"Pervasive, but like in a good way!" ... So said the young lady shopper I passed walking into this grocery store in North Dakota, when she overheard my surprise to find a Starbucks here. It's your typical grocery store SB-- dependable quality control, meticulously measured and prepared, and served with that barista-panache we've all come to expect. Yes, even here in NoDak. Dickinson is on the larger end of cities by ND standards, so not terribly surprising... I guess I'm always a little incredulous that a little Seattle coffee company had such a global impact. As best we could figure, this is your only reasonable Starbucks option relatively close to the I-94. You're not going to find much between here and Medora, anyway. read more

Starbucks - a sign stating customers to wear a face mask - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Dickinson, North Dakota

The rudest, full-of-attitude, Starbucks-brand employees ever. Was not greeted, when order was entirely wrong, the main person who took the order copped a major huff and attitude, and then the drink was made incorrectly again by another barista. Stale grudge and water at the north base of the kiosk ~ held in check by filthy floor mops. Obviously a leak somewhere and a board of health hazard by a food dispensing company. Surly, insolent, really awful employees to encounter on a sunny Sunday morning around 9:15 am. read more

Something about our kiwi star fruit drink here was TAINTED. Idk if the kiwis were fermented or something or just way past their due date, but it tasted bad and strange. I get this drink at basically every Starbucks and it's consistently pretty good, but not here. With that said - they did have the ND "Been Here" mug and that's the real reason we came. So yay. read more

O__O Whoaaaaa, first to review the FIRST Starbucks built in Dickinson, North Dakota :) For those who are here for business trips / other reasons, have no fear if you suddenly have a Starbucks craving. Located right inside Family Fare Supermarkets, this place can be easy or hard to find, depending if you have GPS or not. Parking is plentiful and overall, service & drink quality = standard Starbucks. Given that it was 6ish in the morning, service was ok and I went away happy with my yummy mocha. Just note that this Starbucks opens up at 6am and since it's in the grocery store, there's really no sitting spots to chill at and such. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Dickinson, North Dakota

The ONLY Starbucks in this part of North Dakota, but still has the full menu. Lucky for me they had ONE Been There ND mug so I definitely picked it up! This Starbucks is inside the Family Fare supermarket immediately upon entering the store. Attempted to contact this store using the phone number on the app and it gave me an error message. Called the number of the supermarket (same number) with hopes of verifying they had the mug in stock, but unable. When I mentioned this to two of the working employees, the counter worker had no idea what I was talking about and had to show him the phone number and the other said the number was for the grocery store and they are just an extension. Location is great with easy on-and off of the 94, large driveways and parking lot which was helpful since I had my 5th wheel RV in tow. Not a bad experience, they just need a method of contact. read more

Service was fast. lady serving me was very nice and patient. Coffee was on point. Yum

Been collecting "you are here" and "been there" mugs for a long time. While on a road trip, went out of our way and drove 2 hrs to this location to find out they were out of mugs. The main problem is that their phone line is out of service!!! We did try to call to make sure they had mugs on stock. (South Dakota, Deadwood and Spearfish stores were out too) read more

Terrible service and even worse coffee. Ww were in town for a tournament and stopped for coffee. I ordered 6 drinks. I was the only one in line but they were to busy talking to each other to notice me there. When I finally got my order taken the girl actually rolled her eyes at me(not sure why). The other girl behind the counter chose that time to take out her garbage, which consisted of her putting 2 garbage bags in a grocery cart. She than started to make our drinks without bothering to wash her hands. She stated she couldn't find the vanilla so I'm not sure how she made our vanilla drinks. The overall demeanor was very rude and all our drinks were really bland tasting. Very disappointed in this visit. read more

Bummed the Starbucks app doesn't work with this location and it isn't a drive through (it's in a grocery store). BUT Justin is a solid barista - fast, didn't miss a detail of my order and friendly without being overly chatty. We're driving across the country and it's lovely to be pleasantly surprised by such great service at kind of an out of the way location. read more
