We waited about 30 minutes for two drinks. And once they asked us what was our name he finished making a drink that was one of ours that was just out in the opened unfished. The worse starbucks I've ever been to in my life. I would not recommend it. The customers before us were complaining about their customer service and I thought they were over exaggerating until I was in their shoes. The waited 12 minutes after I ordered by drink that took 9 minutes to order meanwhile it wasn't super busy before telling me they didn't have 3 of the ingredients for my drink. Then asked if I still wanted it but if course warned me it wouldn't taste the same. I said no thank you and asked for other options similar but then was advised to wait again then they would get back to me. I finally decided on what I wanted and advised them. Which I'm ordering hot tea only by the way. Initial order was a medicine ball then just asked for Jade citrus mint tea in a Venti. I asked if I could have a plain butter croissant for the wait and inconvenience. They said let me see if we have it, the barista came back and advised they do, she said would you like me to ring you up, I politely said no thank you I was hoping that would be a courtesy item because of the inconvenience and wait. She said hold on let me get my manager, the manager who was ready to go and locking up 30 minutes early, Ruby, came over and said we can't give you a croissant but you can buy one. I said after my experience, why would I spend an extra $2 or less on a croissant. I asked her why, she said normally she would say yes but said they would only change my drink to a different tea only. She said it's not their fault they didn't know they were out but the other barista said they had been out for hours and it's a popular drink. Meanwhile, I asked for Randy's name as I initially didn't know it because he was the barista making my drink. He could see I was frustrated but still being respectful in my tone. The manager, Ruby, advised him not to give me his name and that I was being disrespectful by walking to the end of the counter where customers wait for drinks. I told her she was being aggressive following me when I was asking his name to compliment him because he offered to get me what I wanted and I thought was kind. She said I didn't want to give you his name because I didn't know why you wanted it. She then started raising her voice saying I need to leave. I asked her why as I am a paying customer with questions, I then called the police because I felt as if she's discriminating against as she first said she normally would give something for the wait then this. The customer before me had yelled out before he left that you all work here and I'm a customer, so act like you applied and again I didn't understand why until I was in his shoes. I didn't say anything like that but I wanted to know why I was being treated unkindly. My tea was the nastiest I've ever had. They said they were out of honey and agave after making the tea. There's more but moral of the story, if you want the true Starbucks experience, avoid this location at all costs. Customer experience is terrible, they close up early, and the drinks taste like unfiltered water with dirt. Additionally, for a venti hot tea they gave me one tea bag and it's standard to come with 2. The tea bag also was burst open and I had to add my personal tea bag as pictured because how bad the tea was. read more

Girlfriend and I were out shopping so we decided to stop by for Starbucks since we both wanted to try their new items. She got their new pineapple drink and I got the new Oreo cake pop! How luck for me there was a Starbucks here! I was going to a different shop in this plaza and the vitamin shop had a sign on the door saying they would be back in ten minutes...uggh!!! I was on my way home from work and wanted to go in and grab my health stuff and head home but now I had to wait. So life just handed me lemons so I headed to Starbucks to trade them in for a protein drink! Have you tried their protein drinks yet? They are on point! They have coffee energy combined with the protein and either almond milk or coconut milk and blended with ice into a smoothie- I am addicted. They are satisfying and filling. This is my new go to for when I am out running errands and I get hungry but can't stop to eat. The folks at this Starbucks were friendly and had my order ready for me in a jiffy. read more

