Got the order wrong and instead of redoing it the barista got an attitude and said every other Starbucks makes this specific drink wrong. I travel all over the US on a regular basis for work and every other location makes it the same way, as is shown in the pictures on the menu. I chose to not argue with her further and left. Very disappointed in the customer service. We were the only ones in the Starbucks at the time. read more

Good quick spot inside the target / supercharge station. Fast and friendly service. Ordered an Americano, valentine cake pop, and puppocino. Clean and tidy space. Generous with the whip! read more

Absolute worst Starbucks in town!! Kelly was very rude to me and did not make my drink how I asked. She gave the lady infront of me no charge for her extra syrup but charged me for extra syrup. Can't give one person special treatment and not the other!! And she didn't wear an apron or hat! How dirty!!!! read more

Thank you KELLY the employee at Starbucks in Target on International Speedway, Daytona Beach. She made the most delicious frappes I have ever had! She was kind, considerate, and professional!! I pass three Starbucks, just to have her make my drink. She is an outstanding example of service. read more

Worse coffee I have had in years!!! Tasteless and sour Can't even make Cuban coffee. Avoid this place.

Horrible. I ordered NO pumpkin spice powder in my drink and instead they put EXTRA. I'm allergic to it (it has cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove in it) so that was pretty horrible for me. Just stick to an actual Starbucks. They don't listen here! I've never had this problem before... this place just doesn't know what they are doing. read more

This Starbucks is inside a Target as you go to I95 from the beach. We went in for an after dinner/ pre-drive back coffee and unfortunately were disappointed. There was one (very nice) young man who would take your order, payment and then make your drink. They didn't have drip coffee decaf or chai, and very few items. I'd stop at another Starbucks if at all possible... read more

This Starbucks is the only good thing this Target has going for it. I was driving from Orlando to Jacksonville and decided to stop at this Target to pick up a gift for the hubby. Boy, was I happy when I walked in and there was a Starbucks.... I think the logo was actually smiling at me! Needless to say, I was in dire need of some Caffeine. There was only one employee working and he was very nice. Unfortunately, they were out of caramel, so I went with a vanilla coffee-based frap instead. The person behind me ordered lemonade and they were out of that too. Apparently, they run out of a lot of things on "race days." Yes, I managed to stop in Daytona while some big NASCAR race was going on. How was I suppose to know? Everything was nice and clean. There were a few small tables set up with chairs. The pastry section was small and there were only a few selections. Again, I guess they were out of most things because it was a "race day." But, even if it was full, it was so small there would not have been much to choose from. Three stars for friendly service, for being there when I needed it, and my vanilla frap ended up being quite good. read more

I wish I could give zero stars I definitely would. I went to Starbucks today as I do everyday and I order the same exact thing every time, well the shot of espresso wasn't in my drink which I paid for no big deal so I asked for the shot well they remade the drink and remade it wrong ok so I waited again and this time Karen dropped the drink and then she dropped the next one ok I finally got my drink and the manager Karen rudely tells me if it's not right I can give you a refund well if you would have made it right the first time I would have kept it and you didn't read the order otherwise you would have gotten it right and you dropped the drink being rude and nasty it's called karma . Thanks for being rude and nasty! I was just glad that the dude that scratches his crotch wasn't working today read more

It's no mystery that Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee and other selections that are spontaneous dictated by my cravings at any given moment. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five points I will rate all of them on going forward - so to make the point I've recently incorporated a rating system based on this short list to calculate the rating of the locations I visit. I feel all these criterions are controllable by the corporation, the franchise owner or store manager. Service - 2 Stars Quality - 3 Stars Wait Time - 2 Stars Cleanliness - 3 Stars Accessibility - 1 Star Rating 2.2 read more

Poor customer service from your barista at this Starbucks yesterday. We ordered our drink, paid and waited. There were a few people ahead of us and I watched them get their items in proper order, so knew we were up next. I noticed Alexus the barista making some chilled drinks and I recognized them to be the order taken from the young ladies that had ordered AFTER us so I approached her and asked "are you making our macchiato?" To which she snottily responded with "I'm doing them in order." Again I knew those drinks were placed after ours so said "but you aren't because those drinks you're making now were ordered after us" to which she just mumbled something about the cups must have been moved out of order. No apology in that moment or when she gave me the drink either. I don't expect to be treated special, I'm no different from any other customer, but I do expect respect and fair treatment and didn't get that from this barista. An apology probably could have squashed the situation bc let's be real accidents happen but not only was she rude with her initial response, but she also couldn't rise above and utter those words to me the customer when she realized she was wrong. Shame on her, hopefully this Starbucks gives her a lesson in customer service. read more

This Starbucks is inside Target. They still have all the usual drinks and food but the seating is inside only so you look out at the Target registrars.Heck we used to play video games together and hang out like friends. I love you dad. What happened to us? read more

These ladies made my day!! I was having a really terrible start to my vacation day and they were my 4th Starbucks trying to just get a coffee to enjoy life a little bit. They not only made my drink perfect but added a little special extra to help make up for the really bad start. I normally don't patron without drive thru but I was desperate and I'm glad I went in. THANK YOU!! read more

Love the store and the wonderful staff. They always are willing to help resolve an issue if one and always friendly about it! Love you guy

I sincerely hope the mirage that looked like a Starbucks being built on International Drive is actually real. So far, this is my only option for Starbucks in the area. . .unless. . .yeah. So, it has the basics that I need. Caffeine served hot in a latte form--my preferred drink. Of course, the food options are limited here, but service is Friendly. read more

This is consistently the worst Starbucks that I go to, I put my mobile order in every morning 10 minutes prior to arriving and always I have to wait for at least five. This morning they lost my mobile order and didn't even tell me although I asked three employees how long it would be before it was ready. Now I'm late to work, no coffee, 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Everyone that works here is awful, there's one short girl with the dark hair and tattoos that I like but aside from her, nobody cares and they're all as slow as they could possibly be. read more

I love Starbucks but we got their at 9:00 and and she was serving someone and we go to order and she was like we close at nine and lead us leave while she was making a drink for herself so that's self explanatory read more

Ok Starbucks. Very busy but nice and friendly people. They take your drink order but no food up selling and didn't get receipt.

This Starbucks sucks! I was the only one in line, and i stood there for five minutes ready to order while they stared at me while cleaning and not helping customers. The cashier didn't know how to speak and mumbled everything under his breath. I wanted to use my points and they said they didn't do that here, which is weird. I ordered my drink and two spinach wraps. And then after I payed he mumbled again and said I'm giving you a refund and I said what? He said it's going to be 20 minutes for the oven to heat up. Like why didn't they tell me that in the first place. So now it's a big deal because he doesn't know how to do a refund. Finally I got my money back and now I'm still waiting for my drink and they made it completely wrong. We just stormed out in rage from this place. Saturday morning crew has no idea what they are doing. Worst Starbucks ever. read more

As far as Starbucks goes this one is inside you get to look at the Target registers and wonder why you are paying for this way over priced coffee. They don't even have real Cuban coffee just a poor imitation of cappuccino. Too much money for the poor service. read more
