Always busy with a line but its pretty convenient since its in the mall. You can grab a drink and walk around the mall or grab one and sit down. Theres a couple of seats but not too much. Its like any other starbucks with many types of fraps, coffees, teas, juices, sandwhiches, milk, sparkling water, and pastries. They do not have alcohol at this location. I know some do but this one doesn't. I have never had a problem with my order here and it always comes out perfect but I can see it getting busy and be wrong during peak hours and weekends! Theres this new frap called the luxe ultra caramel.. omg its so much better than the regular caramel frap. I love caramel and its super caramelly. Yumm! This time I got a regular iced coffee because I didn't need the sugar or fat from that frap haha read more

I like this Starbucks location, everytime I come to the Stonebriar Centre, I make a point to come visit this small boutique. The lines are extremely long at this location but for the most part they do move fast. While I was in today, I noticed that there was a Frisco Health Inspector in doing his inspection.... so got my wheels turning and wanted to know what the score was. I went to Frisco.com and pulled up what was the most recent health score for this location. How it works is, there are 27 items on the Inspection Form. Each item on the Inspection Form carries a demerit value of 3, 4, or 5 points based on violation severity. The final score provides a total of the demerits. For example, a score of 15 could represent 3 violations at 5 demerits each, or up to 5 violations at 3 demerits each. The best possible score is '0' (zero) for no demerits. This last demerits for this location in 2014 was 3....the worst score location received was in 2011, with 10 demerits in violations. While I was enjoying my coffee, I noticed that the location was extremely clean and everything was organized on shelves, the only thing is struck me funny was the three sets of lights hanging over the barista, where all different colors.....struck me as out of place. Keep up the good work Starbucks and great improvement on controlling the demerits. read more

Inside Stonebriar by the food court! This is a very small location but when you're going shopping it's a great option to grab some coffee to walk around with. There is another "Starbucks" not far away inside the Barnes & Noble but that one is irritating because they don't carry the normal Starbucks options and they don't take the Starbucks gift card. Also, they weren't very nice. THIS location is very nice, the staff is friendly, and they've never got a drink order wrong. You may have to wait a few minutes because they are almost always busy but its worth it to have your caffeine buzz while you shop. read more

I don't come to Stonebriar too much but today I was here snd thought I would treat myself to Starbucks. It wasn't pleasant. Britanie never smiled, was very monotone and borderline, unfriendly. I'm assuming because although I saw 4 other people, she seemed to be the only one taking orders and making drinks. One guy started helping her once a line started to form. It seemed the others were doing things like refilling beans, restocking, etc. They weren't just standing around but you could feel Britanie was a bit frustrated. Then again, maybe she's always unfriendly? You be the judge. read more

