We came to Starbucks to find a nice quiet place to study. I don't drink coffee but I do like a good coffee shop environment and thought of starbucks to try. I wouldn't say it's my ideal, I would def go to a library next time but I did think this location had a good vibe. It was a little messy and not super clean but the team was nice and our beverages came out in a timely manner. read more

I go to Starbucks all over south west Florida. Never have I had such a bad experience like I did here. Long waits, staff was very rude and unfriendly. Especially the heavy set ginger lady. Would never come back here rather drive a couple more miles to go to a better store. They even shorted me on my drink only filling it up a qtr of the cup. Definitely would not recommend this horrible location. Staff needs to be swapped out! read more

Starbucks - Empty cup I received this is a joke. I pay $7 to review a half filled cup???? - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Estero, Florida

The Starbucks at this location has been like a yo-yo the last few years (open/closed/open/closed). The service during those years was hit or miss. I started going to Panera next door to get my daily coffee. This Starbucks location opened back up late summer and it is like night and day with service (in a very good way). All servers/baristas are all very very good and friendly. The star for me is Jordan. I am happy this location is back open (so is my dog). Keep up the good work and please don't close again. The Starbucks at Coconut Point is an amazing location. I like to come here the morning before work, to wake-up, and to start my day with a coffee and pain au chocolat. The staff is simply the best! Despite being every morning in a semi sleepy state , they always welcome me with a fantastic smile and energy. It feels like a family! Recently they put a nice little card with kind words with my order. I didn't expect it and it made my day! The Manager Lindsey is the best I've ever saw at any places!!! read more

Line moved quickly. Good service! Love the shaken espresso. Its like crack, but better than eating a$$!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I placed a mobile order for two venti drinks and went inside to pick them up. When I went to get them I asked for a venti cup of water (I was parched). I was told that by the "new policy" he couldn't do that. Best he could do was a tall cup of water. Worker proceeds to give me a hard time and argue with me. I get 2 TALL CUPS OF WATED. AND A VENTI CUP ON THE SIDE. CONGRATS STARBUCKS ON contributing to the single use plastic waste, giving a customer a hard time, and losing money over something as minuscule as a cup. This place truly sucks read more

I am so very disappointed that this location is closing . Shame on you Simon management Kristina, Jazmine, Savannah & Julie are the best! Good luck ladies YOU make a difference! read more

They had no food out and it was very limited. Also no working restrooms. Coffee was fair.

I dont understand why this Starbucks only has three star reviews, so I think it needs a pick me up because I think it's excellent. The baristas are nice and my drink is always perfect and I'm picky , I usually find something wrong with my drink , usually the temperature ). The only thing I wish is that it was in the other side of coconut point where it's more sunny . Other than that , I think they make great drinks here! read more

My first time inside since the remodel and I am a little disappointed. I do like the color palate but the seating to me is not welcoming. There is now less seating inside and what they do have is hard wood chairs and a few uncomfortable padded chairs. I have spoken with a few other regulars here and we all agree that it appears that Starbucks no longer wants people to linger and enjoy coffee and companionship there. To us it is a conscious push to get you in and push you out the door. The coffee is still the same and the staff is still same but the new furnishings makes me drop it to 3 stars. To bad because I liked sipping my coffee and talking with friends there. I guess I need to find a new spot to frequent. read more

Update! I still really enjoy this location if Starbucks. It is based in the ever popular Coconut Point Mall, however, which means it also comes with the crowds. They do work hard in getting the lines moving. So if you come at high time, you may have to wait a bit. That said, we enjoyed coffee this week and sat outside on the couch. Really such a enjoyable way to spend the morning. read more

Rude Kids running the place. No smiles, took the order and charged us only to realize they had ran out of what they sold us the day before. The cashier from the beginning seemed sleepy and upset at the fact we were ordering to begin with. Then we were asked if we wanted something else to eat and thought the egg bites had blue cheese in them but it was mold. Not sure what is happening to the chain but quality over quantity should be prioritized. This store is a mess. read more

It's no mystery that Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee and other selections that are spontaneous dictated by my cravings at any given moment. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five points I will rate all of them on going forward - so to make the point I've recently incorporated a rating system based on this short list to calculate the rating of the locations I visit. I feel all these criterions are controllable by the corporation, the franchise owner or store manager. Service - 4 Stars Quality - 4 Stars Wait Time - 4 Stars Cleanliness - 5 Stars Accessibility - 4 Stars Rating 4.2 read more

Ok so there was a huge sign for suggestions in the front of this Starbucks ... so hear I go there black ice coffee sucked ... it tasted old and watered down, I'm a gold member I know my coffee. Secondly the girl at the counter with the black hair and pink and white mask couldn't hate her job more. She had a line of people waiting to pickup from the counter trying to social distance and she was whispering the names of the coffees that were ready. There was an order sitting there for 10 minutes until some customer realized it was theirs she didn't even bother repeating herself . Then I asked her for two straws she handed me one and walked away I called her over again and said I needed 2 she goes 2 more I wanted to say 2-1 is 1 but I was like no just one she brings me 2 more . Hellooooo is anyone in there listening ? read more

