a danish and was offered a free glazed donut as a Father's Day special despite not being a father. Realistically, I think they just wanted to clear out inventory. I paid in cash and kept getting offered more than the correct amount of change. Have to say though, it was a remarkably delicious cream in that danish. I wish I'd been able to try more flavors, but what I found is pretty much the archetype of a little donut place in South Carolina.

This afternoon while out we drove over there to check it out. They close at 6pm, they have a menu posted as well as a qr code to the menu. They have lattes, cappucccinos, teas, hot cocoa, apple cider and more including many flavors & different milk options which I didnt know theu offered until looking at menu online. The young man who helped us was nice & helpful when trying to figure out what we wanted to order, he even suggested what we might want with our descriptions. We got a hot chocolate, a hot caramel latte & iced caramel latte. Now here is our thoughts... As for me & my iced latte, it was okay. I felt the coffee to be a little bitter but my mom said it might be because it is the end of the day, all the caramel was at the bottom so I mixed it up when I got home. My moms was the hot caramel latte she said had she tried it & I wasnt there she wouldnt call to tell me about it. My sister said she liked her hot chocolate. Im a person who will try 2 or 3 times before I decide whether or not I like it. So next time I'll probably try it in the morning, with a milk alternative & one of their many other flavors, as well as a pastry/cinnamon roll if they have any.
