My son and I always stop here before jumping on 71 to go to his monthly doctor appts "in the city". I always tell him if we hurry and get ready in enough time we can stop and get Starbucks! I always place our order on the app for pickup. This location is ALWAYS BUSY. I normally park and my son goes inside to get our order: a small hot chocolate and egg bites. Horrible place to get drinks from. The customer service is rude. You have to argue with the employees just to get your drink made correctly. And when you bring it to their attention, they get mad and nasty. Ive reported this branch to the corporate office and I will never go there again. This location is easily accessed off the highway. It's a little on the smaller side so they tend to get a drive-thru line at certain times of day. The baristas are some of the happiest ones I know. That alone is worthy of a tip! My drinks are always made correctly and my orders are correct. Since a remodel, the interior is a little tight so I prefer to use this location as a to go order. read more

I've passed by this Starbucks numerous times but am not in the area often. Had to stop by since there was awful traffic on 71! Drive thru was good. Friendly staff! Drinks tasted good too. Never had any issues at Starbucks. I made a left turn out of here to get home. But I can imagine this area is super busy during rush hour. I don't go to Starbucks often, but when I do, it's likely this Starbucks. This Starbucks has become a regular stop when I'm traveling north on I-71 to see family in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. It's right off the expressway, as in you can practically see it from the off-ramp. And each time I've used the drive-thru, the service has been fast, which is good because I'm usually in a rush to get back on the road. This Starbucks has all of the Sbux faves you crave and isn't too far from a gas station in case you need to fill up as well. And on a couple of occasions, I've been able to pick up the Wi-Fi while I was waiting in the drive-thru line -- all the better to download podcasts with when keeping an eye on data usage. This is a Starbucks made for folks on the go, and I appreciate that. read more

If you've ever had the misfortune to stop by this location and find the drive-thru line spilling out into the street, it's worth noting that it's not due to being short-staffed. Having opted to skip the line and order inside, I was amazed to find nearly a dozen staff members behind the counter - most of them laughing and dancing - while nary a drink was being brewed or English muffin was being nuked and the line outside continued to grow and grow and grow as did the trash in the bathroom, which hadn't been serviced in some time. After spending nearly $6 on a hot chocolate, it has become clear to me that it might be time to spend my hard-earned dollars on a local coffee joint that's more reasonably priced and customer-service oriented. I sincerely enjoying coming to this Starbucks and it's my favorite Starbucks out all the Starbucks I've ever been too. The staff here has phenomenal customer service, they are always friendly and greet you with a smile and hello, if they are super busy an employee has always looked up to let me know someone will be right with me, even if that person is in the middle of making 5 coffees at once. They strive at this location with their excellent hospitality towards every customer. And the coffee is always fixed just the way I like it and answered my questions about how to make my cold sweeter or less sweeter. When it wasn't sweet enough, I asked the girl if she could make it sweeter and she did with a smile and made sure before I walked away that it was sweet enough. When they are adequately staffed, this is a great place but management has forgotten rule 1. Keep customers happy. When you are constantly waiting 30-45 minutes in the drive thru you realize management would rather capitalize by having a skeleton crew of 2-3 to handle walk ins and 15 cars in the drive thru. My go to stop EVERY morning before work in Crestwood. The staff is super friendly it's nice to see the same folks in the am. This is a very convenient location to my office and the lines are too bad. Honestly felt like a gas station. With out a doubt the grossest Starbucks I've ever been in. The bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floor, and the main areas floor was sticky. This place gets VERY crowded and the parking lot is a nightmare to navigate between the hours of 6:20 and 9:00 am.
