i was handed a cold coffee but the app shows I ordered hot then when I said something in the drive thru window she young girl said oh it does say hot. then closes the window. she comes back with my hot coffee but doesn't apologize and is laughing as if I am to blame and then closed the window. Most Starbucks apologize for their mistake and give you the mess up drink and the correct order but not this one. You should have stayed closed! Or hired kinder people. read more

I ordered a hot chocolate through mobile order, before work. I picked up my drink upon arrival and left. I got a little ways down the road and once it had cooled enough to drink I tasted it and thought it tasted funny so I took the lid off to find it was essentially just steamed milk, with no chocolate. I called the store to ask them for a refund or a different drink next time I was in and no one has answered any of the calls. read more

As a consistent Starbucks drinker I know what to expect, delicious coffee and efficient service. Stopped to grab coffee this morning and pulled in to the drive-thru only to discover they were not open yet. They are supposed to open at 5:30am. Pulled around the front and finally saw lights go on at 5:35. Waited in line to order another 2 minutes and then another 5 before getting my beverage which was not as ordered. Starbucks really needs to pay attention to customers inside and not just the drive through. Multi tasking would be a good thing as well. I ordered 2 scones unwarmed. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to take them out of the counter and just put them in a bag I asked about them and the cashier asked the lady warning sandwiches. She said she was getting to them. Here's a thought, while standing there and watching items warm up do something else like put my scones in a bag. I left without. Ridiculous wait. Completely incompetent. The managers here belittle their customers completely and overcharge customers for items in the store. I'm not just a angry Karen corporate literally apologized for this stores actions and gave me a 50$ credit because of how rude the employees are at this store... aside from that I've literally seen a rat in the restroom here so they are filthy as well. Surprised a little to find this pocket of Starbucks professionalism. This store boasts no less than four employees who have completed the "coffee master" certification. Every barista I've spoken with has been remarkably well informed and precise about the various coffee products and their correct production. Not sure why people think this coffee shop is so wonderful? Must be a yuppie thing idk? I drink hot coffee, black no sugar like a real man not all sugared up with a ton of whip cream kiddy style. Might as well get a milk shake or hot chocolate if you do that. It's not a place to buy real coffee by any means at 4 times the cost as anywhere else that serves coffee and even coffee machines put Starbucks to shame taste wise. I love this starbucks! I go here all the time. The staff here are all very friendly!!! They once messed up on my drink but without any hesitation, they were so willing to fix my drink and make it to the correct kind.
