Staff always greets customers with a "Welcome to Starbucks" but depending on staff members that are working, you could find yourself waiting up to 5 minutes for them to take your order, even if you're the only customer in line. This is a great place to relax, visit and read. The drinks are always delicious! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! While I understand we are in a military facility and it's busy there should be more than 4 employees working for over 100 orders off coffee and drinks. My family and I waited over an hour for 1 venti pumpkin spice latte. 1 venti caramel mocha, 1 grande vanilla frap and 1 grande pikes place over an hour! I went to the manager and told her that this was unacceptable, her response at this facility- well I'm sorry you'll have to wait your name is in that bunch of cups there and you just need to have patience. Meanwhile she went back to talk to the one cashier and they were giggling and taking orders. There were many people there upset and about 8 of us spoke up. When I got my drinks ALL 4 WERE WRONG! They wouldn't correct them as they had no time and let their policy they can't take a drink back. I asked for a refund she said no that all sales were final. We all left super upset! After not seeing my son for 9 weeks he simply wanted a coffee and what a nightmare this Starbucks is. You need a manager who has customer service and understands you need more people working! And she should take initiative and make drinks instead of talking and giggling. Disappointed is an understatement! For a military facility this is ridiculous. read more

Such a sad day to have to give zero stars but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a starbucks, let alone at a restaurant on a military post. This Starbucks has absolving zero customer service, every single person working there looked like they despised each customer on a Personal level. They moved with absolutely no urgency so that it took them over half an hour to give me my coffee when there was only 3 people ahead of me and in the store. I went up to order and ordered a drink that was displayed on their menu and the woman at the register scoffed at me and Rudely replied "we don't have THAT" which took me aback a bit. I said ok and tried to order a different drink and again was told they don't sell that either...ok, but it's on your menu that's right in front of me, if you don't sell it then cover it on your menu (she didn't say they were out she blatantly said they don't even sell these drinks). Finally I was able to find a drink they DO sell and as I'm charging my credit card this woman starts to complain to her coworkers about me trying to order these drinks...while I'm STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER... I'm sorry that I tried to order drinks that are being predominantly displayed on your menu. It was one of the weirdest and infuriating experiences I've ever had at a store. I've been to this Starbucks years ago and it was wonderful. Don't know if this is new management from a few years ago, but things definitely need to change read more

The absolute slowest Starbucks I've been to. I almost thought their service speed was normal until I went to the location on Forest Drive and was reminded of how fast the service is supposed to be. At the Forest Drive location I didn't even have a chance to sit and my drinks were ready. At this Lee Road location you find yourself standing there awkwardly, scrolling through your phone just to kill the time. read more

Located inside the gates of Fort Jackson, next to burger king and Popeyes. I went to this location during family day and it was super packed....but that was expected. They were prepared for the crowd. Although the line was long, the staff got drinks out fairly quickly. My usual simple Venti Coffee had no issues so I was in and out. read more

Great people! Very understand and repeats the order back to you. Maybe because they're my people every time I had visited this location. They know how to serve quick and ready to go. This location is actually one of the nicest I have ever seen. The inside is very cozy and spacious with plenty of seating, which I imagine serves Family Day for the graduating BCT soldiers well. That's about the nicest thing I can say. They are currently out of both the caramelized honey latte and the smoked butterscotch latte. I did actually come in for the former and was disappointed by this. These are your featured offerings, why would you not ensure that you are consistently stocked? I have never been to a Starbucks where they were out of ANYTHING. I opted for a plain latte. It was mostly milk with a slightly burnt espresso taste. Yuck. I am always confused by Starbucks on military installations. Are they real Starbucks with actual Starbucks employees or are they some sort of AAFES creation? This Starbucks is well above average, especially for one on a military base and so highly trafficked. The product is consistent, served with friendliness, and the establishment is above average in cleanliness. They are flexible when placing large orders and have a variety of products to select. Often the music is is distractingly loud and there is limited seating compared to other coffee shops. Avoid this place on Wednesday as it becomes saturated with families and Soldiers in training during Family Day activities. Overall, thumbs up! read more

Trashed overflowing and garbage on the floor! The 3 employees working bickering with each other, moving slower than is possibly imaginable! I just waited 2 hours for 3 drinks! Unacceptable! Fantastic place, by far the best cup of Starbucks coffee I've ever had. Service is excellent, coffee is consistent, baristas are friendly, atmosphere is quiet and calming (except for family day). True, there isn't any wifi, but they have to keep the hoards of Soldiers and family members moving along...can't blame them - even if they did have wifi, the Wednesday and Thursday crowd would bring the internet itself to an apocalyptic end through overuse. Great place to take a pause and read, write, and collect your thoughts. Definitely recommend. read more

My favorite Starbucks! Customer service is amazing especially the young friendly guy at the register. I thoroughly enjoy coming here for my coffee needs. Workers are really rude and dismissive. One was on a personal call and told me to wait. Another worker didn't understand what the man in front of me was ordering and simply said "what? To him. No courtesy what so ever. The trash bin behind the counter was overflowing. I heard one female worker remark to the a male worker "you nasty". Right after he gave me my drink and i walked away. I go in fairly often, just because I live right up the road. But honestly, most times, it's not even worth it. They charge more than double for kids hot cocoa, they will often times make the drinks less than 3/4 full (if I'm paying $6 for a drink, I expect a full cup), the employees are relatively nice, but often times too busy chatting it up with each other to realize that their customer needs assistance. But, the place is always clean, even on Wednesdays and Thursdays (family day and graduation) which is highly impressive considering the amount of people trekking in and out on a regular basis. read more
