Loved the pistachio coffee! Service was super fast and I loved that the ice was actually coffee.

Super fast and quick service! I like that they use coffee ice cubes so that my coffee didn't get watered down as the ice melted

I had a very nice time here last weekend. It was my first visit. I stayed two nights. There is…read morefree guest self parking and a valet parking option. The staff were all helpful and friendly. There was someone playing live music at certain times of the day. The room was clean and had a simple but nice setup. The shower had great water temperature and pressure. We had an ocean view room which was worth the extra cost. Waking up to the beach every morning was so satisfying. Reading on the balcony while listening to the ocean sounds and watching the waves was everything that I needed. The hotel has beach towels that are easily checked out through a machine. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available first come first serve to hotel guests which is very convenient. There was a heated outdoor pool, a volleyball net and a few games inside. We ate all of our meals at the hotel. We ate at the grab and go food spot. I ordered the feta and spinach croissant, a chocolate chip scone and a cappuccino. We also ate dinner at the latitude 30. I ordered a ceasar salad and calamari. For breakfast at latitude 30, I ordered the French toast dish that comes bacon and I ordered a side of eggs. We also ate at the fine dining restaurant onsite where I ordered the seared scallops dish and the vanilla crème brûlée. All of the meals that we ate at the hotel were very tasty. The restaurant staff were all kind and the utensils were spotless. I believe food may have also been served at the bar near the pool, but I didn't try any food from there during my visit. I really had an enjoyable time at this hotel and I plan to return in the future.

The hotel is connected to a private beach but also has a pool and hot tub for you to enjoy. My favorite aspect is that they offer free beach towels for you to use, so its nice to grab one on the way to the beach and drop it off on your way back, that way sand doesnt track everywhere in the room. The doors on the rooms are a but iffy, you have to forcefully pull/push the door to close it, otherwise your room is left unlocked.

I was here for about 7 hours working and got 2 lattes in that time (yes I have a problem). I had both the snickerdoodle and then later had the toffee coffee. The toffee coffee was soooooooooooooo good. Every staff member I interacted with was an absolute gem. Good crew and customer service. I also liked seeing that they would periodically walk around and clean. Good spot to hang out or work. Although it can be a bit loud if you're working and making calls, there is an outdoor area if you need somewhere quieter. I also got 3 of the Gulf Shores paninis to-go for my friends and they approved.

The egg muffin contains cheese, onion and peppers. Make sure to ask for some jelly, it came in its own little plastic cup which makes me believe it is either homemade or local. The english muffin is toasted and has melted cheese, which they did a very great job at melting. You also have a choice of sausage, bacon or ham to add onto the sandwich. Last summer I tried it with bacon and this year with sausage. Last year I ordered one, finished it, then ordered a second one. I was either starving or this is a top 5 breakfast sandwich I have ever had. They also have homemade cakes, pies and cookies. I tried a homemade peanut butter cookie last summer which was very good. The bagels are also good. They come with cream cheese which is very good as well. It is a dairy we never heard of it however, some of the best cream cheese we have eaten. We tend to stay away from big name brands. Happy Pappy's also offers fun spins on drinks and coffee. We haven't strayed away from their hot latte yet however, the Marilyn Monroe and Tiramisu Latte sound really good and coffee's we will try in the future.

There is no better pizza! This place has a great one, too!! Neighborhood Pub atmosphere. Clean and cozy. Staff was friendly. Now for the reason we won't go back. The parking lot is small and tight to navigate. That would still be fine. But, the parking lot is covered in some powdery white dusty substance. (No. It's not sand, Skippy) And the stuff sticks to your shoes until you get back in your car. Then, it gets on everything. It won't vacuum out, but comes out pretty easy if you wipe everything down with a wet towel. TWICE. There is a paved parking lot next door, at a beach store. But, you'd still have to walk through the stuff to get inside the restaurant and then back to your car. Maybe take a wet towel to wipe everybody's shoes? I don't know. But, the place is really good. We'll probably drive by every few months to see if maybe it was just some temporary issue that they are addressing. Until then, I recommend this restaurant, if you're staying at a condo within walking distance and your condo has one of those "rinse off" stations. Get the Margherita flatbread. You'll be impressed. If this place wasn't as outstanding as it was - this parking lot mess would have cost a lot more than the one star I subtracted.

Great Scott! No DeLorean Required for a Trip Back to the Golden Age of Diners!…read more Sunliner Diner has officially doubled the fun! With two locations now in the area, the second spot is every bit as good as the original. This has become another one of our favorite stops in Gulf Shores, and for good reason. You don't need a DeLorean, a flux capacitor, or a trip to 88 mph to experience the golden age of the American diner. Step inside Sunliner, and you're transported straight back to the 1950s, complete with retro vibes, classic American favorites, and milkshakes that look like they belong in a scene from Back to the Future. Great Scott, these shakes are the real deal! And unlike Marty McFly, you don't have to worry about what year it is when you get hungry. Breakfast or dinner? Doesn't matter! You can order breakfast any time of day, making this the perfect place whether you're craving pancakes in the afternoon or a hearty dinner after a day at the beach. The food is exceptionally good, serving up those tried-and-true American favorites that never go out of style. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is fun, and there's something here for every generation. Bring the kids, bring the grandparents, or bring your friends who appreciate a little nostalgia with their meal. The whole place has that cinematic, larger-than-life diner atmosphere. It's got enough retro cool to make you feel like you've wandered onto a movie set, with just enough attitude to imagine Vincent Vega and Mia Wallace pulling into the parking lot for a milkshake and a conversation about Royale with Cheese. Thankfully, the service here is much friendlier than a Tarantino movie! Sunliner Diner is a must-visit in Gulf Shores. Two locations, great food, friendly service, and a nostalgic atmosphere that proves some things really do get better with time. Forget the time machine. Forget the road trip through the space-time continuum. And no worries that a conversation with Marilyn will disrupt the timeline. Just pull up a seat, order a burger and a milkshake, and enjoy a little slice of classic Americana. Where we're going, we don't need a DeLorean... just a table at Sunliner Diner!
