Yes, this Starbucks has RV parking! I've never seen that before. I parked my 25' class A (yes it's a class A that is 25 feet) towing my VW Rabbit out front in their RV parking. They have three spaces for RVs. The largest of which could accommodate a 40' RV not towing anything (my setup, with my car is a total of about 40'), though it's not clear how easy a 40' RV would be able to make the entrance and exit of this parking lot (see a satellite view to know what I mean). Most of the seats have access to electric outlets and there is a community table that includes USB charging as well as outlets. When I went it was super busy so I understand the congestion and the need to wait. The workers acknowledged my presence and helped when they could. I got a caramel frappe and I wasn't the biggest fan. It tasted like wet cardboard and the sugar cheese danish was mid as well. The bacon sausage wrap practically fell apart in my hands which disappointed me heavily. One end of the wrap was all hard tortilla and the taste was mid as well. Had to tell one of the seven employees working that there was not toilet paper in either stall, and the place was a mess. trash piled high, on the floor and the toilet had not been cleaned in a while. Someone had taken the seat covers and thrown it on the ground and that is what was being used as toilet paper. My niece said the girl told her it was the first she had heard of it ALL DAY. Clean up! This Starbucks is not up to the usual standard at all. I have visited many times in the past with no complaints. Today it was not very clean at all. The self-service area where you add condiments to your coffee was gross. No napkins and spills everywhere. There was creamer or milk out but it was not labeled and it was not time/date stamped. There was an abundance of workers and when I asked about the creamer they said: "oh yeah that is cream..." I am very disappointed and maybe they need some real adult supervision on the weekends to establish a more sanitary protocol. read more

Loud music crashing as we entered, so deafening I had to leave. Even my husband complained about the volume! Good grief, WHY? This is a great location just off the freeway on the way to Charlotte. My husband likes the coffee, I like the water. They have free wi-fi if you need it. Very friendly employees and nicely decorated, but I'll never go back. This is a nice Starbucks. It's off of 85 so I imagine it gets a lot of traffic. Is that why the staff is sour af? I stop here every time I drive 85 North for a coffee and a bathroom break. In general, most Starbucks are pretty good. They tend to have similar atmospheres, and the drinks are pretty comparable across the board. The big thing then becomes the people. Pros: - This Starbucks has a very friendly staff at any time of day. They're more than willing to answer questions, and make drink customizations. They also smile a lot! - The coffee is normally fresh and ready, and if it isn't they're prepared to handle it as quick as possible. - They have a drive through (which I don't use, but people seem to fancy) Cons: - This location seems to lack a few prepared food choices of other locations. - The wifi in here doesn't seem to work. Not entirely sure why, but that's a rather upsetting distraction. Overall, it's a very convenient quick Starbucks. Not the most lounge like, but great for getting in and out. read more

I usually enjoy my time at this particular location but the last two times I have been a particular employee sings louder than the already very loud music and not to be mean, but it doesn't sound the best. I come to do homework and I cannot focus when I am hearing her off-tune singing along with the sounds of drink-making and music already playing in the background. When an employee came around the corner to take out the trash and saw me doing homework he asked if she was annoying me and I said yes (lol). He politely asked her to stop but she continued to sing as her heart desired. This wouldn't be such a big deal to me if she was singing while there weren't any customers but I was not the only one in there and she continued to sing as they kept coming in. I hope that this review will be read by people who can do something about this issue. read more

They are not offering curbside pickup. I waited for 10 minutes, a woman opened the door and stared right at me, didn't ask my name or talk to me, just went back inside and I waited another 5 minutes before giving up. Great pit stop if you are traveling through South Carolina on I-85. Exit 90, right off the highway with non stop road access. Easy on, easy off, surrounded by gas stations and other eating locations. What's not to love about coffee on the Interstate? Especially when it's a nice and easy to navigate drivethrough that opens early (6AM) and closes sort of late (10PM). Many of them know my dad by his face and are always happy to help with any purchases he may have questions about. The baristas I've been served by have always been kind and very informative. This Starbucks was very small and had few workers. I went through the drive through and ask for a tall vanilla bean with lot of caramel considering it is fall, and a grande iced caramel macchiato. What i got was no caramel in my vanilla bean and a hot caramel macchiato. we sent the caramel macchiato back and asked for ice but kept t he vanilla bean. we got t he iced drink and realized that the worker forgot straws. I kindly asked for straws and as she gave me a venti straw for a grande drink she followed with sass not remembering that in this kind of business that the customer is always right. i don't recommend this starbucks. read more

There were 7 or 8 employees behind the counter when I visited, and there were at least 15 people inside waiting for their order. 4 out of 8 of the employees walked around aimlessly not doing anything. I'm not one to generally write reviews on chains, but I have stopped at this chain several times on my way to Charlotte and this Starbucks is pretty fantastic. I never have to wait too long in the drive-thru. The line always moves quickly and steadily. The staff here is absolutely friendly and delightful - if you are uncertain about what you want, they are great about making recommendations. My favorite part is that they have always had cold brew when I want it (the locations in Greenville are always out of it when I go). I haven't ever gone inside, so I can't attest to that, but I have always had pretty great service in the drive-thru. read more
