My husband did a kind gesture this morning-Starbucks and a rose on my bedside. As I was about to drink the hot tea, I noticed stuff on the lid. I was immediately grossed out. Check your lids and cups before leaving. See pics below read more

Zero stars if I could .. Horrible service , a employee with blonde short hair with a tattoo on her neck made ordering so uncomfortable! Visiting for the weekend and glad I don't live here . read more

I cannot believe how unclean the restroom is. I felt like I was at a small gas station in the middle of nowhere while in the restroom. Unacceptable Starbucks! We spend good money to come to a clean coffee shop! Management needs to hold staff accountable! read more

Great Customer Service & Coffee I came to this place by accident since I was on the road and after 3 hours driving and i needed to get a coffee. Great place and the frappe was really tasty! read more

I have used this location multiple times as it is in my way to work. The service is slow! - waiting 20 minutes (on top of the 15 minutes from mobile ordered) and still not prepared as requested when ordered... the staff is slow/ uncaring/ sarcastic when asking " what are you waiting on?" Ignores customers waiting on mobile orders... wasted time, will make you late to work and they just don't care. There's other locations that are better even though out of the way from where I'm going. read more

I've never really had to leave a horrible review on a Starbucks before but they effed up big time. They had the audacity to not even take precautionary measures for their customers! We're in a pandemic y'all!!!!! The coffee is great but honestly I'm very disappointed that they don't check their inventory. If they are willing to serve expired foods I can only imagine how they sanitize there. Please check your INVENTORY before someone gets very sick from here. read more

I'm not sure if I just went on an "off-day," but the Barista was a bit grumpy. I went on National Coffee Day to order my PSL and I simply asked what syrups/ingredients they used so I could possibly substitute to make a light version of the famous drink. He got short with me and said " Pumpkin and coffee." It threw me off because going to Starbucks and chatting with the Barista is part of the experience!! A lot of the Starbucks I have gone to LOVE coming up with alternatives and experimenting. The coffee tasted great, as it always does, but I will not be returning to this location as there is another one closer anyways that maybe wants to chat with me! LOL! read more

Best place ever they got my very long order right without 1mistake they are the coffee shop ever i go there every day and they get my order right ever time please go here if you having a bad day or need some caffeine read more

Very large seating area with comfortable chairs. Staff was friendly with prompt and professional customer service. Best Starbucks I've visited! read more

I've been coming here with my sister for years, and they're always so nice and welcoming. My only complaint is from one visit where I made a mobile order. I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle and when I picked it up and left... there was no caramel. They never informed me of this until I came back and they said many locations were out of caramel... they should really notify you when you come to pick up your order. Other than that, this is a great location to study. read more

i always look forward to coming to this starbucks because they're so easygoing and polite! very chill and nice ambience, plus they're very quick when making drinks for their customers. i've never had any issues with this location. read more

I go here often cause it's near my house. But sometimes the drinks are okay. Today I ordered a smores frappucino. They neglected to tell me that they were out of s'more whip cream. And charged me the $5 something for a grande. In the end, missing some ingredients and making it all wrong. They didn't even layer it correctly. read more

Probably my favorite Starbucks in the DFW area so far. Hours are incredibly convenient for the customer (5am-11PM), the customer service is excellent, and the Starbucks brand is fresh as always. For those that like to people watch for all sorts of cooky characters, this may be your place. Lol. read more

Made my drink wrong and when i said it , gave an attitude and says she's one of the other ones ????

Slow location, I always mobile order and wait 20 minutes before going and I still wait 5-10 once I arrive. I understand rush hour and being slammed pack because this location has no drive thru but even on slow parts of the day I still have a bit of a wait for a mobile order. They make great drinks tho and it's a nice staff, just be prepared to wait. read more

They have very slow service! I tend to arrive 15 mins before I can even say I need to go to work. They are very snobby and don't care for the customers. I am not one to leave reviews but I think this location can do a lot better ! read more

This place can be really crowded sometimes, some of the furniture is vandalized and out of date. Also the people that go here and bring their loud and atrocious kids, no thank you. Coffee is moderately good, but sometimes it is unnecessary to take about ten minutes to make a drink. read more

I came here with only 4 people in front of me & it took almost 30 minutes to get my vente carmel frappe...

