Worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. The friend I was meeting for a quick visit and I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes, being completely ignored by the two employees there who were only focusing on the drive-thru. There was a third employee who could only make drinks so we asked him for a manager. Long story short, that young man was nice enough to ask our orders but I was so annoyed by the total lack of acknowledgement from the cashiers I just asked for a regular coffee where I would normally get a specialty one. Someone from the back finally came out and we told her how the other two employees never acknowledged us and she did apologize but I have never seen such a blanant disrespect for customers in a store. read more

Returned after a few poor experiences in past years, hoping things had changed. Unfortunately, they have not. I went through the drive through and asked for a cold brew at 9:45am - they said they were out of old b. I was shocked and tried to figure out what else I wanted, but the person manning the drive through sounded rude (and kept asking if I had decided yet) and I started hearing other employees laughing in the background. Extremely disappointed with my several experience here after the remodel and new staff. Today was by far the worse. After I waited 15mins to even get to the menu/intercom? I repeated my long order 2 times (I was ordering drinks and food for 3 people) and as I began to drive away I heard the guy make a rude remark about my long order as if me spending money there is a pain for him lol. Then when I get to the window the guy working was very rude and snooty with me and treated me like I was an idiot for not understanding what he meant by "there are no more bags for your food items," When what he should have said was, "we are out of the brown to-go bags, I will have to hand you 3 individual food bags." I'm a generally happy person, and I left here kind of pissed off.. Any place of business I walk into, I expect to be greeted, not the other way around. After asking how the girls behind the bar were doing, and getting hardly any response, my boy and I decided we wanted something different and wanted to take a look at the menu, the barista behind the register looked very displeased with the fact we didn't know what we wanted. We were the only people in line so i don't see where it really mattered. My drink was rather perfect, however environment and attitude plays a big part on rating for me. This entire area really sucks tho. Full of snobby white people who think they're the shit. Got no thanks for the tip I left, and both baristas saw me put it in the container. Not that a thank you is needed, but I expect a smile at least. Bitches. Diversify your staff and i think people will enjoy this place more. Get rid of all the rich white kids you've got on staff.. Very slow service. We waited over 20 minutes after ordering and when we asked for the drink the employee just told us it "hadn't come up yet." Finally a different employee told us he hadn't found the sticker so he would go ahead and make it. A Starbucks visit should not take 30 minutes when there's 6 employees and minimal customers. read more

This Starbucks is laid out a little differently than others I've been in. A little awkward feeling, almost like you don't have any privacy. But the store is clean and the barista was friendly. Our drink orders were filled quickly and correctly. I would have liked my bagel slightly more toasted, but their "everything" bagel is so good anyway, I can't complain too much. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked as well. Being from out of town, the store wasn't too far from off the highway, which was nice. I have never waited 30min for a coffee until now. Service was massively slow. Backed up line both in line inside and drive thru. After waiting literally 30min for 2 americanos...then realized they had no milk out at the station. Asked a supervisor for milk and got half and half. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I really liked this SB when I first moved to the area. It has gone down to a one star. It's DIRTY plus the leather seats are so nasty. I just want to spring into action and ask for a bucket, & the flies oh my! I ordered a tall coffee and it wasn't fresh. He told me he wouldn't make a fresh pot for just one cup of coffee lol. I told him I'll wait because I knew every thirty minutes a fresh batch is made! The nerve... luckily I was enjoying the company of a friend. Please clean this store and represent SB properly. Stopped by for the first time this morning. The place was busy, but the baristas were helpful, friendly, and efficient and the caramel brulee crème was delicious! Cannot wait to try some of the many other offerings. read more

I wish I could give 1 1/2 stars because in some aspects i felt like they deserved more than one but less than two. For instance the cockroaches are disgusting. I saw one scurry across the counter when I was standing off to the side and then again when I used the bathroom. But on the plus the staff isn't bad. I just think pest inspector should visit this place. Human to human.. bugs all over my food and coffee isn't pleasant. read more

I've been here about 10 times in 7 years, the coffee is burnt EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Doesn't matter if it's 6am or 6pm, burnt. The most recent time was about 3 months ago because I keep wanting them to change so I don't have to drive 20 min away to Chester for a frap. read more

This place is slow! My drink is usually wrong 50% of the time. One day I was waiting for a breakfast sandwich and the lady asked my if everything was alright cause I was staring at her. I said just waiting on my breakfast sandwich and she said okay. It wasn't even in the oven yet. So I waited longer and was staring at her and she asked the same question again! So I repeated myself loudly and she said oh sorry give me a minute. Then she put it in the oven. I was like wow!!! When it was done she handed it to me and said my bad! Only giving it a low review for one reason and one reason only. I went in and ordered a drink. I paid and sat down and patiently waited while talking to some friends. After 25 minutes of waiting, I finally got up to ask them about my drink. Not only did they not even start making it, they also claim I never made the order. Now, as a 6'3" black guy, you would think they would remember me standing there. Now, I know what you think, maybe they were busy (they weren't), or maybe it was someone else who took my order (there were only two of them and they were both standing there). What was worse was, after forgetting to make my drink, they watch me stand there and said absolutely nothing. Not, "sir can I help you," or even, "are you waiting on a drink?" So I showed them the receipt for my order, and the first thing the girl tell me is, "I thought I already gave it to you." At this point, I'm slowly getting angry, but I'm holding back. I told her, I've been standing right here waiting, at no point did you even acknowledge me, to which she replied. "You don't need to be so upset sir." Like at some point during this entire thing, I showed any kind of emotion. The service here could definitely be better, and they should be trained to treat all the customers the same. When working somewhere like here, the way your customer looks shouldn't change how you treat them and they all deserve respect. read more

I like this Starbucks a lot! They are very military friendly. Average of a three minute wait time to get through the drive up window. Staff is very polite (I didn't see any real other above average customer service in the whole rest of the town). read more

This starbucks is hit or miss. Some times the people you get are friendly and sometimes they are not. I know some of the people by name, but some of the people that just started are not as friendly as the ones that left. Management also needs to make sure that inventory levels are kept up. They never have my favorite treat in stock ( the apple fritter) and for about 3 or 4 days they were out of vanilla and even gave me sugar free vanilla without telling me and I had to walk back in and have them remake an entirely different drink that actually costs them less to make. I have had my time wasted by this starbucks so much, yet I keep going back because it's the closest one to my house and they're are a few employees there that I really like. The new person MJ is very unfriendly and management should know that. She has never smiled at me and she even mumbled "people are not in a good mood this morning" after I was very friendly to her. She said she was talking to someone in the headset. Regardless, I feel like this starbucks would have better reviews if management would be more involved. read more
