I decided to give this location another chance. The first time I visited, my drink was made incorrectly even though I paid for an extra shot. I could taste there was no change, so I politely informed the barista (a brunette woman). Instead of fixing it with understanding, she gave me attitude. I still kindly asked for it to be remade--especially since I'm paying $8 for a coffee, I'd like it to taste right and not watered down. I brushed it off, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. Today, I decided to try again around 2:23 PM, and unfortunately, the same barista helped me. I ordered a Caramel Brûlée Latte, asked for it extra hot, and requested a sleeve since it was hot to the touch, which I actually like, but I still didn't want to burn my hand. Even though I said "thank you," she gave me attitude again. I was genuinely hoping to give Starbucks another chance, especially with the holiday drinks coming out, but this experience confirmed that I'll be taking my business elsewhere and no longer to Starbucks. This location is in the heart of Fountain Valley, surrounded by plenty of great coffee shops that not only make delicious drinks but also treat customers with the respect and friendliness that reflects their brand. The attitude from this barista on both visits was disappointing and unprofessional. Starbucks really needs to retrain staff here on basic customer service. My wife ordered a venti pumpkin chai, and when we got to the window it was a grande. The employee here like to ignore customers. They clearly saw me standing in front of them but no welcoming and continue working.

Inside was dirty first thing at opening which was confusing. Sat on a table while waiting for our order and and there were crumbs and dried sticky stuff and in the early morning light, I could see that all surfaces were quite dusty. Service was quick and friendly, but my coffee was not up to par and the barista did not know how to make a proper foam and I didn't have time for a remake, unfortunately. My review is long overdue. I love this location for the employees, they are always nice and welcoming. I have my favorite barista I'm not gonna lie but they are all pretty good anyway. I feel like the location manager emphasizes on good, welcoming manors cause I've walked into some locations where you feel like you're a bother, but not here. *POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SO RUDE* If I could rate this Starbucks 0 stars I would. I came in and politely asked if I could use the restroom (I really needed one otherwise I wouldn't have asked). The cashier was so rude and rejected me because I wasn't buying anything. I didn't realize there was a new policy in place (which I found out later on my own) that doesn't allow for non-customers to use bathrooms. I completely understand that and it would have been nice had the cashier explained he cannot let me use the bathroom due to company policy. this is a really nice Starbucks location. Everything inside the location is really cool. It is a very clean location which I truly appreciate. I hate when I go to Starbucks location and everything is not clean. This location does not have that problem. Even the bathrooms are very clean and it made me feel comfortable going in the bathroom. It also made me feel comfortable to allow my 4-year-old daughter to go into the bathroom as well. Many public restaurants are not very clean but this one was awesome the caramel frappuccinos at this place rock! They are so tasty. They use the right amount of caramel. Service was poor this AM. I was ask for some kind of tray for the bagel, and without trying to under my need, the cashier (claiming to be manager of the day 10/31/23) repeatedly told me "we don't cater" I told her I don't mean catering.
