This Starbucks is our go-to every time we are on our way to the Keys because it is located on the right side of the street heading south. We were on our road trip with our chihuahuas and didn't want to get out of our packed suv. It is very convenient and popular for Key travelers. The vibe is efficient, friendly and quick. They are open 24 hours. The drive thru employee was very nice and helpful. I ordered an iced grande Vanilla Latte and my daughter ordered an iced grande White Mocha. Both tasted great and gave us good energy. As a treat to start off our mini-vacay the right way, we also ordered the little Birthday Cake pops. If you haven't tried those little gems, you should. Starbucks 'thing' is supposedly consistency, biggest joke. I ordered nitro cold brew. After the settling of you will it was at best half full. I asked them to remake, they did, still just as bad. I made a quick stop to Starbucks only to wait 25min in the drive thru line and being that it's next to Walgreens others tried to get through with no way to get through. It's only a one way lane so it was pretty terrible. However, white got chocolate was deliciousness the Mocha Frappucino was also very good. Hope they fix the wait time at the drive thru. read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever encountered. This is like the Walmart of Starbucks, except with Starbucks prices. There is no Customer service whatsoever, and I had to ask for my receipt after paying cash. They overcharged me, told me they could not make my drink the way that I wanted it made it anyway, and also made it wrong. When I asked about being overcharged, nothing was done about it, and I was told it was the correct price even though I paid $2.75 for one cake pop when I should've gotten two for that price. The only thing that felt like Starbucks was the signage and the pricing. read more

The store itself was lacking parking space and the drive-through was using the same driveway in the parking lot so if you park, it's hard to get out because you have to be in the same line as the drive-through in order to get out thru the CVS store. The store were located in a busy intersection right off by the highway. The coffee was good as I asked service was a bit slow as it was in the afternoon and there was a long line line outside and inside line was not as bad but mobile order save up a lot of time. The store looks dirty and there was straw wrappers/scraps, napkins all over the floor and table looks dirty.... and there was actually a homeless sitting at a coffee table but sleeping in the store. I loved how convenient it was this location of Starbucks. Near the Florida city outlet mall. We got a ham and cheese croissant and it was tasty and served warm. Soooo good!! Quick staff and plenty of seating at this location. The decor of the store is also very modern and refreshed. The store was extremely clean and stocked. We walked in on a Sunday morning and we received our in-store order within 5 minutes although there were other parties there as well. Everything we ordered was made correctly and I had one of the best Iced white mochas I have had in a while. Staff was friendly and it was easy to find parking although the drive-thru line was busy. I was heading down to Key Largo and passed this Starbucks so decided to stop. Two things that got my attention it had a drive through and two it was on the right side of the road. There was no way I was going to cross over to get to this place. So once on line I order a tall cappuccino and that is it. $4.55 was my total no food as it was too early for me and I wasn't hungry. Although my friend told me the egg bites are terrific perhaps another time. When it was my turn I went to pay from my app but forgot my password the gentleman at the window did not rush me and waited while I reset my password and showed him my screen to pay. You have no idea what that meant to me. In the times of Covid and we are all stressed enough there is still humanity left in the World. The parking lot is a nightmare so I placed a mobile order estimated to be ready 10 minutes, no biggie I will wait while my husband navigating getting a spot we would no be blocked in by the drive thru. 10 minutes came and went all the people who walked in and ordered after were receiving their orders. So I walked up to the mobile order counter and waited and waited all the employees looked completely miserable would not make eye contact or speak to you. This is the worst starbucks I've been to. In the drive thru it took me 30 min from when I got in line (only one car in front of me) to get my drink. Mind you, the person in front of me only got 1 drink. I got my drink, a grande London Fog and it is barely half full... I spent $6 for less than a tall. Previously I ordered a Frappuccino with almond milk and it was like water. The batista said it's because you didn't use real milk. Another time I asked for a passion tea LEMONADE and they asked me if I wanted lemonade on it. I hate this location. It's worse each time I go there. I have tried too many times. This spacious Starbucks is where we stop for caffeine on drives to and from the Keys. It's 440 miles in total from Tampa to Key West so I like to stop once or twice and get the blood flowing again. Some people do that by taking a walk at a rest stop. I do that by getting a triple espresso at Starbucks. I also stop at rest stops but they don't have baristas, darn it! The only issue here is the tiny parking lot but we're always lucky and find a spot. My record for driving to the Keys is 6 hours and 15 minutes but that was in the dead of night when there was no traffic on 75 and I set the cruise control well north of 100. I don't like speeding in the Keys as I want the Key Deer to live long and happy lives. read more

Starbucks is not my usual spot, so I really didn't know what to order...but they were more than helpful by asking me what I like to drink, explaining the ingredients and more suggestions. They were very patient with me, in an industry that people are usually rushing in and out of. It's the last Starbucks before the Key Largo starts (mainland Florida ends). Great place to stop by for a break, especially if you are coming through route 27 and 997. The staff is great and very friendly. More importantly, the lady who attended us had the smartness and sensitivity to take off whipped cream from our order of Mocha Frappe after learning that we have asked for Almond Milk (vegan Frappe). At other places, even after saying that we want a vegan version of something, the person taking order doesn't have the brains to let us know at least other dairy products that are getting used while making our order. We visited this place twice and on both the occasions I used the restroom. It was quite clean and things were well maintained, except that it was out of soap on both the occasions. They have outdoor seating available in addition to a large indoor seating area. Inside, it is pretty much like a standard Starbucks with their products on display and for sale. They have some of their own barista creations which can be tried. We stuck to our regular choices. read more

We always like to stop before heading the rest of way home to key west. The Bathrooms were totally blocked off with two wet floor signs and a baby high chair. We had to walk next door to Walgreens to the nastiest bathroom. We came back to order and there was no one in line. One girl was moping behind the counter, one was just standing at the end of the counter, just stood there never doing anything. It look like there were at least 2 or 3 others working but they were just doing the drive thur orders. It took a ridiculous time to order considering we were the only ones there! As we got down the road I taste my drink. I ordered almond milk because I'm lactose intolerant. $10 for a drink that I can't drink. When you pay as much as you do you should be able to use a bathroom and get a correct order. read more

Last chance for coffee before taking the eighteen-mile stretch into the Upper Keys and the first Starbucks in Largo. As Starbucks go, this one is more spacious on the inside than most. It makes for a reasonably decent rendezvous place for groups of hunters, fishers, or tourists heading into the Everglades or down to the Keys. A lot of the local kids will meet here after school to borrow the wifi and air conditioning. Parking is usually pretty limited. Drive around back, and park at the Walgreens lot next door. The staff is friendly enough, and always happy to answer your questions about the region. There are usually local events posted on the billboard, and someone's cousin may sometimes be playing live music in the corner. All things considered, the restrooms are surprisingly clean. read more
