Constantly understaffed and drive thru only. I'm not coming here again after this being my favorite Starbucks for a decade. Do better Starbucks. Party your workers better and stop bullying them when they say they want a union. You are failing as a company. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They took 30 minutes to make our order. They made my husbands drink and 10 minutes later made mine. There was about 20 people waiting for drinks. It was bad. Drinks tasted fine just so slow!!!! read more

Typical Starbucks, nothing too special! This is a newer location, therefore everything is new and clean, which is always a plus! I went through the drive thru today and the employees were friendly. I would go back again. read more

This Starbucks is brand-new just opened about a week ago the service was great everything was really fast and quick very courteous. If you going to be drinking your coffee at the table let them know because they can put it in a real coffee mug as opposed to have paper cup. I'm kind of scared to post it because it was so nice to go in there and not be a crowded horrible Atlanta Starbucks. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Fairburn, Georgia

This a very convenient location with bad approach, simply put you preorder to expedite and save you time, but guess what you still have to stay on the long drivethroug lane, with no option of going inside,so I ask myself what is the point, because now my coffe is cold read more

I've been here everyday for the past few weeks and I've been subjected to hearing other customers berate these poor hard working employees. I see these people doing the best they can and other people are just plain disrespectful. People need to treat these people with more respect. It's a trio of baristas that make my visit pleasurable. I appreciate Mando, Ari, and Deonte for their exceptional service read more

I have ordered the same peach tea lem for a long time, mine came out very bitter and foamy. The service professional spoke in a ver passive aggressive tone and volume to me and other guests. I could tell they were uncomfortable aswell. I have never had an issue with a Starbucks ever, however this is not my usual location. read more

The worse starbucks I've ever visited. New to the area thought I would give them a try. Been going there since Nov. of last year to date they can never get my drink correct. I even wrote down the ingredients to tell the barista how to make it. You would think they would know my drink by now. Absolutely not!! I will not be going back!! Besides the inside of the store isn't clean!! read more

Terrible customer service. Don't know how to talk to people. Rude. Read the reviews, looks like I'm not the only one to think these people suck. read more

I go to Starbucks EVERY SINGLE DAY!! I can show the stars and receipts to prove it. This is the second time I have been to this Starbucks and had the absolute WORST experience with customer service!! I only came back to this one after the horrible visit I had last time because I had to come this way for work this morning :( I get the same three drinks and the same size that is appropriate to the coffee I've ordered (because I know what you can get in what size and what you can't) and to be told that, I can't get what I have been getting for the past, I don't know forever ago, is mind boggling! THEN when politely asked why I couldn't..... the cashier gave me ATTITUDE and treated me like I'm an idiot and made me feel stupid. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STARBUCKS AGAIN!!! read more

Worst Starbucks to ever exist, it is never open, and when it is they never have anything, on top of that waiting over 30 min in line to hear they are out of what I wanted is not the best feeling in the world! I just placed an order and it took like 20 minutes because they are so slow, when I finally get my drink, I drive away and when I go to taste my Chai tea latte... there's no chai in it.. it is literally steamed milk I didn't know if to cry or what! I decided to drive back because I paid for this, so I go to park because I'm not about to sit in the line for over 20 min over their mistake and I go to knock and I'm being ignored. I try to point at my drink on my hand so that they know it's an issue with my drink and literally I must have been a fly on the door. So here I am back on the drive they line trying to get my drink fixed because there is no other way to get it. This store is a joke, the employees are a joke. There is no way that this store is running like this, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! read more

I love my chai tea. Morgan and Laura are the best, friendliest baristas I've encountered. Thank you for making my mornings easier!

Horrible customer service and half the time they mess my order up. Only reason I go here is out of convenience because it is on my way to the freeway. Get it together read more

If it wasn't for location and its closeness to the highway I would never visit this Starbucks. I come here almost every other morning and they're either out of something so I have to change my order, or they make the wrong drink. It's very seldom that I stop by and have no issue at all. Customer service is great, but that means nothing when all else is a mess. read more

You're not busy so what's up with the snippy tones of voice? You never know who you're serving. I'll be back. Hopefully the young ladies behind the counter have a dose of their own supply and get some energy because today your customer service was not the greatest. Maybe it's a southern thing. read more

