I just wanted to take a seat on the cushion bench and enjoy my coffee. Hope was so nice and let me know about the coffees and I had her to make me something and surprise me. The Hot vanilla latte with coconut cold foam was incredible. I also ordered a heavenly blueberry scone, which all of their pastries and sandwiches are made in house. What a wonderful experience, you won't be disappointed, it's a must to stop in and enjoy the experience and of course the drinks and food. They have tons to options to choose from. When we arrived, the young lady barista and pastry chef extraordinaire was in the back baking pastries. She served up the best Caffe Macchiato including the signature swirls. What an artist. Some locals showed up and we had the best conversation about Albion. Our ancestors all grew up in nearby Ellery in the 1800's so it was exciting to have coffee in the downtown area they likely traveled to albeit with horse and wagon.