Gross. As a daily, loyal Starbucks enjoyer, I was actually kind of disgusted visiting this location. Carole took the trash bag out of the trash can and never washed or sanitized her hands before getting on register and then handling people's orders. The one girl there literally spent most of the time leaning or trying to talk to the other workers which basically slowed them down. The guy pictured was NONSTOP. I felt bad for him because he was handling 75% of the workload on his own. Every table was dirty, the bar was dirty, the lobby area trashes were full. Ugh. read more

I order Starbucks almost daily. Lately, I've been loving the new iced cold foam blonde cappuccino with soy. It comes with the lid that lets me drink the foam like a hot cappuccino. Today I was in a hurry so I ordered mobile. I allowed 10 mins to pass before speaking up and asking where my mobile order drink is. It was the one that had been sitting by the blenders the entire time, dying and melting. The barista didn't even apologize and just dumped a little watery foam on top and handed it to me. I'm pretty disappointed. Usually Starbucks are pretty consistent but this location is a no. read more

Since changing management, this Starbucks has consistently gone downhill. And it's not the employees perse, but the new manager named Wes. This is strictly an analytical review, nothing personal, as I do not know him outside of his work position. He's extremely loud, rude, unattentive, and processes customers like they are numbers without any humanity. He will not even look you directly into the eye, but will stare at his POS screen while he takes your order. He rushes the transactions, and treats people with the utmost disrespect. I have also witnessed him treating his employees like wild dogs, yelling across the lobby to double check details about drinks, and asking several times as if the employees were making basic mistakes. He is trying to assert his dominance in the store instead of letting his employees shine the way they always have. My experiences used to be personal here... I know several of the employees by name and they know mine. I was greeted with cheer and respect every time I entered the store, even for mobile order pickups. Now, I don't even want to think about stepping a foot into this store because the thought of witnessing Wes speak to his employees like incompetent slaves makes me physically ill. Something else to note - I sat down and watched him interact with several different types of customers, and it seems that he has sexist tendencies, speaking to older male customers with laughs, jokes, and loud comments, while demeaning female customers and speaking to them as if they aren't intelligent. I cannot go here as long as he is still working. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. The service here is god awful, to put into perspective how shitty the service here was I ordered my favorite drink to which it was made entirely wrong, when I came back up to the counter to get the correct order the employee rolled their eyes and seemed extremely rude and unfriendly. After I finally got my drink I discovered there was no place to sit because the store was left a mess. It was at this point I was like aight imma head out. read more

I loved the location of this Starbucks as it was in with a shopping area. When we went in they were not busy so it made it even better. I had a Strawberry Green Tea which was promptly made with a smile (not really a smile, but pleasantries exchanged as they called my name). It was as good as any other although there was a bit more strawberry. Not complaining as it was delicious. The store was nicely decorated and clean. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. read more

So disappointed if the door says your close at 9:30pm closes your door at that time not 10 minutes before false advertisement

I wouldn't typically give a chain 5 stars unless they are exceptional and since I'm in Starbucks almost every day I'm probably pickier then most. When I can place my order of "double tall, non-fat, no foam, no whip, 180 degree, 1 splenda, mocha" and they take in stride with a smile AND get it right I must admit I'm impressed. read more

Not the most efficient Starbucks I've been to... I ordered an espresso with almond milk, and with 4 people behind the counter in an uncrowded store, it still took 15 minutes to get my drink... which was made with regular milk. It took another 10 minutes to get the drink re-made because the girls behind the counter were too busy giggling and chit chatting about their co-workers (loud enough that I could hear from 10 feet away)... Thankfully, I don't visit Coconut Point very often. read more

Oh, Starbucks - the rules are so simple. If you are going to make me pay through the nose for a cup of mid-grade coffee, you are going to have to offer up some complimentary Wi Fi. Is it really so hard? The Panera next door doesn't seem to think so, and thankfully their signal reaches inside your doors, otherwise this may have become my very first one star review - something I've sworn never to do. Please, for the love of internet, get with the program. read more

It's exactly like every other corporate Starbucks out there - service is quick and friendly, the coffee is medocre (sorry to say, but IMO starbucks burns their beans, rather than roasting them; there's a difference), and it's just a bit overpriced. Bonus star, though, for the comfy outdoor seating; if it's nice outside, why would you ever consider sitting inside? I say, avoid the coffee entirely and have a chai instead; hard to screw up tea. read more

Staff was nice and personal, but the pumpkin cream cold brew did not taste or look like others I had in the past. It was upsetting.

This place is always a hassle. Parking is non-existent during season - regardless of the time of day. I always end up in line behind 3 people, which turns in to 15-minutes of waiting to just place my order.
