I never leave reviews on big chains like Starbucks. Because typically if you been to one, you've been to all. But I had to take a minute out of my time to highlight the amazing service that I received during my visit. The place was packed and the Baristas were still friendly, attentive and helpful. You could tell that they were working as fast as they could, while providing great service at the same time. Specially considering that they were juggling the drive through window, online orders and walk-ins. Management: Add more employees to your schedule during peak hours so that you don't over work your guys, would be my suggestion. read more

Starbucks is Starbucks. Typically come in the morning so there really isn't any spectacular features about this place. Lines are super long, to be expected. If you are coming off Airway you may be in the street. Not really good engineering when making this location. The staff are usually rushed. My Very Berries are usually lighter than norm so I always ask for more berries. I really shouldn't have too but here I ask. Not sure why I'm paying when all the other locations make it exactly the same. But, I pay because I'm addicted and I'm too busy to call and complain. To sum it up, it's Starbucks. Starbucks please do better. This was a terrible experience all the way around. Coffee should be quick. This was a 30 min experience I never want to relive. Ordered identical drinks... received the first drink and the guy said the next one would be right out. He proceeds to take the trash out ignore me for the next 20 min... doesn't even acknowledge it's taken a long time doesn't apologize just hands me the drink. I find it rude that no one seems to care if you get your order. I also find it odd that you have teenagers running the shop and they clearly do not know what they are doing. read more

In Starbucks, like in Real Estate, its location, Location, LOCATION, and this SBUX just happens to be at the crossroads of just about anywhere I'm going, probably the most convenient one in El Paso, since its just off the Airway exit. Unfortunately, due to its convenient location, this one is way fuller than most, but for a location that handles so much traffic, the staff is pretty quick about getting your drink and quite friendly. This is a stand alone Starbucks at an extremely busy corner in El Paso, Texas. Not the location faults but certain times of the day I just simply would not bother going into the store. But once in I thought it better than most. First and foremost the staff was better than most locations at providing good, prompt customer service. Real upbeat moods and very descriptive. The store was on the clean side but this place is so busy I know it's tough to be spic and span. Bathrooms were also clean especially considering the traffic. Outside there were plenty of parking so in spite of the volume of people it's easy to get in and out. I did not use their wifi so I can't comment on that in particular. I've been to this location about six times so far and the last two times I've been there they made my drinks incorrect. Today I was there and ordered two Venti golden ginger drinks with light ice. They must've put all the ingredients for both drinks in one container and then poured the drink into both Starbucks cups...however when they were pouring... all of the spices and sweet flavoring went into the 1st cup, and the 2nd cup just tasted like watery coconut milk. It was clear the drink was not mixed properly because the drinks tasted very inconsistent with each other.
