As you enter, you will see by main entrance a large wall full of merchandise. Behind the merchandise wall, you will find two bathrooms that require you to punch in a key code to enter. Whether you are looking to have a meeting, get work done or just want to hang out with friends, the space is large and inviting for all your needs. They offer a long counter that connects your To-Go orders and placing your orders. Here, you will find six tables and fourteen chairs. Against the back, you will find a large glass wall with additional seating. There is a large brightly colored painting. By the large painting you will discover one large leather bench with plugs and outlets. As well as, four tables with four chairs. I personally liked this location because the entire atmosphere was very well throughout. By the patio entrance, they have a Bar-Like Seating in the corner with a window view to the outside. That same window is accessible for patio guests. The patio is beautiful with wooden pillars and is fully covered, in case of inclement weather. I spent few hours here before my meeting and I enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. I'd recommend visiting this location. read more

Typically Starbucks are a dime a dozen, so I do t say much about them because we know what to expect. This starbucks however, sucked! The manager on duty was a young white women with glasses- I only had a $100 bill to pay with and there are no signs or anything that says you can't pay with bills over a certain amount. And she wasn't nice about telling me either, she had such a bad attitude and was just rude. I'm not ever coming back here again. And my drink wasn't good either but I wasn't about to go back and interact with her again, that's how off putting she was. read more

Arrived around 5:30am after dropping off family at the airport. Took forever to order in the drive-in and I always order a Venti Blonde Vanilla Latte and they skipped the Blonde part of my order. In addition, one of the sprinkles right before the window was spraying all over my newly washed suv all of which earned this review 4 solid stars. Paying $6.77 for a coffee should mean what I order should be received as ordered. The coffee I received was consumable just not with the smoothness I'm used to with my almost daily Starbucks addiction! Staff was nice but short, not very talkative when I wished him a good day. This spot is close to Love Field, so I end up here at least once a month if not more. Employees are nice and some are friendly and chatty. It's always busy here, but the inside and outside lines usually keep moving. This Starbucks seems to understand the fine art of hiring enough staff to keep customers moving happily along. My local Starbucks doesn't make/serve Nitro cold brew, so it's a treat for me that I can snag it here. I do enjoy the Nitro brew. It goes down like black liquid gold and gives me a delicate "wake up call." Each time I've been here, the store has been clean. The inside has plenty of seating. My only complaint is the layout of the parking lot. It is small and tight. It can be tough getting in and out of the parking lot and/or drive through during busy times. read more

Great Starbucks close to Love Field airport and close to the medical district! I've been waiting to have one nearby and it's nice to see the area around it slowly get developed with other establishments. Like many other Starbucks, the drinks are fairly standard and are what you'd expect, but in addition, they also serve Nitro cold brew here if you need that extra caffeine kick. For working, it's a pretty nice place to work -- always clean and good table space. Outlets can get limited though, so don't count on having an open one to charge at. It is fairly busy a lot of the time, so I highly recommend getting there early or during low traffic times to get a good spot. My only qualm about the location is related to the parking/drive thru situation. The parking spots are on the smaller side and the lot itself is small, making it a bit difficult to maneuver if you drive a larger vehicle. Otherwise, definitely coming back to meet my caffeine demands! read more

NEW Starbucks in the heart of the medical district and close to Love Field. It's a great location and addition to the other new shops and retail on Mockingbird. I really like the layout of the store. It's small but cozy and the high ceiling makes it feel really open and nice. It's aesthetically pleasing - kind of like a smaller version of the Starbucks Reserve in Downtown but without Reserve drinks. There are outlets under the black counter and booths but sadly not underneath the middle tables. I've always been able to find a seat along the black counter though and occasionally a booth seat. It's been pretty quiet and empty since it just opened but now more crowded with students studying in the evenings. I like how the restrooms only have hand dryers (yay for environmental sustainability) and the tables have hooks underneath to hang your bag/ purse. The staff is super friendly too, and I noticed that they greet people who walk in. It's the small things that make this one of my favorite Starbucks. read more

I pull the the drive through which is all lit up and giant screen on. No answer. I pull around to the window and I see the worker stacking cups. He looks right at me but doesn't come over and tell me they are close. No hard gesture or anything so I finally pull around, park, and walk to front door to see the tiny print that's says 8 pm close time. Turn off your drive through board or at least have say closer. Have your hours on the window on the side maybe and train your employees not to be so inconsiderate and lazy as to leave me there sitting and wondering when a simple hand gesture could have let me know. read more

Starbucks is bringing "tidings of coffee and joy" early this year. On November 6, stores nationwide gave out free holiday themed cups with the purchase of one of their specialty holiday drinks. I ordered a grande peppermint mocha with soy milk substitute ($6.44 total, including tax and $0.70 up charge for soy milk substitute), and the cashier even kindly asked if I wanted to take off the whipped cream to make it vegan. Only thing is they didn't take my name for the order, but I still got my drink anyhow which was delicious and warm. I'm not a regular coffee-drinker, but I'll definitely be using that souvenir holiday cup! read more

The employees are super nice and pretty good about learning your order. They are also pretty great about keeping the place clean. The only thing really bad and about this place is the idiot who got paid a ton for designing the place. All the outlets are UNDER something, like under the counter, on the floor, under the couch. A nice new Starbucks in the midst of the medical district that is nice to have especially for us students who live right across the street. It's very modern and clean with lots of windows for bright lighting. Love going there to study on the weekends. It's a very open layout and comfortable seating which is nice too. I cannot express how much I love this location. From the staff, to the orders always being correct and tasty, to the cleanliness. I stopped here every morning before work and the staff always welcomes you with a warm hello and smile. The location is ALWAYS clean and kept up and it's clear they care about the image of the store and the customer service. Once quarantine started and everything adjusted, I kept going through the drive-thru each morning to support this location. Even with the stress of the changes, the people here stayed cheerful and welcomed me with a warm hello that I think we could all use right about now. Falcon, the store manager and Jasmine (I believe is her name!) have completely won my heart over! They ask how I am, have a quick chat and send me on my way with delicious coffee.