I wish there was an option for Zero stars for this location. I always order the venti with no ice on my refreshers bc I like to pour a little out into separate cups for my two daughters to get a little sip. They're young and don't need a full drink all to themselves. At every location I have been to across the country, they have never had a problem with me asking for two extra cups with a little ice. The employees have always been overly friendly and accommodating to my request. And yes I always am charged the extra dollar for no ice. It's a pain, but I'm willing to accept the extra charge with no issues. Today I took my cute girls for some mommy daughter time at the outlets and stopped by this location for the first time. To say the staff was more than rude is an absolute understatement. The Employee that looks like Captain Hook from Peter Pan was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. When I asked for 2 extra small cups of ice he said no. When I asked why, he couldn't give me an answer other than it had been on the NEWS EVERY WHERE, Sorry Sir, I didn't know that Starbucks no longer giving out more than one extra small cup of ice was National News. I was unaware of this change and instead of saying "Hey, we don't do that anymore but since you didn't know, I'll give you two small cups this time but going forward I can't. I would have been so grateful and said thank you for hooking me up. You're Awesome. Instead he continued to argue with me. And when I said well can I just get an extra EMPTY cup so I can give my daughters a sip he refused. As I am waiting for my ONE overly priced drink he asked how my day was? I said great until now. He then said SAME! He then went to hand me my drink and it had ice in it. I said well I paid the extra DOLLAR for no ice. He huffed and puffed and had an employee change it. Some more arguing went on and when he went to hand me the drink after saying something rude to me, I replied with a rude comment back mid handing off the drink to me.I told him thanks for being a Dick. He then lost it and was refusing to hand me the drink I paid for until I yelled at him to had me the drink I had already purchased. He had backed up as if he were getting ready to chuck the drink at me. Y'all, this was all over a request for a small extra cup. ONE EXTRA CUP OF ICE OR JUST AN EMPTY CUP and he refused to be kind and helpful. It was the dumbest situation I've ever been in. CAPTAIN HOOK needs to check himself and get a lesson in customer service. Was this really worth it? Your customer was simply asking for an additional cup. Absolutely asinine. This Starbucks was my quick coffee stop after having lunch in El Paso. I was behind on my caffeine intake that day, so I was suffering from some major withdrawals. Fortunately, this SB location was a short drive from where I ate lunch. I drove into their parking lot, and fortunately had no issue finding a spot. I walked in to a clean and well stocked store. The baristas were super nice here, and processed my order quickly. I had a large cold brew with some whole milk, as I had an hour drive ahead of me, and I was a bit short on sleep that day. My drink came out tasting smooth and delicious. After resting a short bit, I made my way back to the car and proceeded on my journey to Las Cruces. This Starbucks is simultaneously the fuel provider for and oasis from a day of Outlet shopping. I drove thru for a latte before hitting the stores and stopped by for a passionfruit iced tea and a cake pop before heading back east. Small location, but very new, I like the desks, they've got 2 tables set against the wall that give you that desk feeling because there's only one chair. Patio area is nice too, with the sunroof and fan. read more

Ok, so I love the local spots and all but you just can't beat a well lite and great ambient noise area to study in...and this Starbucks has just the right combination! It's what you would expect of any Starbucks but it definitely is geared to larger group gatherings, well with the Outlet Malls being across the street and all. There is ample space to study, grab a coffee before shopping, or meet with you friends on the large country style table to enjoy good company. Like I said, I enjoy it for the studying environment. Plenty of good size tables, free wifi, ample space to put books and laptop out, and the staff is great at keeping the place in order and quick with your order. Overall, since the next few weeks of my life involve studying for more than 4 hours, I'll be visiting this coffee house often to get ready for boards! read more

Starbucks is all about consistency. You can go into any Starbucks and get your favorite drink made the same way, right? Wrong! This Starbucks is all about consistency all right.....consistently wrong! It seems they can't get an order right! Basic drinks, like a vanilla latte, are made wrong! No matter how many times I decide to give them another try, I'm disappointed. And the service is exceptionally slow. I understand the store is next to the Outlets, but I've gone on Sunday morning when there is literally nobody in the store and still waited 10 minutes for a drink! Very disappointed with this particular Starbucks! Last thanksgiving weekend we drove though this Starbucks and placed our order to some caffeine before our long drive back to Arizona. Ordered a white mocha and asked for 5 pumps of mocha instead of 6, well I swear my drink tasted like it had 10 pumps of chocolate. And same thing happened today! Not happy with this Starbucks. Service was terrible. I am not one to write bad reviews but their service was unacceptable. We were the only customers ordering and we received one of our drinks and were left to wait for the other. We waited 15 minutes while they made drinks for customers in the drive thru. And we watched the employees laugh and joke showing each other their cell phones. When I asked about our missing drink they had mistakenly almost gave it away to someone through the drive thru. When I finally got my drink I didn't get as much as an apology. read more
