So I was the lady in front of this lady name Jojo who said she was at the store before 2pm, WRONG! She got in line at 210pm the poor gal that was closing the store down told Mrs Jojo that she couldn't take her order because she had already turn multiple people away and that they haven't take the order of person in front of her, Which was me. By the time I got to the window it was about 230pm. A cars in front of me ordered 12 drinks, they handout like five or so drink caddies. Mrs. JoJo you should be a shamed with yourself. I came early in the morning but they weren't very busy and I ordered 3 seasonal drinks. 2 pumpkin spice lattes hot and 1 pumpkin spice Frappuccino. They make them fairly quickly but gave me the wrong drinks so I came home with one more than I ordered since my order was wrong. I get home open up the cup and the coffee I paid 6$ for is only like half of the way full and all of my coffees were like that. Very disappointed! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Foley, Alabama

My sister, my daughter, and I stopped at this Starbucks location today while shopping at the nearby outlet mall. We are all Starbucks aficionados who visit our local Starbucks shops on a daily basis and have never experienced any issues until today. We arrived at about 3:00 PM and there was only one customer in line ahead of us. As we waited for the cashier to assist the customer ahead of us, several people walked into the store and got in line behind us. My daughter requested a special drink that was not in the menu, an Acai Refresher with some lemonade and limeade mixed in. This is a drink that she has ordered dozens of times in the past, and the baristas have always cheerfully crafted the beverage with absolutely no issues. We informed the cashier, a man named Davo, that we wanted to add the extra ingredients to the Refresher, and he said "Are you serious?!", and gestured towards the line behind us, which now had about half a dozen people in it. I informed him that yes, I was serious, and that we had ordered the drink many times in the past. He didn't seem to understand what I was requesting, so I pulled the recipe up on my iPhone and began to read it to him although it was a simple recipe, which I had already adequately explained. At this point, he literally pulled my phone out of my hand to read the recipe. He rolled his eyes and said "I don't even know how to ring this up. You will just have to tell HIM." as he gestured toward the barista. I told the barista what we wanted, and he quickly completed our order. The barista and the rest of the staff were very friendly. However, we have never been treated as poorly by an employee of any restaurant, coffee shop, or retail store as we were by Davo today. At this point, we absolutely will not return to this Starbucks location, and we are honestly considering abandoning the chain altogether. There are plenty of local coffee chains in every town that would be grateful for new customers, and are unlikely to treat people as poorly as we were treated today. read more

To Management: You have incompetent staff! It was January 4th. I suppose the New Year celebrations were still on the brains of the employees but seriously? I pulled up to the drive thru. "I'll be with you in a minute." No worries. A minute passed, "Can I help you?" Now prior to this, the board before the speaker showed only two "sold out" food items. I assumed the rest were not. "We'd like the crispy grilled cheese." Response, "Ahhhhh, let me check to see that we have that." Literally MINUTES passed. Hello?? Finally someone returned only to say that they were out of it. I had no Plan B so to save this gal not only her time but mine, I said, "Your sign doesn't show THAT sold out, so what else is sold out?" "Ahhhhh, let me check to see." Waiting .... when she finally came back she got half way through listing what was available (vs what I asked her wasn't available) and a different gal jumped in to continue. Huh? I said, "Forget it. We'll just have the peppermint mocha- grande." The second gal disappeared and a guy came on and said, "Can I help you?" What! So, I said, "We decided on no food. We'll just have a peppermint mocha - grande." To which, he replied, "Ok, that will be a grande peppermint mocha." I said, "Yes." He hesitated, came back to the speaker and said, "What was that again?" I told him, "Nevermind, we'll go elsewhere." He said, "Have a nice day." Just. WOW. I won't say another word. If I were manager? You need to be on top of these employees. That could have been a $30 profit that you just lost. Times that by however many they do this to and you've lost some nice revenue for the company. I won't go there again. My first and last time. read more

Heading back to Kentucky and decided to stop by for a coffee. The hubby needed some salt and the 2 girls back there were extremely rude. It's a simple yes or no. Today's service was terrible! Spent 20$ on 3 drinks and not one came out right, mine was the strawberry refresher tasted like straight water. Than my moms decaf Carmel white mocha didn't have Carmel. My boyfriends Carmel white mocha frappe was hot when he specifically asked for a cold one. Than mine and his were down graded a size when we asked for the biggest size. I just had the worst experience at the Foley Starbucks coffee shop, I ordered a white mocha frappe' with an extra shot of espresso and extra caramel on the inside of the cup as well as drizzle on the top, And their cranberry cookie. I paid for it with my debit card, and they were out of the cranberry cookie so she told me I had to get something else, I asked her to take it back off of my debit card she acted as though it was a problem and mumbled something about her being sick and didn't feel good... She had to get the manager to come over take it off my card, then I get my white chocolate mocha frappe and it has no shot of espresso, no caramel or drizzle whatsoever... I said, is this mine?, it has no caramel on top or inside the cup, and she said I probably forgot to say A shot of espresso and caramel, and left it at that..... I already felt like I was a bother when they did not have the cookie I ask for and ask her to take the charge-off my debit card, so I'm not going to go back in and tell them to redo the white chocolate mocha frappe... But I will never come back to this place again. There are two other places in the Foley area, The drowsy poet and the gypsy queen, I will take my business there from this day forward. read more

Typical Starbucks. Usually a bit slow, and a location like this should be used to being busy regularly. The biggest negative to this location is that they have basically the same hours as the outlet mall behind them, so they close way earlier than most locations, especially on Sundays. read more

I love Starbucks and drink it practically every morning, but today I had a very disturbing experience. Many of the Starbucks that I patronize Open at 5 AM. I thought that the Starbucks in Foley opened at 5 AM as well so I arrived around 5:20am. First, I sat at the drive-through and no one said anything about being closed. Then I drove around to the window and knocked on it. I assumed that the drive-through was broken and they weren't able to hear that I was there. The employees walked to the window several times but never made contact with me. Finally, I started blowing my horn because I assumed they could not see me or hear me. When the server finally acknowledge me, she was rude and said they did not open for a few more minutes. Clearly, their customer service needs some work. Some young people today are so thoughtless. How hard would it have been to have just told me at the drive-through that they were not open until 5:30 AM. I intend to take this all the way to corporate because their customer service stinks! read more

I have never waited for a drink longer in my life. We placed our order at 4pm; we still have not received it yet (45 minutes later). Obviously, the store has been dealing with high demand, but to have to wait that long for your order is totally unacceptable at any level. read more
