Legitimately the slowest and rudest Starbucks I've experienced. I've tried drive-thru and going inside in hopes of not waiting 10 minutes for a drink. Not only do the baristas not acknowledge you while your standing there waiting, they then proceed to slide over the drinks without saying a word. Today was icing on the cake when I not only waited 10 minutes but was then given the wrong drink. The woman taking the orders was polite and apologetic but everyone else at this location really needs to go back through customer service training. read more

Iv been going to this Starbucks on my break from work to get coffee but I had terrible service today. The women at the drive through was very rude and unfriendly. She gave me a hot drink when I was sure I asked for iced but even before she handed me the drink she looked like she really hated being there. When I asked for the iced drink she looked very annoyed and gave me attitude. Normally i would accept the drink if I made the mistake but since she was rude to me I had her make me the iced one instead. After giving me the right drink she didn't say anything and still looked unfriendly. I asked for a cup holder tray politely and she still looked annoyed. I understand if it's busy and it's annoying to remake a order I get that but iv worked in the restaurant business for years and I don't treat customers like that. read more

Really nice location and one of the fastest starbucks drive thru I have been too. Usually they drag while you are just sitting there but this location had great customer service and fast in delivering the coffee. Definitely get the white chocolate mocha to warm you up in this cold weather. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Its unbelievably slow. And they are never busy. The staff is just slow as hell. The drive thru is slow also. It doesn't matter what day or time you go here it's slow. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes (or more) for a drink. And the staff is nothing to write home about. Nothing special or memorable at this Starbucks. You're lucky to get a "hello". read more

The worst...let me say it again...THE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced at a Starbucks or ANY coffee shop in my life. I received attitude in the store when I requested a remake for my son (which I've had to do only once before) and a, "lesson in what Starbucks coffee tastes like." I live above a Starbucks. I've been to many. I know the taste. This was a watery burnt mess. I was talked about in front of the other customers. I had my drink tossed at me. Starbucks is Starbucks? Right? Wrong! I think this Starbucks drive thru is the slowest in the area - it will oftentimes take 10 minutes or more when it should take half of the time. In the handful of times I've been here I was served attitude with my order. As other people have mentioned the service isn't always warm & fuzzy. Orders have been fine but will drive out of the way to avoid the awkward Deerbrook mall parking lot - signage is also an issue. Entering & exiting the drive they can be confusing. read more

This Starbucks is localed in a dying mall but it is just as fine as any other Starbucks around. I usually double park outside the store in the driveway next to the store and have my wife run in to get our orders. read more

This is one of the more smaller Starbucks. It's usually quiet inside, not too busy so if you're looking for a place to work or do some reading, this is probably the Starbucks to go to in you're in the area. There are tables and seats outside the store so if it's a nice day, you can go outside with a cup of coffee or tea and relax outside. The strip mall that the store is located in isn't that busy so parking won't be an issue. There's usually a bit of congestion in the morning but you're going to expect that at most places that sells coffee. The coffee and tea is what you would expect from Starbucks. I believe this store is located in cook county and so the taxes I think are a bit higher. but it's all a matter of a few cents really compared to other Starbucks if you go further up north into the suburbs. So, if you want to get some work done in a quieter, less congested Starbucks, this one will probably be the best choice if you're in the area. read more

Great Starbucks location. The staff are friendly and efficient, even when there is a large crowd. This location also has a lot more seating than most Starbucks I've been to, indoor and out. Most seats have a plug within reach, and wifi doesn't seem to lag even the place is pretty packed. read more

Super friendly and clean place! I end up always asking for refills on my coffee and tea and the baristas always gladly refill them for me. They have several tables for 2 and also a longer table for 8. Comfy lounge area near the center of the store and outlets are sufficient throughout the store. It's part of a huge strip mall so parking is never an issue! An outside sitting area is also available. read more

New location, great store setup with plenty of large tables and outlets for working!!! However, I received a lot of attitude from the barista...he slid my coffee at me across the counter which wasn't too bad but then he did the same thing with my pastry even though I was standing directly in front of him and had my hand out ready to take it. I go here to study all the time. The drinks I order come out pretty fast. They're friendly and leave you to be when you want to sit down and just chill. If they get an order wrong, they'll either give the drink you ordered for free or remake. They're friendly, and the customer service fits me. The atmosphere is nice to study, relax, or work. read more

I've been here several times this week and so far it's one of the best in the area. The baristas are so friendly and efficient and they've made the best espresso ristretto I've had in the neighborhood. I often get weak, dusty-tasting espressos that are made way too hot which ruins the subtle flavors (think having a boiled wine ) but not here. Kudos. read more

I order the same thing every time. They specifically say they hear my order, which is a grande IN A VENTI CUP, and then always give me a grande cup. In a grande cup there is not enough ice for me so my soy milk tastes warm, which I hate. After waiting in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes with three kids in the car I don't feel like going back because it is wrong. When I did take my kids out of the car because my drink was terrible, they make me wait for everyone else's drink to be made in a GIANT line of like TWENTY PEOPLE. This is after THEY messed up--I was shocked. What gives? You should have remade my drink first I already waited long enough! Then I parked, hauled three kids in...no drink coupon offered either. I have noticed the baristas here don't always shake the soy milk. This means the end pour get way more sediment int he bottom of the cup. It comes up through the straw in chunky pieces of grossness. I hate seeing a 1/4 inch of sediment in my cup. I try to avoid this one if I can. read more

I love this location! I come here just about everyday on my way to work. Drive through can be a bit of a wait but it's totally worth the extra few minutes. I've never had a horrible experience here either. The staff seems like they're in a good mood seen as I've never dealt with anyone so far that was mean or anything. Of ALL the Starbucks I have been a customer of all over the country...this is the worst! In fact, after todays mishap I will not return to this location but rather go out of my way to another. All my experiences have been thru the drive-thru window and they range for extremely slow lines to being handed the wrong drink altogether. Today they made my drink wrong again so I had to wait through another long line to get it corrected. Yikes...my time is far more valuable than that. This used to be my goto. But lately they keep ripping me off. I get a Venti iced drink, and I get light ice as I'm not a fan of the amount of ice in a Venti. Lately, I get a drink with a two inch gap. It's like they use the cup that tells them how much milk/chai and then put it in a Venti cup without adding a little more milk. That's a ripoff. I was at this store last Wednesday, October 18th, around 4 pm, and the place was packed. There was a long line inside the store and also a very long line in the drive-through. I saw only two employees struggling to serve the customers. The store was clearly understaffed. I waited patiently for my turn and when I finally reached the counter 20 minutes later, I asked the barista what was going on. He said another employee didn't show up and there wasn't any substitute as it's tough to find anyone willing to work for Starbuck with low pay. What a bad management at Starbuck. I really feel sorry for the two baristas despite the fact that I waited 20 minutes and got a watery latte. I am not going back to Starbuck again. read more

Giving it one star is being generous. I will often go out of the way to another Starbucks. I have gone there a few times and each time the baristas are mean. The last time I was there the barista yelled at a little girl for asking for water instead of ordering it. This is also every time I go and it's from every barista, not just one or two. The barista's there should look into other jobs that do not deal with people. The drinks also suck compared to other Starbucks. read more
