The front of the store is a nice little shop with bagged coffees, teas, coffee cups, snacks, etc. I wouldn't say I'd make a special trip to the mall for Beans & Baristas but when I'm already there I'll definitely be stopping by for a drink.

All they offer for a 48 oz container is 6 small scoops of candy. This is interesting because any time I had ordered it IN PERSON, I always got plenty of candy (even scattered on top). But, since I pre-ordered online, I guess quality is less important. The point of the story: if you only do 6 small scoops is mix-ins, why is a phone call necessary? It felt extremely unprofessional to call up a disappointed customer just to argue, and try to tell them how stupid their complaint was. I didn't necessarily want anything free. I just wanted the company to realize an "Everybody's" should have more candy. I could have spent $6 on a tub of ice cream at the grocery store and it would have had more toppings. That's what I'll be doing from here on out because this was ridiculous.