Prefacing this with I never write reviews; I am a regular starbucks visitor-- I've been here twice in the last month and have waited 20+ minutes both times for my drinks (non-peak hours). If you are in a rush-- don't go here! I used to be a barista-- if you see someone waiting there, ask if they need something! Don't just look at them and keep talking amongst yourselves when there are no other drinks in the queue! The first time, they made my frappucino and sit it on the counter. It was there for like 10 minutes, I didn't want to ask if it was mine immediately but then all the staff disappeared so I had to wait until someone came back to the front to ask if it was mine. It was-- and all melted from sitting there. The second time I walked in, one of my drinks was ready (ticket said 1/2). I waited 15 minutes before asking an employee about my second drink. He (sounded like I was inconveniencing him) said it should be coming up shortly and walked to the back without even checking to see if it was being worked on. Another 10 minutes later, someone finally asked me what I was waiting for and I had to give them the whole order again because nobody could find the ticket (even though my first drink said 1 of 2) 5 people came and left in the time it took me to get my second drink. I'm glad I don't work from home so often that I have to visit this location more frequently. I know most of these places are busy but 30 minutes for a drink is too much (and that's that I order ahead of actually getting there). read more

I love this starbucks. Great service. Friendly staff. Orders right or made right on the spot.

Not sure why it's showing up as "closed today" (Tues) but it's definitely open. The guy working the drive thru window was really polite. Will be back. read more

This is NOT the Starbucks to go to if you are in a hurry! Drive thru lane has taken 20 minutes or longer from placing order to receiving it! SLOW! read more

Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever now! It's ridiculous to pay triple the price for a cup of coffee just to get rude service and it not even taste like it's supposed to. This used to be my favorite Starbucks, friendly employees and excellent customer service now you're left with couldn't care less attitude and eye-rolls. Really wish they would get it together here. read more

The employees were yelling at me to wear mask entering this store picking up my pre-ordered drinks which was no problem. I forget sometimes. I went back to my car and grabbed one. Entering back again with my mask on, I looked for a hand sanitizer since I touched the door handle, I asked her if they have any sanitizer, the young black lady behind the counter said "Nope" so I did recommended to her "you should have one and provide them to the customers, She cynically replied to me "Have a nice day". That was rude but I wasn't offended by her because it was just a pure ignorant. However, In fact, I was just disappointed how this greatest coffee shop In the country "Starbucks" only hire this type of people and not even care to put them in proper trainings anymore like they used to be. This location need some help from the corporate office. They need to take ignorant and hypocrite bubble off from my latte, otherwise, I won't be going to this location anymore. read more

When this location opened it was Awesome. Customer service and the quality of drinks were A-Ok. The last few times have been hit or missed.. I'm so disappointed with my drink today. Word to the wise; taste your beverage b4 leaving the premises. I've been jipped for the last time. read more

Even when I do a moble order I still have to wait and additional 10-15min. People that walk in get there orders before me.But I'm guessing the few people they have can't do it all. So it's understandable. Some aren't so pleasant. But all the others out weigh the bad. One always notices when im waiting and gets my order. Most of the time they don't put enough caramel on my Frappuccino. But it's a business so the good customer service and smiles make up for the negative. read more

This is a great Starbucks. Lol always a long line because people must have their coffee. I prefer the app because you can place your order and don't wait a long time. I place my order and then drive there. Pick it up and run out! Winner. Don't tell everyone lol read more

Out of numerous products. Staff curt and unfriendly. Will not return. I think Starbucks could do a lot better. Steak burrito is gristle covered and tasteless mess. read more

I've tried over and over to give this location a try and continuously they have failed at providing me with a good quality drink. I inform the barista each and every time on how I want my drink made and without fail, I always have to request for them to remake my drink. (no matter if drive-thru or inside) What's even more interesting is that the barista(s) are offended when asked to do it over as if they paid for the drink themselves. They need to understand that these drinks are expensive and the customer should be allowed to have their drink the way THEY want it... not how the employee wants it. I think that the baristas need more training in more than one area which is to go the extra mile to satisfy the PAYING customers and more training toward making QUALITY drinks.....not quantity drinks!!!!!! read more

I wish 1/2 was an option. I've tried to give this location a chance, time and time again. One thing I can say is, they are consistent. Consistently slow, consistently out of Oprah chai, consistently understaffed. There were 4 people working inside this morning with the doors locked @ 6:30am. I drove around to the drive thru... no answer. So. I left after starring in the front window and no one acknowledged me. BOYCOTT!!! This store will never receive another penny from me. read more

I always have some sort of problem at this location. The last time I went they didn't put the lid for my HOT coffee on correctly and it spilt all over me. And this time the HOT coffee I ordered was COLD! If i wanted cold coffee I would have just ordered it iced... read more

Slow is an understatement at this place. I you have lots of time to spare, come here and be neglected.

