I was greeted right away. It was very clean inside. I came with my family, and we had a pretty big order. The barista, I think her name was Ashley, was very sweet and took her time to go over the different teas with my mom. The service was very quick. We ordered multiple sandwiches, drinks, and loaves. My order was a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with a lemon loaf and the Butterfly Lemonade! The Butterfly Lemonade refresher was sooo good! I will come back for another! I loved the cute butterfly and the message that was written on my cup. The sandwich was hot and tasty, and the lemon loaf always hits the spot! My family had no complaints as well! I stopped at this Starbucks on the road to a business meeting. It was similar to most Starbucks locations...good food/drinks, clean, modern and great place to meet and/or work. It is located not too far off the highway which is very convenient. Normally, I don't have an issue with any Starbucks. The staff at this and any other location is super friendly and they try to assist in any way possible to make your experience great. For a quick bite to eat, I normally get a protein box as shown and a cup of tea. On this day, however, after getting in the car and driving off, the eggs in the protein box looked very unappealing. I was so disappointed and even when I hesitantly tried to eat them, they were inedible. Very upset and hungry. I put in a claim to Starbucks' customer service and after sending a picture of the box, they refunded me for my entire purchase. The reason why I am giving 4 stars on this review is because even though Starbucks can't see every product that goes into their stores, they definitely work to fix any customer issues as quickly as possible. They have a great reputation and desire to uphold it. That's quality customer service! For this reason, I still go to Starbucks often and that most likely won't change anytime soon! read more

Terrible. I waited 20 mins only to walk out with no drinks. When I asked for a refund because of the wait, the cashier told me their were still 3 drinks ahead of me. I'm not sure if it's because their short staff or the extra workers just don't know how to make drinks but something is wrong. read more

Stopped in here before taking a road trip. Four drinks...that was all we needed. FOUR DRINKS! The cashier was new and this was obvious. The person in line in front of us had two bags of beans he wanted ground up and then two drink orders. We couldn't hear everything but it appeared he was supposed to have some type of discount that he didn't get. The cashier asked another guy who was making drinks. He came to help on his order and went back to making drinks. I think he was handling drive thru drinks and inside drinks. Now here is where things get a little crazy. We literally stood in line for 20 minutes to place our orders and another 15 minutes for FOUR DRINKS! While I understand you are making drinks, everyone can't be assisted and someone has to wait....I guess that was us on the inside. It was the absolute slowest service I've ever encountered. I would've thought that he could've stopped making drinks to atleast take an order or two, but nope! So not only did we wait forever to order, but almost just as long for our drinks. Sad! The worst Starbucks to go to when you're on the way to work! It took 20-25mins for a PLAIN CUP OF COFFEE. Just a simple black brewed coffee. You would be better off making a pot at home. I really had no idea a Starbucks could be ran so poorly. They were out of 50% of the products. I stood there and waited for 20 minutes for a cake pop and the Gouda bacon sandwich. They said something about the food sticker machine being broken?? I didn't order a drink but while I was standing there I watched four people returned dissatisfied with their drinks and asked for them to be remade or items (that were supposed to be there) added. It was a complete show. There was a sign saying that they were hiring barista so maybe the one working today was in over their head ... but things were not going well for anyone. Well, like everyone else, wish I would have read the reviews because it all makes sense. I came into the drive through around 745am on a Friday. I noticed that several cars in front of me ended up leaving without getting an order. I figured they were just being impatient. Once I arrived at the drive through menu I waited for 10 minutes with no assistance. I noticed that the screen was flickering which made me think that maybe there was a technology glitch affecting the service. I drove up to the window and waited an additional 10-12 minutes. I saw several employees working inside so I just figured they were swamped and I remained patient. Finally, someone comes to the window and tells me they had to open late today. Okay, no issue, things happen. But now, I'm being told I cannot place an order at the window, despite having been in the drive through for 20+ minutes, and that I have to exit the line and re-enter since they just opened. There are now 15+ cars in line. Let me tell you - I will never support this Starbucks again. The absolute lack of customer service I witnessed today is unacceptable and I wish I would have paid attention to the reviews before wasting my morning. Ehhh... Glad the staff gets along but there is wayyy too much socializing going on behind the counter. It is incredibly unprofessional. The coffee is weak and almost every time I've gone in they have been out of something. When I ask for skim milk or something added to my drink the manager had a very poor attitude. Just all around an uncomfortable experience. Poor customer service, poor upkeep with menu items, poor professionalism and poor skill set. News Alert: Starbucks is not Autism Friendly. Starbucks in Columbia, SC kicked out my dear friend's non verbal son with Autism today. They stopped in from a long trip to buy coffees and he needed to use the restroom - this Karen, who worked there denied their son the restroom b/c he is unable to tolerate a mask. It was clear to her he was disabled and she did not care. The store was empty and the Karen was wearing a mask behind plexiglass. This is a huge discrimination issue against a disabled human who in this case happened to be non verbal w/ autism. Unacceptable. Please share this story far and wide. It is up to us to put an end to discrimination. They need to do better. read more

Amazing service asked for a cookie and creme frappe the other night they didn't have the crumbles which is the whole reason I get the drink. Normally that would ruin the experience but the worker on the bar heavyset white guy. Gave me a few other options including some of his favorites and described the drinks to me. Wow I wish I read the reviews before I went here!!! Ordered two drinks!! Two less than the other person with bad service experience. I asked for a cinnamon dulce Frap and a tea. 15 mins later I am handed a vanilla bean frap and no tea. I asked DAN if my drink was almost ready he said yeah their making it and they are backed up because one of their machines was down which I completely understand. Another 10 minutes standing there so I ask again. "I'm sorry must've lost the ticket I'll make it now." Then Dan comes back to the register and says you never paid for your drink I'll ring you up here and I was like what are you talking about I told the girl standing right next to you right my order and she said she confirmed it as she's staring off into space. I said you should've checked that the moment but you couldn't find the ticket and I've been standing here for 15 minutes but you waited an additional 10 minutes to even check if it was rung up...I'm not even upset about the miscommunication it was the way the entire situation was handled and I'm happy to pay for my drink I just think that it shouldn't take 30 minutes for them to realize that the girl didn't ring my order in correctly at all. I told Dan that that is why I was upset and he said well your drink is right there made so you can take it so then I go to take my drink and he goes no you need to pay for it and I was like I have my credit card out right in front of you to pay for it. I really hope that the managers of the Starbucks read this and talk to your team about how to treat your customers.
