This Starbucks is brand-new just opened about a week ago the service was great everything was really fast and quick very courteous. If you going to be drinking your coffee at the table let them know because they can put it in a real coffee mug as opposed to have paper cup. I go to Starbucks EVERY SINGLE DAY!! I can show the stars and receipts to prove it. This is the second time I have been to this Starbucks and had the absolute WORST experience with customer service!! Worst Starbucks to ever exist, it is never open, and when it is they never have anything, on top of that waiting over 30 min in line to hear they are out of what I wanted is not the best feeling in the world! If it wasn't for location and its closeness to the highway I would never visit this Starbucks. I come here almost every other morning and they're either out of something so I have to change my order, or they make the wrong drink. It's very seldom that I stop by and have no issue at all. Prefacing this with I never write reviews; I am a regular starbucks visitor-- I've been here twice in the last month and have waited 20+ minutes both times for my drinks (non-peak hours). If you are in a rush-- don't go here! I used to be a barista-- if you see someone waiting there, ask if they need something! Don't just look at them and keep talking amongst yourselves when there are no other drinks in the queue! The first time, they made my frappucino and sit it on the counter. It was there for like 10 minutes, I didn't want to ask if it was mine immediately but then all the staff disappeared so I had to wait until someone came back to the front to ask if it was mine. It was-- and all melted from sitting there. The second time I walked in, one of my drinks was ready (ticket said 1/2). I waited 15 minutes before asking an employee about my second drink. He (sounded like I was inconveniencing him) said it should be coming up shortly and walked to the back without even checking to see if it was being worked on. Another 10 minutes later, someone finally asked me what I was waiting for and I had to give them the whole order again because nobody could find the ticket (even though my first drink said 1 of 2) 5 people came and left in the time it took me to get my second drink. I'm glad I don't work from home so often that I have to visit this location more frequently. I know most of these places are busy but 30 minutes for a drink is too much (and that's that I order ahead of actually getting there). read more

Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever now! It's ridiculous to pay triple the price for a cup of coffee just to get rude service and it not even taste like it's supposed to. The employees were yelling at me to wear mask entering this store picking up my pre-ordered drinks which was no problem. I forget sometimes. I went back to my car and grabbed one. Entering back again with my mask on, I looked for a hand sanitizer since I touched the door handle, I asked her if they have any sanitizer, the young black lady behind the counter said "Nope" so I did recommended to her "you should have one and provide them to the customers, She cynically replied to me "Have a nice day". That was rude but I wasn't offended by her because it was just a pure ignorant. Even when I do a moble order I still have to wait and additional 10-15min. People that walk in get there orders before me.But I'm guessing the few people they have can't do it all. So it's understandable. Some aren't so pleasant. But all the others out weigh the bad. One always notices when im waiting and gets my order. I've tried over and over to give this location a try and continuously they have failed at providing me with a good quality drink. I inform the barista each and every time on how I want my drink made and without fail, I always have to request for them to remake my drink. (no matter if drive-thru or inside) What's even more interesting is that the barista(s) are offended when asked to do it over as if they paid for the drink themselves. They need to understand that these drinks are expensive and the customer should be allowed to have their drink the way THEY want it... not how the employee wants it. This location staff needs proper training. The drive thru is a joke. They lack in customer service. My order has always been screwed up. I ordered a large green tea lemonade made with Stevia and a tomato/mozzarella panini. There was only one car in line ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes in line because they could not get the person ahead of me order correct. When they got to me they gave me a cold panini and I still had to wait almost 5 minutes for the green tea. The green tea had no lemonade and no sweetener. I gave it back so they could correct it. The young man dumped it out and pour a full cup of lemonade with about 2 ounces of green tea. It was so bitter I almost choked. I parked my car got out and went to talk to the manager. She apologized and wanted to remake it. I refused and asked for my money back. I have visited this location on multiple occasions and there is always an issue. This is by far the worst Starbucks that I have visited. I prefer to go somewhere else. Every Location I have visited has a 5 star rating, but this one needs retraining. read more

I have been spending my money at this Starbucks location for years. I order the same drink which is supposed to be made the same way at least 95% of the time. I have been going there at least 6 days each week. However, I am purchasing a Nespresso machine because I am so tired of flipping the coin to see if my drink is going to be made as I ordered it. Corrine is the BEST barista there. Since she's furthering her education (way to go Corrine), she is not there every morning when I go. Paying more than $4 each morning for a cup of coffee that may or may not be what I ordered has gotten really old. This store lacks consistency and I think that poor management (both on-site and regionally) is the reason. There are other locations that I frequent less often (because of distance), such as the location on South Atlanta Road on the west side of Atlanta, the location off of Lavista Rd on the Northeast side of Atlanta, and the location off of Roswell Road off of 400 and Holcomb Bridge Road. On any given day (or night) I can order the same drink and no matter who the barista is, they get it right 100% of the time. As loyal as a customer as I am and have been, I must say goodbye to my morning fix because I'm tired of flushing my money down the drain because some of the people at Fairburn just don't care about their customers. Corrine, I will miss you and while I may stop by every once in a blue moon, my daily visits are OVER. Many blessings to you in your future endeavors. My normal routine about twice a week so this is not a one time occurrence. Went this morning to order my grande latte decaf and inquired about the egg bites...the response was "you want what!!" I responded never mind. I believe in addressing issues on the spot (background of military Officer) so I inquired as to who was on the window previously. The answer was "Warren" Well of course the line was around the building so I decided to write my response here instead. The staff could certainly use some customer service classes particularly "Warren" ... a simple pardon me, can you repeat that etc. would have been more courteous. I think after this final experience I may just drive to Peachtree City where I originally started....the staff was quite friendly and courteous. read more

New location that doesn't have its act together. I ordered a spinach, feta, egg white wrap and while it was kind of dry, it tasted pretty good. The orange/mango smoothie I got was too heavy on the yogurt and tasted horrible. Also was kind of slow. I'll try again when they've been open longer. read more
