It has windows on both sides to order, does get a line at times. I don't remember what we had the first two times however this past time I tried their large Vanilla spiced chai and it was delicious! It wasn't too sweet which we preferred. We also tried their breakfast sandwiches, bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant and it was not very fresh, it's pretty obvious that it's frozen and they just warm it up but for a quick bite in the morning then it's doable. They also provide a good size pup cup, which we don't always get since our dogs can make a mess. We will definitely come back when on the road for some of their coffee again. Oh they also don't have any restrooms since it's only a small drive thru establishment.

Despite there being 15+ employees visible, most of them were just standing around, seemingly doing nothing. It took over 30 minutes just to get a simple to-go meal. When I finally received my order, the food looked thrown together, the fries were cold, and I wasn't even given a receipt. If you're in a hurry--or value decent service--do yourself a favor and skip this place. I won't be coming back. I'd rate this zero stars if I could.

Pump area was tidy with no litter as was the rest of the parking lot. I was greeted with a "Welcome to Love's!" as walked in. At 6pm, the convenience store was completely stocked with all the snacks and drinks you can expect. Coffee section was also ready with creamers and sweeteners.