Could they be any worst? the baristas love to talk their time on even getting your order none the less make the actual drink, as she's taking my order she starts a random conversation with the girl next to her and then ask me to repeat my order again making it seem like it was my fault. I think I waited in line for about 8 minutes already with one person ahead of me and they only got one drink. As I pay for my drink already and as I'm waiting for my drink they tell me they can't make it anymore because it just went out of season.... like really?! I had my mind se on the carmel ribbon crunch! they sad theycan make me something else instead but I was already pretty upset that I wasted my time there Oh I went to another Starbucks today and ITS NOT OUT OF SEASON. Hey thanks for lying to me! read more

I miss my local place to get a pick me up! I use to come here often before college picked up and had me in the chokehold, their beverages were a good energy booster. The baristas are very friendly and easygoing and have good suggestions when you're clueless on what to order for someone that isn't you. Hopefully they'll reopen because they're what made me get into their rewards program! read more

Is I could give them infinity times 1000 but I cannot these ladies are great and there evening staff in wonderful. They know me by name, my work maybe they know a little too much but regardless the experience far superior to every other restaurant in the area read more

I am not sure how this location only has 4 and 1/2 stars, the two most recent times I have come here I have been consistently met with outgoing, kind, and efficient baristas. I will continue to go here many many more times in the future, always make my drinks exactly how they are suppose to be and I even noticed a huge difference from a different location making a drink I normally get and this location, and upon mentioning it during small talk the barista offered to fix any future drinks I have from a different location. The customer service everyone has here is incredible. read more

It's a Starbucks so the service and the quality is pretty standard all around. Barista is friendly and took my order quickly like any other one This one has a ton of tables so if you need to study you can come and get some space. Not too he rice here with traffic at 5 in the afternoon so it's a good spot. Though I would say service wise it was a little slower than usual there were 3 people in line including myself and there was only one barista. So they may need to look to staff a little better. But overall it's a Starbucks can't really complain but it's not blow your mind amazing either. read more

I will drive a little further than going into this Starbucks again. I ordered online at 0709 am arrived for my order at 0727 it said my order would be ready around 0730, I get there my daughter gets down for our drinks one tall, one venti and a order of egg bites, well our egg bites are ready but our drinks were not. They had 2 staff making drinks, one at check out and 2 other staff stocking! Come on this is poor management during busy time of day. I had to walk out on my venti drink without being able to get a refund because they took too long, the barista made one of the drinks when I asked about my order and "forgot" to make my venti drink. Not a good way to start my morning and I wasted my time and money. This is the second time it happens at this Starbucks first time I thought hey we can all have a bad day. But two times something has to be fixed. read more

Ok, let me break it down for ya'll (as they say in Texas). This starbucks has quite the chatterboxes behind the counter. I agree, all they do is talk. However, there IS one barista there whose quite the handsome fellow who makes drinks perfectly. He made me this custom drink called the sleek-feathered latte that blew my mind. Next time I come here, I will order from him. Good place to come smoke a joint, too. read more

This used to be my favorite go-to Starbucks. I lived further up Beach, and worked a bit south on Beach. I'd drive past it every day. It was on the right side on the way to work, so it was perfect. Back in those days I was a regular. I'd walk in, and even if there was a line, my coffee would always be ready for me by the time I got to the cash register. Now, when I do stop in, I'm anonymous. I don't know anyone who works here, and I don't stop in enough where anyone is ever going to know me... Oh, and you do have to stop in, as location does not have a drive through. Other than that it's a decent Starbucks that neither thrills nor disappoints. Hence my average 3-star rating. read more

Great service, wonderful place to hang out and listen to some incredible tunes in the background. This is one of my favorite Starbucks to hang at when I'm on the north side of Fort Worth in the Fossil Creek area. It's a good community neighborhood coffee shop. read more

I'm surprised to see some of the negative reviews on here because my experience was excellent. Now, I don't live here and frequent this one- I also am NOT a coffee/Starbucks guru. I also don't write reviews very often. Having said all that, the reason I'm writing the review is because I was blown away by the friendliness and happy vibe at this Starbucks location. During my time (maybe 5 mins total?) inside, there had to be at least 3 other guests who before they ordered were called by name. I'd come back to this location if I'm in this part of town again. If you like a hometown feel like "Cheers, where everyone knows your name" then I recommend this Starbucks location. :) read more