The girl who works the window in the morning probably needs to move over to the bar to make drinks. Her personality isn't favorable . I have encountered her on several occasions and she doesn't say thank you and always greets you with an attitude. read more

This place is a total crapshoot if it is going to be good or not. There are some mornings that the staff is on point and seem to enjoy their jobs. Then there are days like today when the girl at the counter seems annoyed that she has to serve people. They were out of every pastry and she didn't know it until she did a half hearted search. We had 4 drinks... 2 were wrong. We didn't even try to bring it up because a 5th eye roll was just not necessary. Sadly I will be back because of the location being so easy. read more

Worst Starbucks disinterested, unfriendly workers and incredibly slow service. I watched as 2 employees chatted and slowly tidied up then when they felt like it got my drinks ready. #neveratthisstarbucksagsin read more

This location staff needs proper training. The drive thru is a joke. They lack in customer service. My order has always been screwed up. I ordered a large green tea lemonade made with Stevia and a tomato/mozzarella panini. There was only one car in line ahead of me. I waited 15 minutes in line because they could not get the person ahead of me order correct. When they got to me they gave me a cold panini and I still had to wait almost 5 minutes for the green tea. The green tea had no lemonade and no sweetener. I gave it back so they could correct it. The young man dumped it out and pour a full cup of lemonade with about 2 ounces of green tea. It was so bitter I almost choked. I parked my car got out and went to talk to the manager. She apologized and wanted to remake it. I refused and asked for my money back. I have visited this location on multiple occasions and there is always an issue. This is by far the worst Starbucks that I have visited. I prefer to go somewhere else. Every Location I have visited has a 5 star rating, but this one needs retraining. read more

Not even a hello or thank you at the register. Wow that's a first at any Starbucks I've ever been to

I have been spending my money at this Starbucks location for years. I order the same drink which is supposed to be made the same way at least 95% of the time. I have been going there at least 6 days each week. However, I am purchasing a Nespresso machine because I am so tired of flipping the coin to see if my drink is going to be made as I ordered it. Corrine is the BEST barista there. Since she's furthering her education (way to go Corrine), she is not there every morning when I go. Paying more than $4 each morning for a cup of coffee that may or may not be what I ordered has gotten really old. This store lacks consistency and I think that poor management (both on-site and regionally) is the reason. There are other locations that I frequent less often (because of distance), such as the location on South Atlanta Road on the west side of Atlanta, the location off of Lavista Rd on the Northeast side of Atlanta, and the location off of Roswell Road off of 400 and Holcomb Bridge Road. On any given day (or night) I can order the same drink and no matter who the barista is, they get it right 100% of the time. As loyal as a customer as I am and have been, I must say goodbye to my morning fix because I'm tired of flushing my money down the drain because some of the people at Fairburn just don't care about their customers. Corrine, I will miss you and while I may stop by every once in a blue moon, my daily visits are OVER. Many blessings to you in your future endeavors. If you tend to your studies in such a consistent manner as you do for SBUX customers I know you will succeed in whatever you set your dreams on. read more

My normal routine about twice a week so this is not a one time occurrence. Went this morning to order my grande latte decaf and inquired about the egg bites...the response was "you want what!!" I responded never mind. I believe in addressing issues on the spot (background of military Officer) so I inquired as to who was on the window previously. The answer was "Warren" Well of course the line was around the building so I decided to write my response here instead. The staff could certainly use some customer service classes particularly "Warren" ... a simple pardon me, can you repeat that etc. would have been more courteous. I think after this final experience I may just drive to Peachtree City where I originally started....the staff was quite friendly and courteous. read more

New location that doesn't have its act together. I ordered a spinach, feta, egg white wrap and while it was kind of dry, it tasted pretty good. The orange/mango smoothie I got was too heavy on the yogurt and tasted horrible. Also was kind of slow. I'll try again when they've been open longer. read more