I hate to admit but I go to this Starbucks at least 5 time a week. I work inside the mall and this location stays busy. With that being said I ALWAYS order online. Some of the employees are your typical Starbucks employees and they are great! They care about what they do and do it with a smile. Now the other employees are a terrible representation for Starbucks. They don't make eye contact with you when you pick up your online orders, and they don't even make your drinks up to Starbucks standards. My biggest complaint is not shaking the teas. They are called shaken teas or refreshers for a reason. I even had to ask the barista to put the dried strawberries in a strawberry refresher the other day. So not only was this drink not shaken but she didn't bother to add an important item. If you want the standard Starbucks service go down stairs to the Starbucks in Barns and Noble. Hopefully management is aware of the issues at this location and are working on them. Being a retail manager I understand these things take time to correct. ****update**** I previously rated this location a 3. They have had some staffing changes and the service has greatly improved. The drinks are being made correctly and 80% of the staff is cheerful! *****Update***** I'm so pleased to say this store has come so far! Worst Starbucks EVER!!! I waited close to 30 minutes for a tea. I was at a table while waiting and I saw the counter to pick up the drinks was covered in liquid. Looked like a drink spilled and had yet to be wiped up for the entire 30 minutes I was there.. Here's the thing.. They continued to slide the drinks across the counter as they called out the drink and I kid you not, it would swish around the puddle of whatever it was. I was so grossed out. I noticed everyone would pick up their drink and it would just be dripping from the bottom. It was disgusting and I should have just left because the tea didn't taste good and was definitely not worth the wait. Reviewing chains = DUMB. Something special = not so dumb? This Starbucks is inside the mall next to the food court, i.e. the absolute worst location on the planet for patrons. There is always a line. Always. Sometimes I go during my lunch and THERE IS STILL A LINE. Most of the time, it deters me. One day, I really needed caffeine. I saw the 5 person deep line and thought, 'Let's stop being a diva and be patient, Tania.' So I did. I wish I remembered the names of the two-man partnership happening that day. One SUPER PEPPY guy handled the cash register/food. Another EQUALLY PEPPY guy made the drinks - in record time. I feel like there is a range of peppidom that is deemed normal in everyday life. Hands down the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. It took 12 minutes for me to get a triple espresso with a splash of water. Meanwhile people who ordered behind me were gettin their lattes and fraps. Let me add it was not busy at all - 2 people in line ahead of us. I had 10 mins before work and I noticed Starbucks was slow so I figured I could pop my head in and grab a cup really quick. After 9 mins of watching the employees fiddle around with bullshit avoiding to pour a cup (probably out of angst that someone asked for a cup of water), I left without a cup and heard "It was coming right up!" as I was leaving. Was that a joke? I'm not even exaggerating when I say there was no line. Sure, there were people sitting around on their laptops and such but there was NO LINE. The barista, Kevin, was a very warm and friendly person, and you can tell he truly enjoys what he does. Backstory: I work in the mall 6 days a week minimum. I come every day. Mobile orders: always take way too long (I'm talking like I ordered it 15 min ago and my drink is barely getting started, but I still have to wait another 10 minutes after my drink is done before they notice I've been trying to their attention because they haven't started my bagel, and they do everything in their power not to make eye contact), and usually my order is wrong. Lately in a HUGE way. I recently found out I'm lactose intolerant, so I started substituting dairy for soy for the last year, but when I pick up my drink and I take it back to my store, I either A. Drink it trying to decide whether it's milk or soy, losing 4/4 times in the last week (the effect is obvious); or B. Notice the milk taste and it gets to sit in my store and stare at me, taunting me at the fact I just spent 5 dollars to have a literal sip of energy. In store: these baristas small talk is perfect! Perfect if they were talking to customers rather than each other. They're slow and frankly, not trained well. They also make it seem like they hate their lives, and gave somewhere better to be. Especially when I go midday. The drinks: because of the dairy mishap, I've stopped ordering anything with milk so it doesn't happen anymore. But these drinks that I've been ordering for the last 3 years are not made correctly. Often, they're not shaken, or missing sweetener (when I specifically order or ask to be sweetened), or missing fruit. And worse, I already feel bad for bringing it to their attention, but when I ask for a correction, it always feels like I'm making their life hell. TL:DR service sucks, drinks suck, if this continues, this Starbucks will be doing me a favor, because I won't spend the average 400 dollars a month at Starbucks anymore read more

This is by far most the worst Starbucks, I have ever been too. I work in the same shopping centre in client service and this place lacks it too the maximum. Every time I come here in the mornings either weekday or weekend the employees are too occupied with other tasks and only have one person taking orders when there 4-6 people on line. They seem to be too busy to assist and make drinks fast. I had to wait for a Venti Ice Coffee for about 7-8 mins. Which blows my mind, that it's only coffee and sweetener. Absolutely horrible! I love this Starbucks! It has nice lighting, calming music, comfy chairs, tables (both tall and regular) to study/ work at with friendly employees and lots of outlets to charge your phone. The coffee shop is clean and the bathrooms are ok. I love the wall art here as well as the cheese and fruit plate they have. The times I have gone the place hasn't been too busy and I've had a great and relaxing time there. It's also close to my house so that's a plus. read more
