It's no mystery that Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee and other selections that are spontaneously dictated by my cravings for great coffee. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five points I will rate all of them on going forward - so to make the point I've recently incorporated a rating system based on this short list to calculate the rating of the locations I visit. I feel all these criterions are controllable by the corporation, the franchise owner or store manager. Service - 2 Stars Quality - 3 Stars Wait Time - 1 Stars Cleanliness - 1 Stars Accessibility - 5 Stars Rating - 2.4 Stars I really feel for the employees here at this giant service plaza they were slammed

While driving on NJ Tpke my daughter and I stopped for some food while we were on our way to our new home in Pittsburg. What is better than a Starbucks to wash down some Nathan's. I had a trenta mango black tea lemonade. It was made just right and came out very fast, The baristas were fast and friendly and service was great.

I was passing through from New Jersey to DC and stopped by to get my fix of a green tea latte with soy and extra matcha...yes, I know it sounds a little obnoxious! I'm lactose intolerant and I'm from LA. There was a store front and a Starbucks mobile truck serving people, I thought that was cool. It must be a popular stop for folks. Although the line was long, the wait wasn't bad...they took my order and had half of it ready right way. Here comes the 1 star. A really unhappy dark haired older woman was making our drinks. I saw her holding a cup of what looked like MILK, she looked at the label and continued to get ingredients...I didn't see what she was making but I did see her look at the label 3 times. When they called my name, she handed the barista my drink and I said "is that milk"....she mumbled "oh yea" and dumped the drink and proceeded to make my drink again on that same cup. Clearly the label says SOY!!

On my what through Pennsylvania and stopped by this Starbucks at a service area. I ordered an ice matcha latte which is what I usually get at any Starbucks. Oh boy, I thought all Starbucks would make their drinks the same but I was completely wrong. My order came to be half milk, half ice and a pinch of matcha powder. I could barely taste the matcha in this one. My service experience saved them from a 1 star

One word. Jersey. I have been to Starbucks all over the world and have always had a consistent experience. Leave it to America's armpit to screw it up. Rude barista who barked at me "what?!" and filthy condiment areas (see my pics). Ugh. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

The worst Starbucks I have ever experienced, and dirty. Confused staff, wrong orders, chaotic, everything is soiled.

Perfect for a quick coffee date or coming to work on something either for work or school! I got a hot Matcha Latte, I will say it was a little strong for my liking but that is my own fault I should have asked for honey to sweeten it. My husband & I ordered lunch from there as well! He ordered a sandwich which I have a picture for & i ordered a Kale salad whicg was so delicious! The food was very flavorful! It is also a 10 min drive for us which was convenient & nice! Will definitely come back to visit & try more things!

About a year ago we decided to brew our coffee at home using quality beans and high speed grinder…read morein order to save money and drink better coffee. We succeeded in both respects, saving over $20 a week in Java fees and thoroughly enjoying our handiwork as we controlled our filtered water and fresh ingredients throughout the process. But, yesterday I found myself out and about - out of coffee and about to take drastic action to remedy this problem. I looked up as I drove through Cranbury, NJ, and saw a sign for Lyberry Cafe in a newish commercial strip on the south side of town. The Universe provides. I pulled in, parked and walked in to a chill large warehouse-looking space with painted library walls on one end with comfy leatheresque easy chairs and small tables for privacy, and a long row of tables/wooden benches/chairs along running the length of the deep room and partially across from the service area. I had to acknowledge feeling passing strange being in a cafe for the first time in a long while, but I managed to check their menu and order a small Americano to go before taking a seat at the end table closest to the door. Why not sit and relax for a few before returning to my wheels? It wasn't crowded around noon, and the folks seemed like they were settled in for a while. Some working; most chatting. I sipped the strong steaming hot joe. Yep! Definitely strong enough to remove the wearies and retune me up for my afternoon agenda. Still, couldn't help feeling a little out of place. Just spending money for commercial coffee, once so commonplace; but now so strangely wasteful put me in touch with how transitory some habits are. Three average caffeinated stars for the ho-hum of this or any such consumption outpost. I think I have lost my Lyberry card.
